This escape room was very okay. I guess I couldn't expect much from the price. First off - when we got there we were welcomed and asked if we knew how to do specific locks which was helpful. We were then taken into the room and given some rules before the game master left. At first glance - there are a million signs in the room that basically give away what you're supposed to do. On top of that - every time we were stuck the game master would type a clue on the tv when it wasn't asked for. My fiancé and I like a challenge so it was getting annoying that she kept butting in. She did this multiple times during the room and at one point she said "no you are doing it wrong" it made us feel uncomfortable and as if we have an annoying third person in the room with us. I can understand that she thought she was helping us - but isn't an escape room supposed to be challenging?? We couldn't struggle without her giving us an unasked clue. She also came in at one point and switch a puzzle around in front of us - saying that someone may have messed it up. Wouldn't that be something you check before hand??? And the she pointed us to the next clue after she left. Why would she do that???? An escape room is supposed to be for the two people paying for it not the game master. We felt like we got cheated into a "win" since she gave us so many unnecessary clues. read more

Really amazing little spot. Definite beach vibes. Great for large or small groups. My party of 3 had 2 private escape rooms where we were able to test our brain and wit before the timer buzzed. Others were in larger parties of 18 or 20 while we were there. Lorna was beyond helpful and we will visit again to try our hand in the other rooms! read more

So much fun! Everyone should do this at least once in their lives! We booked our room online, the clue room, and arrived 15 minutes beforehand as instructed. Unlike other rooms I've been to, there were several styles of locks set out to practice with. I can tell you that it makes a difference in game enjoyment if you can actually open the locks! Lori, the owner, gave us an overview of game play and some words of wisdom. And off we went! The puzzles range from blatantly obvious to pretty challenging, but not to worry. If the game masters see you struggling they will give you a hint or two to get you back on track. We did pretty darn good and managed to escape with some time to spare and only a few hints! I can't wait to go back and try out the "kidnapped" room where you start the game in handcuffs! This place is truly great for people that have never been to an escape room, the staff is very courteous and encouraging and they aren't like some places that make it a horrible time. Just finished the Murder Mystery Office with my son and we had a blast. He wanted to book another room imediately and I decided to leave it for another day and hopefully invite some friends. They have three different rooms total at this location in addition to the one above (which is just about to be changed) they are the Insane Asylum and Supernatural. They put up to 10 people in a room, so if your group is smaller you'll be in there with others. It was fun to work the various puzzles with the other two groups that joined us, there were 9 of us total but all of us had something to do and were able to contribute to solving the mystery. You have 60 minutes to solve it. If you need it they will give you a clue if you get stuck via the computer screen in the room. We will definately be back. They've also just opened a satelite location at the Scarlet Pearl Casino, so once we do the other rooms we'll check them out too. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before, and you'll need to make a reservation for the time you want. If you want to book a room during the week Mon-Wed, the website says you need to make it 3 hrs in advance. The staff there were really friendly and happy to answer questions. They recommend if you bring kids that they probably be 8 and up, they'll let younger kids in but they might get a little bored. The business hours are the times for when the games start. So the last reservation can actually be made at 'closing time'. Check the website. read more

Visiting Biloxi on vacation and took my 13 year old son here. We didn't know what to expect because the price was half of what we've paid for escape rooms back home. It turned out to be awesome! Really creative and fun. The person watching our progress via video camera was always there to give us a hint (through a computer screen) when we were stuck but left it ambiguous enough for us to solve on our own. We had a blast. My son and I agree that this escape room was better than the ones we've done before that were twice as expensive! If we return to Biloxi on vacation we will definitely return to Escape This. read more

Great night with friends. We were just in town for 1 day and love escape rooms. Did "prison break" and enjoyed it. The owner was our room monitor, and she was funny and friendly, and joked around with us throughout the room. She took time to show us around after and we saw how much work she put into. Just more personal and fun than some of the "chain" rooms. We liked it so much we did the asylum later. I felt both rooms were very creative, and challenging but not so hard where you would never figure it out. Definitely would go again if back in town. read more

Normally it costs us $10 a person to do an hr, so when we saw the $20 price tag we thought, "Oh this must be good." BUT OH WERE WE WRONG. The "Kidnapped" room was literally just a room that they used a couple of wooden pallets used to build a "cage" and had cheap handcuffs to lock you to the wall. We solved the final clue to escape the room in 8 mins on Accident because THE ANSWER WAS WRITTEN ON THE WALL! The guy who put us in there, was like "How did you find the answer?" When we said it's written on the wall he accused us of CHEATING! Dirty bathrooms, broken equipment, unprofessional employees. If I could give it zero stars I would. Final verdict: Save yourself $20 and lock yourself in the bathroom at your house, it will probably be more challenging and fun to escape. Will not return. read more

Great experience at Escape This Biloxi. My group of five did the Pirate Room and had a blast. The staff was friendly and perfect in their delivery of a few key hints. The clues were fun and challenging. Everyone in our group was working on a puzzle throughout the 1 hour timeframe. Key hints were to split up, wait on a clue as we were trying to force something that wasn't ready yet, and two assists with something that we overlooked. Highly recommend! read more

Just completed the Supernatural Room and loved it! My sisters and I had a great time figuring out the clues and Nolan was awesome. He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. We were concerned about not being able to finish the room being that we were only a group of 3, but he helped us just enough to not give anything away too easily. I will be returning to try out other rooms the next time I'm in Biloxi especially after Nolan recommended we try the Alcatraz and let us know about future rooms. read more
