He absolutely delivered. The installation was incredibly clean, professional, and looks like the TV is floating on the wall. His attention to detail really stood out, and he made sure everything looked perfect before he left. After that, Jimmy also installed a TV at my mom's house. Her installation was much more challenging because the electrical setup wasn't ideal, but he found a solution and was still able to hide all of the cords and get everything set up beautifully. You'd never know the extra work that went into it. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took pride in his work. If you're looking for someone who does clean, high-quality TV installations, especially if you want a seamless, no-visible-cord look, I highly recommend Smart Audio and Visual. We'll definitely be using them again for future projects!

We realized the studs didn't line up with the mount we purchased, there were holes in the wall from our failed attempts, and we were completely frustrated and ready to give up. That's when we searched Yelp and found this company. To our surprise, they were still open! We called, and the nicest gentleman answered the phone. After explaining our situation, his response was simply, "You need help? I can come over right now." And that's exactly what he did. Like a superhero arriving to save the day, he showed up that same night and completely transformed our situation. Not only did he professionally mount our TV, but he also brought a better-quality mount than the one we had purchased. What felt like a disaster instantly became one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, efficient, and incredibly skilled. As new homeowners, we especially appreciated all the helpful tips, advice, and insight he shared along the way.
