They are professionals who come on time, do the job, not just for the sake but thrive to provide excellent service. They take my feedback seriously and clean the areas that need extra love. I am impressed by Letty and chandler work they are like "we like to do the cleaning like how you want to! " They are friendly, honest and hard working professionals! I was able to speak to Chandler who owns this company and immediately, I felt that I was sent in the right direction. He was very kind, attentive and informative over the phone. Cleaners arrived intoxicated to clean my condo, they were even slurring their speech, I was afraid to ask them to just leave so I let them finish. After they left I was upset of how terrible they cleaned. I also noticed 2 of my credit cards were missing. I had to cancel them right away. read more

The house cleaners arrived late, they looked dirty (not to be rude), they smelled bad, came unprepared (missing about half their equipment), then they cleaned so fast they didn't end up cleaning the way someone would expect. Honestly the quality of the entire service was not what I was expecting. Based on my experience I would just rather clean the house myself. read more

When the cleaners finished cleaning my house I pointed out what they missed and asked them to please clean those areas. They got angry but they still listened , however they started making racist comments about my race (Asian) in their Spanish language. When they left I reached out to their manager about what occurred. But after talking to him it sounded like he didn't care and they allowed that type of behavior. read more

Their prices are competitive and they do a decent job but unfortunately the company is unreliable. The first time I booked a cleaning, the worker was 45 minutes late. The second booking I had to cancel because I was told the workers would arrive 1 hour past the scheduled booking time. Owners response was there's a 1 hour grace period from the time the service is booked but the workers would still be arriving late because they were coming from a far distance. Both times after realizing no one had come on time, I had to reach out to the company to find out if the workers were on the way. I made attempts to call first and left voicemails followed by text responses only. It's extremely frustrating having booked services and not having the company value a customer's time. Though the owner was apologetic and the prices are competitive, I wouldn't count on reliability and I would love to see the company improve on their punctuality. read more
