Nice customer service BUT I placed an order and I happened to ask how long it'd take, I was the only person there to order in store. I was told between 11:30-11:45am (I was there at 11am). They said that they don't come in until 11am to start setting up and that's why it takes a while when they first open. I just cancelled my order. Why not open at 11:30 to give employees time to set up? Why is the employer not allowing employees time to set up and prep for the day? I would have just waited if I saw it was a normal busy lunch/dinner time but first thing in the morning and waiting that long isn't ok.... Why not say something to the customer? Awful jokes aside, this might be my new favorite place for wings. First off, I love how extensive their menu is! Like aside from the wings, they also go chow mein, fried rice, and all other sorts of food. But it gets better... along with their lengthy food menu, they also have a large selection of sauces for your wings!! I'm a bit of a sauce boss and like my wings WET, so you can imagine how wet I got when I saw their sauce menu. From basic mild flavors like honey barbecue to bold spicy flavors like their house made mango madness sauce, you are bound to find a favorite no matter what your flavor preference is. So my bf and I initially came in here, because Koko's would still be closed by the time the super bowl was on. We were a bit overwhelmed by the many items on the menu, but the girl that was helping us out was so patient and kind and really took her time to explain everything to us. We ended up trying the wings with the house sauce (basically the typical Chinese restaurant house sauce with jalapenos), garlic sriracha honey sauce, mango madness sauce, and crispy parmesan dry rub. I loved all of the flavors that we got, but I think my favorite was the mango madness. It had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and the wings themselves remained crispy for the amount of sauce that was tossed on it. My bf loved the house special sauce. Needless to say, we were confident that our friends would be impressed with the wings if we brought them to our super bowl party. To wash down all that spicy sweetness, we also ordered some tea. I opted for the red guava green tea and my bf had the jasmine green tea, both drinks half sweet. I was sooooo impressed with their drinks as well! I figured that with such an expansive menu focusing on food, their drink would be lacking, but they were actually very tasty! Favorite wing place we love the boneless wings so much meat and sauce and ranch love there $20 dollars meal within wings and 2 small sizes and 2 small drinks . House special , Sriracha, mango habanero are our favorites my kids love there wedges and fries I love the zucchini fries . Customer service has always been amazing if you dine in you can ask for a small pitcher of water and cups and they are generous with ice and refreshing water . Now I just don't like that for our 20 piece wing last time we can only choose 2 flavors wish they would be 4 but other then that is the place to be . I wish I found this place sooner because I think this is my new WingStop/ BWW. The location is across from a cemetery and right next door to a taco shop. Not a great location but I don't worry about them because their service and food will make up for it. It's always hard to decide when you have so many options or combinations to pair the chicken wings with. They the following: DRY SEASONING: Original, lemon pepper, jalapeno pepper, garlic parmesan, smokey BBQ, smokin spice and dynamite. I prefer the original, lemon pepper, jalapeno pepper, and garlic parmesan. The original may sound boring and bland, but it's not. The chicken wings are so well fried that the juice of the chicken represents itself. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Lemon pepper is recommended if you like that salty and zesty taste. This maybe the oiliest one, but its so rich in flavor! The jalapeno pepper is spicy and has that nice kickin flavor, but it will not leave you with this dissatifaction of numbness. The garlic parmesan has a strong cheesy flavor. However, because I love garlic and parmesan cheese, this was a perfect combo. WET SAUCE: Sweet pineapple teriyaki aka Aloha, hot, traditional buffalo, fusion buffalo, blazing hot, house special, bbq, honey citrus, honey walnut, fireball, mango tango, flaming pheonix, mango madness, red curry, or honey bbq. I prefer the Aloha, hot, and the house special. The Aloha is really sweet and tangy. The hot has that vinegary taste and it's not spicy at all. The House Special just taste like a spice that every Asian household use to cook their seafood or any stir fry. My boyfriend and I always eat there and the girls are always so nice to even come by to check on us. It's not a usual fancy dine in place where you have your own personal server. This is like a Yoshinoya where you order up front and pick up your food when is ready and then find your seat. On a slow day, the girls are nice enough to bring the food out to our table. As for the drinks, they are not specialized in any boba drinks. They are a little refreshing but the milk teas can be a little powdery. I am not mad at their drinks because I know not to grade them hard on something they are not known for. However, their green Thai milk tea is the bomb!!! It has this great tea taste. The friendliest staff you ever come across, I love this place! As far as the wings go they have sooo many sauces you're sure to find something that's gonna satisfy you. Go for the house special, it's like this buttery garlic sauce, reminds me almost of the lobster and noodles dish you can get at those Chinese places like seafood cove. Also get the waffle fries. BOOOOMB. The only downsides I see with this place is the breading on the wings and their dry rubs. It can get a bit thick and make you feel like you're eating a chicken tender almost but the sauces make up for it. I'm having a tough time deciding how to rate this place because there is some good to go with the bad. Let's just get into it... the place was FILTHY. Outside was littered with trash and sauce and food. I can overlook that because it's outside, who really cares. However, it pretty much carried inside. Just dirty. Hair in random places. Sticky menus and signs. I just do not understand how they let it get SO bad. Yikes! There was only one employee that we interacted with/saw - a young girl. The girl was wearing her mask below her nose, but that's not getting factored into my rating; just worth mentioning for those who might feel uncomfortable by that. I went in with my parents and we ordered a bunch of food. The service was meh. It doesn't take much to impress me, but she kept answering the phone and taking phone orders while we were actively ordering with her. She did seem to hate being there, but that I can understand, it's work, I'd hate it too! We ordered waffle fries, jalapeño poppers, French fries, popcorn chicken, and wings. The waffle fries were delish! My dad ordered regular wings and said he LOVED them!!! The waffle fries and wings are what warrant the 2 stars. The jalapeño poppers and fries were not that great. The worst part (falling inline with the grossness of the filthy...everything) was their popcorn chicken! I do not know how they got it so wrong! My mom and I tried to like it. The wings were moist and not dry like wing stop wings are. And full of meat. Great portion size for 2 people but perfect for 4 people (20 piece family meal) jalapeño poppers are HUGE!! The bad: the cheese sauce tasted like processed powder cheese :( which broke my heart cause I was expecting Nacho cheese or something similar. SIDE NOTE: The jalapeño pepper flavored wings were a little salty but nothing overbearing. Still enjoyed them. And if you want flavor but don't want the heat I strongly recommend the jalapeño pepper wings and the honey garlic sirracha wings. Overall this place gets a solid 4 stars out of 5. Ok, so new to the area we decided to check out this place as my fave wing place is in Pico Rivera and it's too far. So we get there and the staff is super friendly and it's very clean. We ordered and sat down and we only had to wait about 10 mins for our food, once the food came it looked and smelled amazing (fries are FIRE) but we tend to eat them with ranch and the ranch tasted like MAYONNAISE!... once we dig into the wings we realize the wings are BREADED, this was very disappointing as wings are usually NAKED!
