They're tender, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned without being overly salty or heavy. And I have to mention the satay. The timing of when the entrees arrive to the table after ordering has been consistent over the years. I have not ever waited long for the kimchi, rice, and entrees to arrive, and for our family to be eating. Everything tastes the same as when I first started going decades ago, which is fantastic.
