His prices are upfront, reasonable, and in my opinion well worth every cent! Even when my party was running late to the pick up location, that I set, So Cal Scooter Guy was understanding and patient. He replied to our tardiness with calm demeanor and professional humility that you don't seem to encounter much anymore these days. Well in the middle of the night I did some research and found the Scooter Guy and completed an easy reservation online. To my surprise without much time between my reservation and time the scooter was needed the request was still filled and the battery was fully charged. Pick up was easy after instructions was emailed and text sent as a notification. The Scooter was in good condition and held up good on a hot day at Magic Mountain including the battery which stayed fully charged from 12:30 to 9:00 PM closing time. Joshua is so nice, and worked to accommodate our last minuted trip. He rents his scooters, and to save you some money he allows you to pick it up locally from his home office. He has the scooter ready for you to pick up at the time you scheduled with him. We couldn't return it on day we agreed, but he allowed me to return it the next day free of charge. My wife is going through chemotherapy and can't walk far, I use a wheelchair for her. But this made it so easy for her we took a trip to Ventura and this gave her more freedom to do things on the boardwalk and around town the scooter guy went out of his way to accommodate us from the kind of scooter, extra battery, and the scooter comes apart easily for loading and unloading, they have great equipment and great customer service. Let me start by saying that these guys give great costumer service. Aaron was very helpful and the scooters are very useful when going out to the fair, the mall or even just for a trip to the grocery store. If you are planning on going out and don't want to worry about getting tired of walking then you should definitely rent one of these scooters. Found him on Google thought I would take a chance and I was not disappointed at all. The Socal Scooter guy was helpful over the phone and in person. I needed a Scooter for disneyland and when he found out he gave me free upgrade with extra battery and charger with a helpful tip on were to charge it while I'm in the park. I saw an ad for scooter rentals on Facebook and checked to see if they had any available to rent for a week. Joshua walked me through several types of scooters they have and I decided to rent a Golden Buzzaround scooter. I liked the suspensions and the LED lights. Most scooters dont have lights.
