There was another gentleman that came to pick up the scooter and he was very professional as well. Soaring scooters has definitely spoiled me. This place is the BIGGEST SCAM!! Do not use their services. They gave us a damaged scooter but out of desperation we took it. The arm rests were broken, there was damaged all over. When returning the scooter I informed the person from there company we lost the arm rest at the park due to them not being attached properly. I was told that since they delivered a damaged scooter and just threw whatever left over arms they had at their store; I would not be charged for the missing arm rest. When I get back home I see the charge on my card. I call them and ask to speak to the manger Chris. After informing me he will call me back after speaking to the "owner", I get a text message. Very unprofessional. As he informs me of their "generosity of the discounts" they gave us. I have to then correct him. Chris tell me they gave us 2 scooter for the price of 1. I never ordered 2 scooters. His dates were inaccurate and tried to say we're used something we never received. They try to add false information and fake reservations to seem well-intentioned. Since he has no decency to call me back I proceed to call him back our conversation lead to false information and Chris proceeds to curse and use profanity as their "general manager". -Lack of customer service -Lied and allegations -Extra charges -Profanity and rudeness -Faulty equipment Are all the things you will receive if you use their services. read more

Not bad scooter rental Rented from this scooter rental place. It's not as convenient as other scooter places that have an office near Disneyland, you have to call in ahead of time so they drive the scooter out to the Denny's and meet you at the parking lot. Still, they were quite punctual when delivering the scooter, they were there 10 min early I think. During the pickup at the end of the day, they were late because they had to pickup from another customer, but they told me to leave the scooter at a designated place so I could just leave. So overall, it was not that bad to rent from this place as opposed to places close to Disneyland. The logistics ended up being ok. Would rent from this place again. read more

My husband hurt his foot but still wanted to join our day for Disney fun. I looked around for scooters and ultimately found it was super easy to book the exact scooter I wanted on their website without being told that there is no guarantee I would get what I wanted depending on the availability. If you're not staying at a hotel they will meet you at the Denny's on Harbor if you are going to Disneyland. So as directed we called about 40 minutes before our pickup time to confirm we were going to be there. On the way to the pickup spot we had a medical emergency and had to go to the ER. We called once to say we were going to be late. Then we immediately called back and let them know we wouldn't be able to make it. We couldnt talk long about it and later got a call with arrangements for our situation. They were super considerate and even checked in on us to make sure we were ok. We ended up using the scooter later on and they were prompt and thorough about the rules of using the scooter. We'll definitely use them again if we need to. read more

This business has horrible customer service and scooters that should have been replaced years ago. The first scooter they brought me had pieces of the from fender missing. I spent a few hours in downtown Disney and the battery was dead. I had to push it back to my room. Today I leave and my airport shuttle is nearly here. They have yet to show up. We had to call them. They are currently nearly 20 minutes late. If you want a quality working scooter, and prompt pick up drop off look somewhere else. I really wonder how this poorly managed business stays afloat . I rented a scooter for a trip to Universal Studio's at the end of September. I was a little worried as previous scooters I've rented from OTHER companies had run out of battery power half way through the day at other parks. Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised! The scooter was delivered on time, the battery lasted all day with plenty of juice left at the end of the day and the scooter was picked up at the time arranged. Both employees were friendly and efficient, showing us how to dismantle and re-assemble the scooter. Price was much more affordable than other companies. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called on a Friday looking for a scooter to use that same night at Knotts Scary Farm. Chris was quick to answer and gave me three options. I went with the transportable scooter so we could pick it up Friday, take it to Knotts, and then return it Saturday when we woke up from our late night. Pick up was super easy. Chris gave me a quick tutorial, helped load it into our car, and we were all set. The scooter had a full charge when we picked it up and lasted from 7pm until 2am with no issues. 10/10 would use again! read more

We rented a scooter for my mom to take to Disneyland for the weekend. They delivered the scooter directly to our hotel and even fulfilled our request of needing a lighter unit to be able to lift into a hatchback car. While in Disney, however, the scooter suddenly stopped working (even with a little over half a charge). We called the company and they met us with a new replacement scooter in 30 minutes. We use Soaring exclusively when we go to Disneyland. They used to be 5 star but they have been slipping lately. There is a lot of miscommunication on their part. They have delivered to the wrong hotel, tried to pick up too early, and had incorrect notes on the reservation causing the scooter to not be at the hotel. TERRIBLE! I went on a 7 day cruise in August 2024 and rented a scooter for the week for total amount of $313. On day I received the scooter going onto the ship, I noticed it was a bit sluggish (it was fully charged). It kept stopping on and when I re turned it on, it was just dragging. This was my first time ever using a mobility rental service. I have to say all others are going to have a hard time living up to the experience I had with this company. Soaring scooters went above and beyond! My scooter was parked and ready for me with the keys already in hand at the front desk when we arrived at our hotel. Overall the scooter was in good condition as was the basket they had attached to the back to help carry items. We were in town for VidCon and after months of just not feeling great thanks to my chronic illness, I knew I was going to need something to make this a more enjoyable experience for myself and my kiddo. The customer service was excellent and I feel their pricing is very fair. We discussed different scooter options as I hadn't really used one before as well as the logistics of drop off and pick up. I really can't say enough good things about this place. My only suggestion would be possibly a small note or pamphlet in the basket to give general directions on how the scooter works. Though many people probably could figure it out, it did take me a few minutes to get a hang of how everything worked. Other than that, no complaints! We had a Disneyland day planned for my sons second birthday and really didn't want the grandparents to miss out on making those core memories but the last time we took my mom a few years ago, she could barely walk after a couple rides so we decided to rent her a scooter this time. The problem with the rentals at Disneyland is that they're very limited and we were afraid they'd all be sold out by the time we got there around 12noon. So I googled scooter rental companies and found soaring scooters. I originally wanted to see if they could deliver to Disneyland but that's not an option so we had them deliver the scooter to our house. We were outside their free delivery zone so there was a slight fee but it was worth it to not have to worry about whether we'd have a scooter for the long day. The delivery guy was great in showing us how to assemble and disable the scooter to fit in our minivan and how to operate it. The scooter lasted all day and we just dropped it back off to their warehouse right by Disneyland. Ricky who helped me put together the order was very thorough and super fast in getting everything arranged and I appreciated his great communication. Ventura 4DLX Scooter was perfect for 3 full days at Disneyland. The battery charge lasted each day at the park plus the 1+ mile each way from our hotel and back. The swivel seat was so helpful with getting in and out. Easy to learn and operate. Delivery to our hotel was great. The scooter had some cosmetic chips and scratches when received, but it did not affect it's performance. Soaring Scooters will definitely be used again upon our return. A rear view mirror would be the only added feature I'd recommend. The total cost was very reasonable. Easy to charge over night in the hotel room. read more

I went through this company when my family went to Disneyland during Halloween. I ordered the Panther for my husband and the Buzzaround for my mom. Pros: -The company delivered directly to our hotel and it was there when when we checked in early. -As simple as when it was delivered, we left it with the Front desk when we checked out -both have comfortable seats -panther has a built in USB charger to keep your phone juiced up for endless pictures and videos -the Panther is great for all day at the park! Literally from 8 AM to 10 PM and he still had enough juice to ride it back to our hotel. Cons: -On the other hand, the Buzaround only made it through half the day before having to charge the battery at the entrance of Disneyland park. It took a couple of hours to gain enough juice to last the rest of the evening before the battery started beeping again on the way back to the hotel. So with that being said, just get the panther scooter if you want to be out all day and not have to worry about the battery dying. We will definitely choose this company every time we visit Disneyland. read more

We have used this company for 2 years now. We got annual passes to Disney and I think that amounts to 5 trips? Anyways, scooters are always there. Always available. This trip is the first one we have ran into a hiccup and it started throwing an error code. We had it swapped out before we finished breakfast. They are even flexible with their reservations. We got smaller scooters for transportation up to Universal and get the bigger battery scooters for the second half of our trip.
