Needed to rent a wheelchair for my son and they had the exact one I was looking for and great store hours.

Came here to get a portable urinal and non slip socks for my dad's upcoming total knee replacement. The guy who helped me wasn't very friendly. The sock selection was very poor and didn't have the quantity of socks I needed. There were only a lot of small socks. I chose this store as it is closest to my home, but I don't know if I will be returning due to the lack of customer service. I went elsewhere to get the size and quantity of socks I needed. read more

They don't stand behind their product. "No returns. Period." was what I was told. I bought a collapsible cane. The locking mechanism failed the first time I assembled it. And stores like this wonder why Amazon puts them out of business. read more

Don't recommend buying from this store location or company! The Store manager misrepresented their product, first delivered a defective wheel chair, then delivered another one and was not what he represented when we went to the store and purchased it. The leg extension was too short and he said when he orders this wheel chair that cost $1399.99 the extension will support my husband's entire leg due to his ankle fusion surgery! It did not, was at least a foot too short. He would not refund AND, this same wheel chair was less than half what he charged us all over the internet and other medical stores! He also said Medicare would not cover the cost of the chair & that I would have to pay for it....... UNTRUE! This place is a rip off, I had to call the police when I tried to return the chair the next day after it was delivered. He ordered me out of the store! Police could not reason with him so I am taking DMES to small stains for misrepresentation of their product! My husband and I were both there when he claimed that the $1399.99 wheel chair would accommodate the long leg extension! SEE YOU IN COURT! read more

When my dad fell and broke several ribs, we rented a medical lift chair over the phone to help him sit down, stand up and sleep in. Tim, the upbeat man who delivered the chair, was professional, informative and friendly. I removed one star because our delivery window was 10 am to 2 pm, and the chair didn't arrive until nearly 4 pm. read more

I am Nurse Practitioner and went to this store because I was needing some medical supplies for my upcoming foot surgery. I bought some items that costed over $200. i did not need the items that I purchased and brought the items back that were never opened. I was told I could not return even thought the items were not opened and it had only been 4 days since I purchased. Please do not go to this medical supply store and go to the one on Tustin street by Lampost Pizza. He is a genuine man and took my supplies back even though I did not purchase them there. read more

Terak was working and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to properly fit my elderly mother for a knee brace, and cane, so that she was able to be more stable while getting around the house. Do not go here and save yourself from all the hassle. The manager is beyond rude and doesn't know what customer service is. Major attitude and totally dismissive. I returned a wheel chair (rental) and he argued with me and said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a refund and he got angry...really angry! I said I was going to report him to the BBB and I started to take pictures of the chair, with rust, sharp metal pieces sticking out, and the seat that wouldn't lock. That's when he came from around the counter and said I couldn't take pictures of anything and he grabbed my arm and tried to take my phone. Police were called and I filed a report. I pray justice is soon served. read more

I was promptly greeted by the very friendly, highly competent and helpful store manger, Derek. Would NEVER recommend this business. Employee named Tarick but tells you his name is Derrick. Such a rude, inconsiderate a$$ole with terrible people skills!!!! I needed some durable medical equipment. Was trying to explain what the hospital gave me wasn't working for me. Tarick was sarcastic, yelling at me. I apologized profusely that I was not able to explain very well as I was in excruciating about if pain. He continued yelling at me saying he didn't care followed by yelling "good bye!" And then hung up on me. I called back again asking for help and again he hung up on me. Tarick has no place in the customer service business. Any employer that keeps this type of jerk on the payroll will never have my business. I have shared this horrible experience with co workers and friends who work at choc and st. Joseph which is across the street. My review shows 1 star..., it should be no stars!! read more

Took my 85 year old mom to get a walker and Derek was incredibly helpful. He took time and was very knowledgeable. She wanted to red walker and he was only able to order the black walker. But to our surprise, when we went to pickup the walker he had the red one waiting for us. Such a a kind and thoughtful gesture. Made my moms day! read more
