I have used DNR mobility since they first opened. It's always my go to when I come to Disney however very disappointed in the condition of the scooters lately and this time around our scooter was not charged causing us over an hour delay into the parks. No refund was given no discount. Nothing just I had to drive the scooter which was in the yellow too DNR mobility and get a new scooter. However, the battery was so dead. The scooter was barely moving . Poor customer service. I will not use them again and I have been using them for years. read more

Affordable, easy to book, and super easy to work with. They dropped off the ECV at our hotel before we arrived, so it was ready for us when we got there. I had to call them multiple times to extend our days (the magic of Disney overtook us). Each time they were quick to answer and sent me email updates immediately after our phone conversation. We ended our stay at a different hotel than we started, and they had no issue picking up from the new hotel. The ECV was in decent condition. It worked well, barely lost its energy bars after each full day of use, and was easy to maneuver. The seat could have been more comfortable, but I have a feeling they're all pretty much the same way across the companies (based on what I saw at the parks over the course of our trip). Would Definitely not recommend! I usually don't rent from other businesses but because the business I usually rent from did not have any scooters available I decided to go with D&R. Never again!! I showed up to pick up my scooter & office was closed. I called the number provided & she said that he would return in 5 minutes. 5 minutes had passed & nothing. Finally showed up after 15 minutes. I tried to make it on my own but after one day at Disneyland, we called for a next day reservation. I was nervous they wouldn't have anything available but my husband was able to pick up a 4 wheel model for me just a 1/2 block down the road. Highly recommend the sturdiness of that 4 wheel scooter. Any issue they were able to remedy and everyone was so kind. We were able to leave it in the lobby of our harbor blvd hotel, The Anaheim Hotel, for pick-up. As a person with a degenerative spinal cord disease, this scooter was meant to be helpful. The tires are completely bald, someone has obviously run it into a brick wall, the armrests were busted... and the headrest was so broken it kept hitting me in the neck every time we moved. Prices are lower than most rentals in the area especially Disneyland don't rent from there. The scooter looked new and powers up for 20 hours plus you definitely have speed. We took it to Disneyland, an adventure park and by accident I put it in neutral. When I called the office, they were so helpful and patient with me. Definitely recommend. read more

I reserved online and had a few problems with their website is what started the problem. I had to call the office whic spoke to a lady but she said she fixed it. However, getting there the 2 guys working in the office didn't know about my reservation. I had to look up the change in my email to even show the guy. I have had to use mobility off and on since 2011. Its not my 1st time renting. with them not really helping out when i asked questions. I had asked about I was going to DownTown Disney however, to even get there from the store with the security at DT Disney said we couldn't get through the front. The scooter weighed 300 pds we couldn't get it in a SUV. the only way is driving it down harbor, to Katella to go in through the parking lot. it wasn't doable. we took it back. Once back in less then 30 mins of pick up. I asked for a discounted rate because we couldn't use it. They had many left , (not a restock issue) even so a restock fee but, full price is uncalled for and not good business. As I was in the store talking to a lady associate she kept raising her voice at me and called me stubborn. I told her that not right and left. I emailed the company and they basiclly said they can change the price. Which to me is bs because who put the price in, or set the price in the pos system which can be changed they will not because of money grubbing practices. I will add i was staying at a local hotel and met a man who delivered for another customer from another mobility scooter place called One Stop Mobility. The gentleman was so kind and so helpful even when i was venting he said yes not good practices. Plus his scooters were smaller and less bulky he delivered his in a personal van. I was planning on taking my elderly grandma to Disneyland and she needed a scooter to get around the park. I did quite a bit of research and ended up booking with D and R due to: 1) Location: literally across the street from the east Harbor Blvd entrance of the park 2) Cost: it was $50 plus tax for the day. This price is cheaper than Select Mobility up the street ($55) and also cheaper than renting directly from Disneyland ($60) 3) Customer experience: it was easy to book a reservation online and pay online. FYI: if you want to book a scooter with Disneyland, it is first come, first serve (no reservations -- so I don't recommend this option). Also, I opted to pick up the scooter at their location. If you pick up and drop off outside of their office hours, you can drop off the scooter in the parking lot directly behind their office in a designated area. I will rent from them again! First time ever using them but omg I was so impressed! I tore my ACL 2 days before my scheduled trip to Disneyland. I really wanted to cancel my trip but didn't want to disappoint my kids. I actually contacted another company first but they literally had so many hidden fees and did not deliver to my hotel unless you rent the scooter for 3 days. But honestly that company was a scam. If you need to rent scooter rent from D AND R mobility scooter. Start to finish the most amazing service. Price was great too. The scooter battery lasted me the entire day in Disneyland and I literally had 3/4 battery left. I highly recommend this company. So friendly and professional. No hidden fees. This was my first experience with D & R Mobility Scooter and it will not be my last. I needed a scooter for Disneyland. Our party stayed in a nearby hotel and the plan was to walk to the park early the next morning. I can't walk long distances or without a walker so I spent hours online trying to figure out where to park, how to get ALL the way to the scooter rental place in the park, where to meet everyone, how will I get back, where will I leave my walker, will the scooter be big or sturdy enough? I almost gave up even trying to go, but the wonderful staff at Hotel Indigo suggested I try an outside company and recommended D & R. The first time I called no one answered so I looked into other companies who offered the same services. It was hard to decide but then Rita from D & R called me back. I hadn't even left a message. I was a little impressed that she called back at all and it was also fairly quickly, so I chose them. I reserved online on their website which was super simple. I needed to leave at 7am that next morning, they delivered the scooter to our hotel lobby the night before. I hadn't even asked them to do that. I was able to scoot alongside my family from the hotel to the park and follow them around all day. The other amazing and awesome thing about D & R is that they are located right outside the park. When I was concerned about losing power their solution was to meet me at the gate and exchange it for a fully charged one. No extra charge, no hassle. (Jacob was amazing as well!) It turned out I didn't need it after all and made it back to the hotel (at 12:30 am) with the same scooter. All I had to do was leave it in the lobby with hotel staff. I don't leave reviews, but D & R's services were an answer to prayer. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend! read more

They are always on time, their scooters are fantastic, they're so reliable, and they're also so conveniently located right across from Disneyland resort. Their customer service is fantastic even past opening hours. I appreciate their kindness, and how easy they are to talk to and to deal with. The owner recognizes me every time I call - probably because I always greet her with the same sentence. I have multiple medical issues, which prevent me from managing the parks on foot. I felt awful because of our change of plans but every time D&R was kind and understanding.
