She's never rode a motorcycle, much less a moped, so I wanted it to be the best experience possible so she would have an amazing time and want to do it again. I searched Yelp as I often do and found LB Scooters. I went to their website and saw they had a nice selection of classic vintage mopeds for a very reasonable price ($49 for 24hours) I instantly got excited cause I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke to Shaun to get more information. Shaun was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to help me choose the perfect bikes for each of us. The next day we arrived at the pickup and Shaun was very helpful in giving a brief rundown on safely operating the mopeds and my wife was up and riding with the biggest smile in only a few short minutes! We took off heading towards the beach and got so many thumbs ups and cheers from people as we passed, the mopeds were real eye catchers and head turners! Long Beach has so much to explore and made for a great full day of cruising and adventure. Anytime we had a question, Shaun was very responsive and helpful. The whole day was so much fun and we were just glowing by the end. The pickup and drop off process was easy, painless, and flexible! 10/10 would definitely do again! Would not recommend this shop for electrical or any other work where a tech is need there tech does…read morenot have the experience to work on Dualtrons although they tell the customer we've worked on dualtrons before I took my Dualtron Thunder in because the display turned off sudddenly this was in early December of last year they took the scooter in & returned it in early January of this year & said the repair had been done & to my surprise the experts on dualtrons & electric bikes & scooter líed I was charged for a repair that was not a fix to my intial issue of the eye display I was charged for parts & labor & within a couple of days of them returning my dualtron Thunder after assuring the issue was resolved within a couple of days the same issue for a second time after being told the problem was solved & after there lead tech had done a diagnosis & replacement of the eye controller & I paid them for everything & I asked them if they would provide a warranty of the work that had been done they said yes if you have an issue with the eye controller of the dualtron bring it in & we'll take care of it so I called the shop was told to bring it in I brought it in within a few days after they had returned it to me in early January & was told they would fix the issue but they did not fix the issue anytime soon I would call them to follow up to see what was going on with my dualtron months went by & when I stopped by at the shop to pickup my dualtron in late september before pickup it up I had the chance to speak with the lead tech to get an update on how everything was going he told me the process was taking a long time because according to them they had to communicate with the engineers of Dualtron in China which is absolutely false Dualtron has representatives here in the US with which you Can get in touch with to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding repairs also you Can order original dualtron parts on there website & have them available in a couple of days they proceeded to install a new controller that according to them was original because they told me they only use original parts from dualtron which is absolutely false the cheap controller they installed is an after market part I came to pickup my scooter at there second location & I was angry & frustrated with them absolutely no honesty or integrity from them I was intially qouted 450 for labor & parts when I went to pickup the dualtron the qoute was adjusted to 330 only for parts but I was returned a nonfunctional dualtron if I could give this place zero stars I would if you want quality work done in a timely manner don't come to this place líe after lié & your scooter or bike will just be sitting in there shop but won't be worked on & fixed to be completely functional think twice before you bring them something to fix here this is not the only one star review they have recently received there are more people who also had a bad experience with this place look at those one star reviews they have

Carlos was my hero for connecting with me by phone before the actual rental time. He explained where to meet with him, in detail. This was important because the Huntington Gardens had construction going on at their front entry gate, so Carlos guided me to an alternate entrance and THEN TO THE DROPOFF SITE on the Huntington property. Quite a gambit. Anyway, Carlos has the best personality. He is gracious and warm. He was prompt in meeting for the drop-off AND for returning to meet for the scooter pick-up. I called him to PLEASE pick up the scooters about 1 hour early, as we were both tired from our adventure. Carlos got to us early and with a smile. The two scooters we rented were excellent for "zipping" around the large property. The property is 207 acres, so trying to do that tour on foot was impossible for us two seniors. Really nice equipment that held it's charge. It was easy to handle indoors (in the galleries) and outdoors (commuting to and through the many gardens.)

Also do you need to go to the post office, you can do it here. Then there is the staff, such kind people then answer all your questions and they never have a bad day. You can go in with a bad mood and i guarantee you'll walk out smiling. I drive 10 miles one way just to go here. its worth the drive.
