I contacted Mozena Medical for repairs on my aging Hoyer lift, which had an oil leak. From the…read morestart, I felt the process was oriented toward getting me to replace my equipment rather than repair it -- despite my repeated insistence that it likely just needed oil. They did complete the actual repair, but left the job unfinished: the oil was never refilled and the bolts were never re-tightened. Multiple parts of the lift were loose and unstable when they handed it back to me. I raised this concern several times while they were still engaged, and was dismissed each time. Their solution was to apply my $850 toward a new machine -- which would have cost me an additional $500 out of pocket. Ultimately, a handyman friend tightened the bolts and refilled the jack oil. The lift worked perfectly after that. Two simple steps that should have been part of any competent service call. What concerns me most is the safety implication. This is a lift that raises a person into the air. Had I used it with loose bolts before my friend intervened, I could have fallen and been seriously injured. When I kept telling them something wasn't right, the response was indifference. That's a troubling attitude for a company working with disabled and medically vulnerable clients. The underlying repair may well have been sound -- but an incomplete job isn't a finished job. I wanted to be able to rely on them for future service, and I genuinely can't recommend them based on this experience.

Also make it clear to any staff to not sign on your behalf as this company does not verify owner oversight. My experience has been extremely disappointing. We originally used this company for medical linen delivery and laundering services. What I did not initially understand, since I did not hire or sign anything, was that we were also being charged ongoing rental fees for the linens, including during periods when our understanding was that services were not being performed as expected. When I initially considered discontinuing service, I was informed that our business was supposedly bound to a five-year agreement. I later learned that this agreement had been signed by a former front-desk employee without my knowledge or authorization as the owner. At the time, rather than escalating the situation, I agreed to continue working with the company. After that employee left, I personally took over managing the account. I was monitoring and making payments through the online portal available to me. I was later informed that there was a separate billing account/login specifically for the linen service that I had not been aware of, and that a balance had accumulated there. Once this was brought to my attention, I communicated that I intended to pay the legitimate outstanding balance for services rendered and work toward bringing the account current. Instead, the company ultimately chose to discontinue providing services to us. What has been most concerning is what happened afterward. Despite the company being the party that discontinued the relationship, we were subsequently presented with a demand of approximately $30,000, which I was told represented amounts allegedly due under the remainder of the five-year agreement - not simply the outstanding balance for services that had actually been provided. I repeatedly questioned why our business should be responsible for paying years of future charges after the company itself chose to stop providing the service. We were unable to reach a reasonable resolution, and the matter has now escalated into litigation. I am not writing this review to determine who is legally right or wrong, that will be addressed through the appropriate process. I am sharing my experience because I believe other small-business and medical-practice owners should understand how important it is to carefully examine the length of the agreement, who is authorized to sign on behalf of the business, the linen rental charges, the existence of separate billing accounts, and especially the financial consequences associated with ending the relationship. Had I understood these terms and the potential financial exposure at the beginning, I would not have chosen this service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to another medical practice as they do not serve the best interest of coming to an agreement that that is fair and reasonable.

They were right! The pain goes away immediately, and we have probably recommended this product to at least 10 to 15 other people who suffer pain from arthritis. What impressed me the most also, was the attitude of their customers coming into the store to buy something. Most of them seem to be repeat customers.
