You asked what can improve their technicians and the people in the office. They don't know if they're hit from their behind. It took the technicians eight months to bring my son two batteries for his wheelchair and his been eight months since they ordered parts for his wheelchair supposedly and it has never been done, and my son is being affected, but not having those parts for his wheelchair. He's actuator on his leg while we call hangers and his affecting his knees because he not not see is not seating properly due to the fact that the technician they don't know what they're doing or they just lazy because they could've ordered those parts and they haven't been done every time I called. This is without a doubt the worst company I've ever worked with. They don't answer their phones. I've waited four weeks for a part to come in and then they wanted me to wait two more weeks to have it installed on my wheelchair. They are short staffed and the follow up is beyond lacking. Gabby called us right away after receiving the referral from my spouse's PCP for a scooter or power chair, and connected us directly with Luis. Luis was able to bring a demo scooter and power chair to our home within a few business days, and was very knowledgeable and assisted our evaluation of options. Since my spouse does not yet have a firm diagnosis, Luis was able to have her try a few different power chairs with different features that may be needed. Luis was very proactive, and arranged for a loaner power chair to use until the diagnosis is clear, and our insurance will be able to approve the appropriate features on the power chair that insurance will cover. Luis helped evaluate the ramps I had installed, and our house layout to ensure the power chair would operate effectively and safely. Luis was very patient as my spouse learned to drive each device, and he made the adjustments needed to make the fit most comfortable. Just yesterday, my son's first power chair was delivered by Luis. Tracy moved mountains to make this happen, a process I assumed would take at least a year to process. It only took a few months. Where do I start!? Since the beginning we have had nothing but problems with the people who work with this company. Mainly Gaby and Joe P. After our daughter was measured for her wheelchair in Oct.of 2013 we were told that it would take about 6-8 weeks to get which gave us an estimated time around Christmas. That was OK with us because my daughter wouldn't need it so much until she started school in January. So come December I called Gaby to check the status of the chair only to find out that the order had never even been placed.So the whole time our paperwork had apparently just been sitting on her desk and no one ever called to give us a follow up or status of what was going on. If I hadn't called we would have thought that we would still have had a wheelchair on the way. So when I asked why I hadn't been called she said and I quote " it was on her to do list". I am not a pushy person at all and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the lack of care in her voice really got to me . I was livid! So come January my daughter starts school with borrowed equipment and our stroller. We didn't get the wheelchair until April and it was delivered by Joe BROKEN. We wanted to start using it asap at this point some took it as was with Joes word that he would be back in about a week to fix broken parts. A week turned into a month , which turned into months, which turned into several unanswered phone calls or promises to call us back. Parts that should have been ordered were never ordered and If they were ordered we never heard from them. So finally had to call the main office in Oxnard to put in a complaint and talked to the Co owner Bill. Hopefully something will get done. Its been over a year and still no wheelchair to use Took almost a year from time paper work and order processed just to get the darn wheelchair. It has been sitting in my room unusable for 3 months because they got everything from paint job to measurements wrong. I suffer while they go about there buisness. She made an appointment for Luis to visit the skilled nursing center where my brother lives to evaluate his current chair and take measurements; afterwards they emailed me a proposal with details of their recommended custom chair. I have had wheelchairs since 1966 and obviously have dealt with many venders. I have been taking my business to Superior Mobility since 2012. I purchased a motorized w/c from a competitor. The competitor sold me a $22,000.00 motorized wheelchair. Following that purchase, any maintenance I required on the w/c was complicated and very time consuming. I was even told that my $22,000.00 wheelchair was not a precision piece of equipment. All this changed when I stared having my motorized wheelchair needs met by Superior Mobility. Most recently the W/C tech, Joe Prieeto, has been very diligent and responsive to my w/c problems. All services provided by Superior Mobility's staff have been excellent, but Joe, has gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the performance of my w/c. The manager Brett was able to work quickly and efficiently with my not-very-cooperative insurance company, to arrange for me to get exactly the scooter I needed. We would not have our son's new chair without her thorough and persistent efforts to help us get navigate endless insurance obstacles. My son has a very complex combination of challenges and abilities, requiring an exceptionally supportive wheelchair that also provides freedom for him to move independently. Started out good, met them at abilities expo. Wanted to try some cushions, David came over in March 2014. , very helpful and knowledgable. Three months later and ever since then I have left messages on David's cell, company phones; e-mails also. NO response! Last week I get a call they want to pick up cushions, I asked Beatrice why no return calls, do they not want my business? She claimed they were discussing my request and would get back to me, guess what? Nothing. I told them to pick up one cushion and I will use the cushion they lent me till I find another supplier. I left cushion for pickup as I wasn't going to be home. They picked up cushion and I haven't heard a thing! Do not do business with these schizos! read more

They are understaffed, rude, rarely answer the phone, and completely inefficient. I needed new motor for my wheelchair, and they came out to the house in December. 5 months later after several phone calls they got the new motor, then installed them wrong. They never return calls after they got paid by insurance. Obviously they are hand-in-glove with insurance companies, got a contract signed, and think they dont have to work or do a decent job. My son is paralyzed. Superior mobility came by because my son needed a new chair. For this reason they showed up. When the chair had broken parts 3 years later, they made an appointment to come out but changed the day 4 different times. They are not responsible and they give you tons of excuses as to why they can't come. They have poor follow up. I would not recommend them. read more
