I've had quite a few issues that were not so simple nd other shops. Old not help with, nd they were creative here and helped out. For instance, my ramp was buckling when I rolled on with my wheelchair and another shop wanted to sell us a new ramp. I went to Aero and their excellent technicians found a much more reasonable solution. We have also purchased a used vehicle from them and it was in excellent condition and we got a great deal. I've also used them for wheelchair repairs and they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aero for all your mobility needs.

I was,done with STANCE who would send me $900+ bills when my plan had an $800 max for durable goods. They said screw insurance it was a patients obligation. I wanted to hear from UHC that they had submitted the claims. They even sent me to collections. Switch to ALIGMENT and here comes AERO MOBILITY, no huge bills just we are waiting for the claim to be acted upon an no we would never send you a huge bill, the first one I got $130 for the ventilator and oxygen generator. Stance finally agreed insurance was real and I had reached the $800 max but I still heard from the bill collector for another month once per week then they stopped too. Want to avoid grief go with Alignment and Aero Mobility for your durable medical needs.

Foster was incredible! R. N. Foster & Capital Hospice Care listened to what my mother's advanced directives stated & what the family wanted with no judgement. My only regret is I didn't know about Capital Hospice Care sooner. With all the negative press lately regarding hospice care, Capital Hospice Care is very caring. I never got the impression they were in business to rip off the system or families.

So I went into pick up and pay for some arms for a wheelchair that I had spoken to Alejandra on the…read morephone about. Plenty of staff to help Looks like they might be overstaffed even. Was able to pick up the arms but they did not have the bolts available. Went back to the person that needed the arms installed them using the existing bolts that were in place as apparently seems to be universal. Things seem to workout and the arms were set aside tagged for me so when I went to the front desk I was able to ask for them. Looks like a store where you'll find most of the medical supplies you might need for your accessories as well as wheelchairs etcetera. I'm guessing there's not a lot of competition locally for it so I'd imagine you'd find it here if you're looking for it and need it in a pinch rather than ordering it online and waiting for delivery.
