Went back to the person that needed the arms installed them using the existing bolts that were in place as apparently seems to be universal. Things seem to workout and the arms were set aside tagged for me so when I went to the front desk I was able to ask for them. Looks like a store where you'll find most of the medical supplies you might need for your accessories as well as wheelchairs etcetera. I'm guessing there's not a lot of competition locally for it so I'd imagine you'd find it here if you're looking for it and need it in a pinch rather than ordering it online and waiting for delivery. I was looking for something durable, powder-free, comfortable, and available in a large size. I picked up a 100-count box of disposable vinyl examination gloves, and they were exactly what I needed. They're non-sterile, ambidextrous, single-use, and most importantly, very soft. When I'm assembling freshly painted vehicles, I have to be extremely careful not to scratch or damage the finished paint. These gloves give me the protection I need while still being soft enough for handling freshly painted parts. I also purchased a 50-count box of Level 3, three-ply disposable medical face masks. Since I interact with customers, I like having that extra layer of protection. The masks fit comfortably over the nose and chin, and the stretchy ear loops make them easy and comfortable to wear. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They were able to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service makes a big difference, and I definitely appreciated their help. I came in looking to protect my hands and my health, and I found both in one place! I contacted Mozena Medical for repairs on my aging Hoyer lift, which had an oil leak. From the…read morestart, I felt the process was oriented toward getting me to replace my equipment rather than repair it -- despite my repeated insistence that it likely just needed oil. They did complete the actual repair, but left the job unfinished: the oil was never refilled and the bolts were never re-tightened. Multiple parts of the lift were loose and unstable when they handed it back to me. I raised this concern several times while they were still engaged, and was dismissed each time. Their solution was to apply my $850 toward a new machine -- which would have cost me an additional $500 out of pocket. Ultimately, a handyman friend tightened the bolts and refilled the jack oil. The lift worked perfectly after that. Two simple steps that should have been part of any competent service call. What concerns me most is the safety implication. This is a lift that raises a person into the air. Had I used it with loose bolts before my friend intervened, I could have fallen and been seriously injured. When I kept telling them something wasn't right, the response was indifference. That's a troubling attitude for a company working with disabled and medically vulnerable clients. The underlying repair may well have been sound -- but an incomplete job isn't a finished job. I wanted to be able to rely on them for future service, and I genuinely can't recommend them based on this experience.

Also do you need to go to the post office, you can do it here. Then there is the staff, such kind people then answer all your questions and they never have a bad day. The regular pharmacy could not help me after that. I was recommended to go to Golden Cove Pharmacy and George was amazing and so kind and really listened to me.
