Needed to purchase a smaller CPAP device for travel, and was recommended by my provider to come here for repairs and purchases. This is the last time coming here I have CPAP machine and wanted a new one because my was 8 years old so the owner wanted me to get a doctors note ok I've only been getting supplies from you the last 7 years. A year ago I got a print out of my CPAP for work I paid $20 today he Charged me $50 that's more than half in a year. I told him that was super high for a print out. He said everything goes up and was rude. Bad service don't recommend this place to anyone he's always rude. You ask him questions and is not polite at all. read more

My b-pap pro 2 went bad on me. I called advanced and spoke to Louis He told me They No longer make that model and I would have to go thru my doctor to get a prescription for something more modern. The mere thought of going thru another sleep study would have killed me. When I told him this He suggested I look online for someone selling my model. My Respironics BIPAP Series M machine has been acting up for the past month. My sleep center required a doctor consult and new sleep study before they would consider helping with the failing machine. The office couldn't make an appointment for me for many weeks. What was I supposed to do? I contacted Louis and he told me to bring in the machine for evaluation. I was so impressed when Louis called me with good news. My machine needed a new motor ($185 parts with labor). I was so impressed at the speed and value of the service. I snapped off the plug of my battery cord for my cpap in the back of the cpap machine. It was my travel machine that I use to go on trips, and we were going camping. There would be power and I was screwed. My husband Charlie went to see Advans. We only had one day to work with. They took the machine, figured out a solution, patched it together, tested it to make sure it worked, and then sent Charlie home with a working machine, charging him what I considered an extremely reasonable price. I live in N J and I was hesitant about sending my cpap for repair to California but I was in desperate need and I was more than happy with everything! They first emailed me letting me know they could repair it after I told them what was happening. They said they couldn't give an estimate until they received the machine. They let me know they received the machine and the repair amount was much much less than having to get a new machine and a new prescription !! I received the machine back and it's like new! I was searching and searching for a legit CPAP store where prices were reasonable and service was great. ADVANS CPAP store in Orange county is the best place you can go to. Louis, the owner is on the premises and can answer and instruct you on all you need to know about these machines. My brother is handicapped and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Louis tried several different masks on my brother to see what he was most comfortable with. He advised which machine would be best. His prices were excellent. I called another company and they quoted me 1600.00. What a rip off. Same machine, $650.00. He offers a 2 year warranty and after that he services the machines for you. He's also very transparent. My OLD CPAP machine was very loud. My boyfriend mentioned I needed a new one or get this one fixed. He called around to find someone that could repair. My 4 year old Cpap machine was damaged on a flight to the east coast so when returning to California I contacted Advans Cpap Inc in Garden Grove. I spoke with Louis the customer service Representative and was given all the upfront charges which were less than I figured on. I send my machine off on a Thursday and by the middle of the following week my man Louis send me a email and left a voice mail to call him about my cpap. I talking to Louis I was told I would be given a new machine with all the trimmings and the cost would be less than the repair....new travel bag, hose and extra filters...Wow!!! I've got a 5 year old cpap machine that had issues. Noise, not sealing, humidifier not working. Looking online, best price I could find (and not a perfect match) was about 1700.00. I drove an hour from my home based on the great reviews Louis, the owner had racked up. I was not disappointed. Louis is polite, professional, and transparent. I felt very comfortable having my sleep in his care.
