They even turned off the lights while I was still waiting by the window , that was very unprofessional in my opinion .

Pharmacist Terene argued against the doctors script, and wrote on my script that I need to stop taking it. I've been on this controlled substance for 6 years. My medication gives me a better quality of life. I don't know why she wanted to deny me of getting a medication that allows me to function. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. This went very well until the prescriptions began to be filled too soon for me. I was running out of space in my freezer to store them. I called and asked that they not fill the prescription until I needed it and to call prior to filling it. This was the process to be followed. It happened once. After they went back to how they handled it prior which i was not happy with. I have requested on multiple occasions to have a prescription transferred to another pharmacy and it still has not been transferred. I have spoken to the owner, the pharmacist and employees. The initial conversation I was informed there were no more refills. They would obtain a new prescription and transfer it. The prescriptions stopped coming. Then without warning they began again. A week prior to needing the medication refilled I found they had filled it and dropped it on my front bench without informing me. I called again and asked that they transfer the prescription. I called Beach Terrance and asked if they still had the prescription. I was told they did. I asked that they fill it and them transfer it. I was told they would do so. I just checked after 3 weeks and found this still has not been transferred. I will call again tomorrow and speak to them once more. I have enough on hand now to make it to my next appointment with the prescribing Doctor. If this has not been transferred I will request a new prescription.

The pharmacy technician apparently left without getting a backup for the poor pharmacist. He was swamped with work and had dozens of patients from the same urgent care I came from waiting for scripts. The problem was that nothing was processed in the orders received and people waiting had others who came after had their scripts filled straightaway and leaving. I sat there like an idiot with other very sick patients well into 1am. And my insurance information wasn't taken in correctly so I paid full price. I was in no mood of waiting more so I can do an all nighter at this sketchy CVS. The outside of the store doesn't seem safe as many homeless people and other hoodlums were smoking and dealing god knows what. Certainly not a place young female should be going unaccompanied at night.
