This is my main pharmacy and I wouldn't have it any other way !! It's clean, neat, and there's barely a wait when I go to get my prescriptions. I used to have to wait in super long lines at the CVS in Walgreens and the service there was terrible. Here is a breath of fresh air! They even go above and beyond to make sure I get great service. The other day, my provider made a mistake and didn't give me my regular refills, and so the pharmacy techs working went out of their way to call the provider on my behalf to take care of it, and even offered me loaner pills while I waited for my other provider to get back to me. Q pharmacy is a great place to fill your prescriptions. Henry is very personable and will help you with all your needs. He even gives you a choice of manufacturers if your prescription has multiple generic sources. If your meds are in stock, he will fill them for you right in front of you. If it isn't, he will will text or call you when they are ready for pick up. The customer service and attention they give you as a customer is really amazing. The owner henry. He actually cares about getting you the best price for your medication. For my grandmother he was able to use Medicare and medical for another medication which now will save my grandmother 2400 a year. Considering she is on a fixed income that is huge for her. I have been going to Walgreens for the past 8 years. You would think they would know you after 8 years, guess wrong. That's not why I changed my pharmacy, it was that they were constantly out of my meds and they couldn't tell me why and how long. I was referred to Q Pharmacy. OMG such a fresh breath of air. The place is so clean that you can eat of the floor.The pharmacist Mr. Henry knew my name the first day .Mr Henry is not only very knowledgeable in medicine, he also works with great sense of urgency and a big smile. The staff knew me by name the second visit. All the staff work with smile and work with Mr. Henry like well oiled machine.
