First pharmacy I've ever cared to leave a review for! They are the most professional in the OC area! The owner greeted me as I walked in , rare for a pharmacy.. He even gives you a choice of manufacturers if your prescription has multiple generic sources. If your meds are in stock, he will fill them for you right in front of you. If it isn't, he will will text or call you when they are ready for pick up. I have been going to Walgreens for the past 8 years. You would think they would know you after 8 years, guess wrong. That's not why I changed my pharmacy, it was that they were constantly out of my meds and they couldn't tell me why and how long. I was referred to Q Pharmacy. OMG such a fresh breath of air. The customer service and attention they give you as a customer is really amazing. The owner henry. He actually cares about getting you the best price for your medication. For my grandmother he was able to use Medicare and medical for another medication which now will save my grandmother 2400 a year. Considering she is on a fixed income that is huge for her.
