I went to Abilities Expo in Long Beach this year and just came away thinking that event wasn't for me and I can't afford any of it. I'm grateful Malisa has a cheaper end model for those of us with less cash that is still well designed and easy to use. It's pricing like the cheaper online models but with the benefit of an actual office/warehouse so you can talk to a person and get parts or repairs if necessary. I am an average height and weighted person and you should definitely check online specs for any particular needs. We physically went in because I wanted to rent and test out an electric wheelchair before buying. It was such a good, affordable deal that we just ended up buying one a week later. There's an occasional language hiccup here or there but Lou was great and really wants to help you. They let me test out all the different wheelchairs and scooters. He even helped put the device together for me and offered to help load the car, although there's videos on YouTube for how to assemble at home too. It looked fairly easy. They aren't always in, so call ahead to make sure if you are on a tight timeframe (see the piece of paper with phone number). This is definitely a warehouse and you can check out their new retail location (Wellnova Mobility in Laguna, why isn't this on the paper?!) if you prefer a more shop like experience. The Google maps location is wrong and it's two buildings over, it has the address on it. Still waiting for a receipt, hopefully it'll come soon. I'll update if anything goes awry. Looking forward to using this both as a wheelchair and as a lightly assisted rollator with the arm up. I thought this second feature was way out of my price range and it's not designed for that, but I'm excited. Folds easily and I could be pushed in it manually as well.

The refund still hasn't show up, I asked for an email or confirmation number and they keep saying they will send and they never do, such a shady company. I brought the chair in on Saturday morning and had it back on Monday morning. Not only did Mobility, Etc. fix the wires, they used some clever attachments to help avoid the pulling of wires during folding and unfolding in the future. This was all done within the cost of the diagnostic fee. We are so pleased! I also want to give a shout out for the friendly professionalism of the fella we worked with. I wish I had his name. From my very first phone call, when Kerri patiently answered all my questions, to the final installation, the entire experience has been exceptional. We visited their office to test drive a stairlift, and owner Rick Mills was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us toward the best option for our needs. His son Matthew came to our home the very next day to measure our staircase, and exactly five weeks to the day, our beautiful new stairlift was installed! The entire team was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us prepare our home for my 94 yr old mother in law. I've had my Ranger for FOUR years and it's taken me MANY miles with absolutely NO problems (other…read morethan occasional driver error). The only trouble I've had is the same as Chuck F. It's hard to negotiate tight spaces around my apartment, narrow aisles in stores, etc. There isn't a low enough speed. The chair is light enough for my daughter to lift into the back of the car. My only criticisms would be the cushions are terrible, the foot rest is so short my feet hang over the front of it. My friend made me a backpack that is velcro-ed onto the back rail which is much bigger and useful than the little one on the seat back. She modeled it after bicycle saddle bags. I would recommend everyone get some kind of flag because I've twice come close to disaster because I'm lower than most car windows (line of vision). I need a new cable that extends from the chair to the charger. Can you tell me if it needs servicing?

We have been using it on walks, battery life is excellent. It is easy to disassemble for car portability.
