I cannot say enough good things about this wheelchair. I purchased it specifically for traveling to Greece, and it has exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. It is surprisingly fast, incredibly responsive, and has an excellent turning radius. It maneuvers beautifully through tight spaces, but what impressed me most was how well it handled the uneven streets, rough pavement, and challenging surfaces throughout Athens, Greece. I cant say enough about the comfort of this chair!! It gave me the freedom and confidence to explore without constantly worrying about whether the chair could handle the terrain. I had to lift it op and down from the randome 4-5" curbs, but thats expected if any motoized chair. The ride is comfortable, the controls are easy to use, and the chair feels powerful and stable. It has made an enormous difference in my ability to enjoy this trip. I also purchased the matching travel cover, and I consider it an absolute must-have. It completely covers the folded wheelchair and helps protect it from dust, dirt, scratches, and damage during transportation and storage. It is especially valuable when traveling by air because it keeps the chair contained and provides an extra layer of protection during handling. David at Malisa Mobility has also been excellent to work with. He is informative, energetic, and focused on solving problems. One issue is that the wheelchair arrived without the advertised teal-painted wheels. I am still waiting for a final resolution regarding replacement with the advertised wheels, but David has remained attentive and responsive throughout the process. I appreciate his efforts and am confident he will work with management to find a satisfactory solution. The wheelchair and travel cover are an excellent combination. Whether you are purchasing this chair for everyday mobility or travel, I highly recommend getting both. This wheelchair has performed beautifully in real-world conditions and has genuinely given me greater independence. I am extremely happy with my purchase and impressed with the customer service. read more

I'm a recently disabled ambulatory wheelchair user. We live in an amazing time when both electric and manual wheelchairs are getting cheaper with better features, and I still don't have the money for that. Many disabled people don't. I went to Abilities Expo in Long Beach this year and just came away thinking that event wasn't for me and I can't afford any of it. I'm grateful Malisa has a cheaper end model for those of us with less cash that is still well designed and easy to use. It's pricing like the cheaper online models but with the benefit of an actual office/warehouse so you can talk to a person and get parts or repairs if necessary. I am an average height and weighted person and you should definitely check online specs for any particular needs. We physically went in because I wanted to rent and test out an electric wheelchair before buying. It was such a good, affordable deal that we just ended up buying one a week later. There's an occasional language hiccup here or there but Lou was great and really wants to help you. They let me test out all the different wheelchairs and scooters. He even helped put the device together for me and offered to help load the car, although there's videos on YouTube for how to assemble at home too. It looked fairly easy. They aren't always in, so call ahead to make sure if you are on a tight timeframe (see the piece of paper with phone number). This is definitely a warehouse and you can check out their new retail location (Wellnova Mobility in Laguna, why isn't this on the paper?!) if you prefer a more shop like experience. The Google maps location is wrong and it's two buildings over, it has the address on it. Still waiting for a receipt, hopefully it'll come soon. I'll update if anything goes awry. Looking forward to using this both as a wheelchair and as a lightly assisted rollator with the arm up. I thought this second feature was way out of my price range and it's not designed for that, but I'm excited. Folds easily and I could be pushed in it manually as well. read more

If I could leave a 0 I would. I hurt my foot and couldn't walk what so ever. I rented a ecv for my Disneyland trip got the confirmation email and everything was set for the next day supposedly.... The next day I didn't get a call, I had to call them and they said it's no problem they will wait for my in lobby. I made it to the hotel and nothing. All I got was a text message saying their driver never responded to them and I'm getting a refund. The refund still hasn't show up, I asked for an email or confirmation number and they keep saying they will send and they never do, such a shady company. I called their 3 different phone numbers and they were ignoring my calls nonstop. I say go with a different company. I'll make sure to make a video review of my exp here as well to my 900k followers read more

I rented a scooter for Disneyland for 2 days. They delivered it to hotel and picked it up. It was such a blessing to have.

Great service and excellent little wheelchair device for a fantastic price! We visited twice to make sure we got to test and decide on the device we wanted and they set us up with a brand new one. Great controls. Easy to nav and use. It has some great features that make it easy to use in different ways, including as a transfer chair. Folds up tight for easy transport. Looking forward to putting some miles on this. Thanks Malisa Mobility! read more

Malisa Mobility - The chair we ended up getting. Lots of great subtle features that make it easy to transport and versatile. - Mobility Equipment Sales & Services Near Me - Santa Ana, California

We had a great experience with Malisa Mobility while helping one of my wife's family members from Irvine. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their Santa Ana location is very central and convenient for people across Orange County, and it's great that they also have a new location in Laguna Niguel to better serve South Orange County. After reading some of the lower-rated reviews, I honestly feel they don't reflect the service we received. Our experience was easy, professional, and hassle-free. I'll also be adding a few photos. I opted for a mobility scooter for a family trip to the Disney parks. The service and communication from. Malia Mobility was prompt, professional, and excellent. The scooter, I rented a long battery life one, performed very well, and made the whole experience less stressful. They delivered, and picked up, at our AirBNB near Disneyland, which was great, especially considering the complex was a maze. Thank you for such great service! read more

Customer service is amazing and the rentals are on point! The delivery driver was extremely respectful and made sure to check on us throughout our rental. Will definitely rent with them again. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Rented/paid for a scooter to be delivered to our Vrbo across the street from Disneyland. It was supposed to be delivered on the evening of May 29, as we were headed to the park the next morning. They never showed, did not call until I called them. Promised they would have it to us before 8:00am the next morning, but again they never showed and did not call. I finally called them and they had no idea when they could get it to us, so I said to just cancel it and refund our money. I have reached out several times asking for that refund of my money, but still have not received it. Absolutely do NOT have anything to do with this business. read more

If parts go wrong there is no way to get certain parts and Malisa does nothing to help you. There life time service if you purchase is a joke. I have a wheelchair that is no use for me as it will not fold down so I can not put it in my SUV. The wheelchair is great till something stops working. read more
