The batteries provided withe scooters did not work. It was a 3 day rental and the scooters died on the third day, forcing us to spend only a half day in the parks and push one scooter back to the hotel. I am 75 with 2 knee replacements. I placed an order the night before our trip, and I was surprised that I was able to get the scooter I wanted, even though it was at the last minute. There was some confusion with the order, and I'm pretty sure it was my fault, but David still got me the vehicle in a timely manner. Horrible service and they continued to argue with us when they never checked out the wheelchair that they rented us. We couldn't honk the horn in Disneyland to let people know that they were about to get hit. we couldn't reverse making the sound that we were backing up. These are all safety measures that need to be in place when you rent the equipment you should never be without them. Then they argued with us and it took him four hours of our time for them to come pick up the equipment. Worst company ever. read more

I put in an order for a scooter which they fulfilled with a local provider that would not meet my timing needs. They refused to cancel and refund on the first call, which was kindly made by the hotel since they were helping me in the situation. I had to call a second time and after a bit of push back made it clear that I would dispute their charges and had emails that showed my request and the final fulfillment commitment times were not aligned. They finally relented and issued a cancel/refund. I then booked with a local provider through my hotel that committed to my exact time (and came as promised) and was also 1/3 the price!!! read more

So disappointed. Scooter did not have a basket which was in the description, and on Disneyland you really need the basket. I called the customer service and asked about it, they were like oh well. Texted the actual vendor and she said oh I will drop one at the hotel....well that was all smoke because she never shown. The kicker was the scooter could not keep charge, we had to spend 85 dollars to rent one at Disneyland. That was on top of the 225 that we spent on cloud of goods. They gave me another number for a local contact. That person would not answer my calls and their mail box was full. Called again the next day around noon and same thing. Completely blown away by the customer service at Cloud of Goods in Abaheim! Rented a scooter for my mother to go Disneyland for 3 days with a granddaughter and I. The scooter was delivered to the hotel before I arrived at the hotel. I will say that our representative was named Osman, and he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had about the scooter! He truly went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful! He actually came at midnight of the 1st night and swapped out the original scooter for an upgrade bc my mother felt it used too much battery and was scared she would be stranded at the park. He kept in touch w us thru out our visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I have rented scooters before and never received this kind of service and the scooters and price for the scooter was definitely best of the best!!!! I reserved an ECV two months prior to our Disneyland vacation. I paid in full at the time of reservation. I received a confirmation the day before. It was supposed to be waiting at my Disney hotel upon my arrival. When I arrived there was no cart! When I called the number on my confirmation email, I was told that she didn't service Anaheim any longer and it should have been transferred to another agent. Here we were, grandkids waiting anxiously to hit the parks and I didn't have a cart. Fortunately, our wonderful hotel found one and had it delivered in 20 minutes. When I contacted Cloud of Goods I was told "we apologize we weren't able to find a ECV for you". When I asked why I wasn't notified and why I received a confirmation the day before, I was told it was autogenerated. I was told my refund would come in 5-10 days and to please be patient! If you do rent from them call and get a verification from an actual person that you will actually have a cart! It wasn't a great start to our magical vacation! read more

I rented from this company thinking it would be a good experience based off of reviews. However, it is sad to say that is not the case. The rental process was easy and smooth. That's where the good review ends. I would give it negative stars if I could. I have never really been able to get a hold of my partner. She replied to my message nearly 3 weeks after initial contact, after I sent another message. There was a little correspondence that day and the replies were very short, like she was uninterested and could not be bothered to deal with me, to do her job. I tried reaching put and confirming several times before the day of delivery and I never heard back from her. The day of delivery, the driver did not know anything about the chair and I could not get a hold of my partner. Upon receipt of the chair, when it came time to use it, it was not fully charged as guaranteed. It was on a dead battery for most of the night. Causing me to have to stop and charge throughout the night. I did not receive the chair I reserved. I rented a chair with a 500lb weight capacity and I received a 300lb weight capacity chair. I was also told that the chair had adjustable foot rests, it did not. The customer service number is okay, however, when I wanted to make a complaint, after telling them all of what had gone wrong, they told me to send an email. It I have someone on the phone, why do I have to send an email? I am trying to get an earlier pick up and again, no one can get a hold of my partner. Overall, a horrible experience and I will be finding other companies to rent from in the future. read more

Do not rent from Cloud of Goods, Anaheim! I had a nightmare of an experience there. They're equipment is dirty and faulty. Dealing with them took time out of my vacation and caused my family a huge headache. To top it off I have not been able to get the refund I was promised. They've had a month. Tomorrow I am going to my bank to file a fraud claim as I did not receive the goods and services promised. Luckily my bank offers this feature. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this company is highly unprofessional. Warning: do NOT rent the Burley Bee trailer. I wanted to take my child for a ride in a wagon trailer for an event, so i rented the Burley Bee trailer for a day. I studied the installation videos, and called Cloud of Goods twice - spoke to real people - who assured me that all the installation parts are intact. Then i rented a road bike that would be compatible with the Burley Bee. When the item arrived at 10:30pm the night before the event, it was not the Burley Bee. It was not even a trailer. It was a tandem bike attachment.... The delivery guy was very apologetic and went back to the warehouse to get me the correct item. Except it was not the Burley Bee. It was an InStep trailer, a Walmart item that costs less than a quarter of the item that was advertised, AND sworn by TWO customer rep over the phone that it was indeed the Burley Bee. So i stayed up till midnight waiting for a crappy version of what i thought i rented. It's like paying for renting a BMW but getting a Chevy somehow. Two stars only because i felt bad for the delivery guy who had to drive past midnight on a Saturday evening. read more

Amazing experience and great service. Our daughters were so happy With the double stroller we rented. Amazing staff and they actually Dropped off our stroller on time, actually a little earlier so we got to use it walking to Disneyland's downtown Disney. Our hotel Residence Inn anaheim Maingate allowed our stroller renter service to have our stroller on hold until we arrived to pick it up. I recommend this company because we were satisfied and they really have 24/7 service! We were so happy. Thank you so much! I recommend for parents to bring your own bag hooks if you have, also tell them the condition of the stroller beforehand. Our stroller was fine, you can tell it has been rented a lot. We got the jogger stroller it was great we just wished there was more space on the storage of the bottom of the stroller but, it forced us to bring not so much stuff and it worked out great! Stroller was in good condition. I was in Mission Viejo. I received a call the night my stroller was to be dropped off telling me that my hotel was too far and that it was a bit of a drive for the driver and that they could meet me in front of Disneyland the next morning. As if harbor blvd is not the busiest location to "meet up" with someone. I told them that I couldnt do that and that they had guaranteed my delivery for the night before. Stroller was dropped off on time on that night, but the attitude I got from my driver was very disappointing. She was rude and clearly bothered with having to make the drive. I have used citystrollerrentals in the past and will go back to use them again. I dont need to be reprimanded or scolded for "inconveniencing"my driver. I rented a large mobility scooter for five days at Disneyland. They failed to deliver the scooter on the first day, we had to rent one in Disneyland for $75 for a half-day. The second day they arrived with the wrong scooter but gave us someone else's that was closer to right size that we ordered. I guess the other people had to take the little, tiny one they brought for us. Now they refuse to reimburse us for the one-day rental when they failed to show-up at the designated time and place the first day. It would seem fair to reimburse us for 1/5 of the five-day total charge, but, after 6 phone calls, they refuse to give us back the one-day rental fee. Plus, they made another, unexplained $20 charge after it was paid in-full that I did not authorize on my card. Avoid these guys, you mean nothing to them after they get your money.... no customer service at all! I feel totally scammed. read more

Renting was quick and easy but reserved a mobility scooter to be delivered to my hotel between 3 and 4 on a Sunday. Had not been delivered and had not heard from them at 5pm. Called the local vendor, no answer. Called the company number and had to wait for them to contact the vendor to call me back. When they finally called I was told I was next on the list and asked if I was in a hurry or if by the end of the night was OK. By that point I had canceled my plans to use it that day so I said by the end of the night was OK but never dreamed it wouldn't be delivered until 10:45pm! After my rental I called to get a refund for the afternoon that I wasn't able to use and was told that I approved it being late. I was even asked for proof that I was the one that had to call them, which I provided. Then when I called again to pursue the refund I was told it was not delivered on time because I wasn't checked into my hotel. I asked for proof that they contacted the hotel but it was not provided. As of now I have not heard back and don't expect any type of refund but wanted to warn others of their horrible customer service! read more

Just had another great experience with Cloud of Goods. We discovered Cloud of Goods/Orlando last June. I had had a knee injury and was eaiting for approval f9r knee replacement in the fall. We had an 8 day trip to Dos ey Worls with our daughter and 2 granddaughters... dang it -I WAS going to have a good time and not miss out on anything!!! I rented a scooter for 8 days They were awesome, and everything was exactly as advertised. Since i am still recovering from my knee surgery, and had a mother/daughters day trip to the Disneyland Resort (we live local to the resort) I contacted the local office. They delivered my scooter promptly. The scooter was in great condition. The battery lasted from 9 a.m. til after 11 p.m. The customer service was great, delivery and pick up was all at my convenience and flawless! I highly recommend Cloud of Goods! read more

We rented a stroller from Cloud of Goods Anaheim for our trip to Disneyland. Husband and I forgot our NEW stroller we bought for the trip!! Lol ‍ We had an excellent experience. The website wasn't very user friendly which was frustrating. But I was able to get ahold of someone via chat. Marshall was great! Helped me figure out which stroller was best for our needs in Disneyland. The stroller was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. We had pick up set for 7-10pm on a Wednesday and I texted to let them know we might me a little late and they worked with me on the time and gave me a little wiggle room. My ONLY complaint and it was totally my fault was the stroller didn't have a cup holder. I didn't think to look when I was picking out the stroller and I was trying to just get a basic one and nothing fancy. The stroller was used for sure and had a few scratches and gouges but it didn't effect the mobility of it. And it was clean. It served its purpose and was so worth the $15 a day. I hope I don't forget my brand new stroller next time lol, but if I do I will use Cloud of Goods again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything! read more

Horrible business! What a nightmare this turned out to be. We spent hundreds of dollars for a trip to Disneyland, and decided to rent a double stroller 4 days in advance. After receiving a phone call to reschedule drop off, I recoeved a text confirmation and an email confirmation. The next morning nobody showed up. When I called to check status, they told me my order had been cancelled. The worst part is all of this took place on Thanksgiving so I didn't even have time to go and get a stroller at the store because they're closed. When I called the owner showed no remorse whatsoever. There are other companies that rent strollers in the area, save yourself the trouble and go to one of them. This company is an absolute joke. read more

My son ran the LA Marathon and injured his leg. We were planning to go to Disneyland and Universal Studios for the next week and knew he wouldn't make it. We called Monday morning at 6:30 am and all they had available was a manual wheelchair. We ordered it and got it by 8:30 a.m. Chris, the delivery person was awesome. He helped us decide if we wanted to stick with a wheelchair or upgrade to a scooter, he even gave my son some good advice on how to care for his leg! The company texted to see if we wanted to extend the rental, which we did (we ended up keeping the manual wheelchair - due to the ease of transporting it). We were contacted about pick up times and able to leave the wheelchair in the hotel lobby for them to pick up. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but if we do I know who to call! read more

Another great experience with Cloud of Goods! We rented a electronic mobile scooter for my dad to experience Disneyland with grandkids. Driver/drop off person was super helpful and patient. He met us at front of gate, and then texted us the day of drop off to confirm pick up. I liked that they text you and are flexible for pick up and drop off. Our vacation started with a delayed flight and then the airline lost our stroller.  It was 5pm, as I sat in our hotel room with our napping toddler, wondering what to do about a stroller for our 2-day Disneyland trip starting the next morning.  knowing that the Disneyland stollers aren't ideal for cleanliness, comfort or even shade (at least to my standards), I called a few places to find out most didn't deliver Sundays, didn't have a pickup location or wouldn't be able to get the stroller out to us until the following afternoon.  I stumbled across clouds of goods on yelp and decided to give them a call.  Although I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone, I decided to put my order online and hope for the best.  They were wonderful and so easy! First off, their prices are comparable (in my case they were even cheaper) than all the other companies.  I got an email confirmation right away and they dropped off the stroller to my hotel the same night (between 7pm-10pm).  I even got a text from them once it was dropped off in the lobby.  If your hotel lobby doesn't hold strollers, they call you to meet you for the dropoff. Our two days in Disneyland was painless with this stroller.  We were delivered a Britax B-agile, which is a stroller I am familiar with, so I was very pleased to get a quality stroller.   It was bright red, which actually made it easier to find in the mountain of strollers parked at the park. But most of all, it was clean.  I did wipe it down as I got it and was very pleased that it was in great shape and was clean.  The process to return was beyond easy as well.  I dropped it off at the front lobby of my hotel the day I checked out.  I didn't realize that my hotel doesn't usually hold strollers, but in my case they did (lucky i guess).  Clouds of goods even text me the night prior to see if I needed to extend my rental, which I didn't, and they were confirming pick up the following day.  This company is great for stroller rentals.  The only comment I have is that I wish they also rented the cupholders or the bars for the strollers.  This would have made it easier for my toddler to hold her drink, etc.  Otherwise, wonderful experience with this company.  I am very pleased. read more

It is unfortunate that I have to write a bad review and warn others of their faulty electric scooters. I rented one on March 7 to the 8th 2020 and had the worst service and chair. The delivery of my chair was three hours late which made our plan Disneyland trip a mess but we made the best of it. Then the next day the same electric scooter decided to stop when it would like to and almost caused an accident on harbor cross walk because it stopped in the the middle of the Intersection well crossing I called customer service they told me to try a couple of things it seemed to fix the problem but only for a short amount of time. I called again and reported the problems once again and nothing was done so I had to end our Disney trip early because of this when I asked customer service was going to be done they told me I would hear back from a manager so at this point I am still waiting for their call. I received a old style grey scooter with almost 0 turning radius, very uncomfortable seat. And would not hold a charge I would turn off each time I stopped as advised. We ordered 3 mobility scooters from these folks. We had such a good experience when we used them in San Francisco and expected the same experience. That was not the case. On the night our scooters were to arrive by 10pm, they had not arrived. We called and were told they did not have scooters for us and had canceled our order. We ordered them a month earlier.
