When I called, the guy on the phone said they were available for the date and time I wanted, but I needed to book online. I did that and it was confirmed. The next day I get an email stating it was cancelled. Why would you say one thing and do another? Poor business etiquette. read more

I've used these guys about a half dozen times, for both drop-off and pick-up from the airport. Every time they had no problem booking at the exact time *I* wanted to leave (seriously SuperShuttle, screw you and your 3-hour pre-flight window). Cost is GREAT if you are in the near-airport South Bay (beach cities, gardena, etc.) about $35-45 flat rate. It's $75 once you get farther south (i.e. Long Beach) but still cheaper than the shuttles which charge you per head. In fact I just booked another pickup for my upcoming trip and it took about one minute since they had my address and CC on file. A+ read more

We had a fantastic experience!! Alex was helpful over the phone, understood our needs and gave us a great rate. They are competitively priced. We had 10 people and rented their sprinter limo. It was awesome! Clean and lux ;). Our driver Fred was very nice - he was on time, and a gentleman, and the poor guy dealt with super drunk people (us) for something close to 11 hours. We went to a concert 1.5 hrs away, and when we arrived, we realized our act wouldn't start for another 5 hours! So we talked to our driver and Alex, and they were SUPER accommodating. They didn't charge us a million dollars for going WAY over the time we initially agreed to. They were incredibly reasonable, and fairly priced. It allowed us to tailgate for 5+ hours before going into the venue, and Fred even pulled out some chairs he had for us! He gathered us in the end (found us), stopped for potty breaks on the way home, and pretty much made the evening effortless. All in all it was a perfect experience. We had a fabulous time meeting and greeting with our Management team over the Holidays! Thank you LAXVIP Limo Service! Your driver Hector was on time and very polite, he was easy going and always ready through-out the day as we drove from building to building to visit our different properties. The driver cleaned out the limo in-between property visits and at one point we ran out of ice and the driver offered to go pick up extra ice. It helped us serve our managers and show them a good time! We were on a tight time frame but made it back to our office on-time, thanks to this excellent service! The one star is only because I had to give something. Do not and I repeat DO NOT rent a party bus from these crooks! I rented a bus for 3/1/14 as a surprise for my fiancé bday. Since it was a surprise, we arrived to the pick up spot later than the rest of our guests. The driver threatened to leave us saying that he was on a schedule. STRIKE 1! One hr into our 5hr rental, the music goes out. After further investigation, we learn that the speakers were blown. STRIKE 2! The following day, I called and went up to the place of business to rectify the situation and of course the manager was not available. I called for a whole week straight to finally have someone tell me that the manager will be out of town for a month and he left no one in charge! STRIKE 3! I am in the process of suing the company and reporting them to consumer affairs. You have been warned! read more

From the minute Collin showed up, he knew how to get the party started and loaded all our libations on the bus. He was very attentive to any requests we had along the way. Fabulous company to deal with and the driver Ahmad was courteous and most accommodating to our needs, and a very safe driver. He was a few minutes early than our requested time, but I think he was making sure to get us to our appointed destination knowing that we were going to a surprise birthday party. We were provided with a sprinter coach that was beautiful inside, very clean and had the appearance of being brand new. A different type of luxury in this style of transportation. I recently used LAX VIP Limo to have my son and his date transported to and from the prom. The SUV was in excellent condition and Nick was extremely professional. He arrived before time which allowed us more time to take photos in the SUV. I told Nick that he was carrying my most precious cargo, and even-though my son is a new driver, and is able to drive himself to the prom, I thought it was best to rent a vehicle for him on this evening to have a more experienced driver behind the wheel. Nick smiled a reassured me that my precious cargo is in good hands and that he would take good care of them. What I did not expect, but was happy to get, was text messages throughout the evening providing status updates...Thank you! Also, when I received the final update that the SUV was outside, I opened the door and there was Nick standing outside the car with my son and his date waving at me. Nick held true to his promise...he delivered by son back to me the same way he picked him up from me. Thank you Nick! I would like to start by saying that this company is very highly rated and recommended by me, and deserve not only 5 stars but diamonds too. I reserved with a few weeks ahead of our event, and vip's communication was outstanding. I made a few changes in between and they accommodated my needs. I was also given a free upgrade, and am very thankful for it. The driver DESMOND, arrived to the pick up location early, and was very well mannered, polite, courteous, professional and looked very dapper. He got us to our destination in a very timely manner with a very comfortable cruise to Malibu. The Sprinter Limo was gorgeous and impressive all around. It was impeccably clean and well equipped. The interior climate was perfect, despite the hot 92 degree temperature outside. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who wants the best service and best coach for your special event. We used LAX VIP Limousine service this weekend for my sons wedding. Our hummer limo never cooled down. The bridesmaids spent hundreds of dollars on their hair and make up and the overwhelming heat in that limo ruined it. I called the owner Alex, and he said it is in the contract, if it gets too hot, your limo will not cool down. Beware all brides, do not, I repeat, do not use this company. In the other limo my son was in, the driver was eating fried chicken and stunk up their limo, their A/C also was not working and the driver got lost. What a ridiculous company. They gave me the quote, I contacted my group to let everyone know pricing, etc. Email back to VIP confirming...no response. Email again, now they tell me that the pricing was off, it is now mysteriously $200.00 more, and oh they will not do the return trip. Mind you I am booking 4 months in advance. Best party bus experience I've had. I booked LAX VIP limo for my daughter's quinceanera. I had a few disappointments on this big day, but this definitely was not one of them. Having dealt with a few different vendors that day and feeling ripped off, the party bus was worth every dollar. I rented a party bus and a sprinter and got a really good rate. If you want to be hot, sweaty by the time you show up to your event, by all means...rent from this company. I was celebrating my 28th bday. Rented from this company because the rate was reasonable. Now I know why. Other companies because they have AC and good sound systems. Our driver was nice and on time. The owner Told me the sprinter limo fits 16 comfortably. Well one of my passengers had to ride in the front with the driver for comfort of my other guests. As soon as the door closed we asked for AC. Yes we'd all been drinking but once the windows all frosted we knew it was not just us. The driver kept saying you will cool down, well by the time I arrived(less than 15 min) my hairdo was sweated out, I'm a black girl... Not a good look. The sound system was not up to par for a "2015 Mercedes sprinter". When I called Alex the next day, he told me I should have called the night before, mind you we were picked up at 11pm. After contacting his driver he was informed that the AC had blown out, as it has in the past. And told me the sprinter held 14 comfortably 16 max. Never received sympathy or an apology.He said " we'll take care of you" he had to call his business partner. Never received a response so I gave it 3 hours, called from my office line"which is a recorded line. I asked what they would typically do in this situation, said very rudely " I don't know mam, I have to talk to my partner" I'll call you Monday. And hung up on me. So thus I'm here warning you. Prices are cheap because the service is low quality and deceptive. The disposition of the company's management is rude and unapologetic . My guests that helped pay for the service were upset and embarrassed. Only has one star because I had to choose, if it were up to me it would be -5 stars. read more
