They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs.The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company.What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience. I DID go back since I needed repair and couldnt find places familar with Luggie. My experience was back to it former 5-star quality. There was no evidence of the offending employee. Everyone was GREAT!!!! I even tried to tip them because they were so wondeful and the guy refused saying "Its our job!" After my last experience I feared they would gouge me as that gal tried to but went back since all other experiences with them have been great. I am GLAD I did! The folks were terrific and HONEST!!!! I am glad I gave them a try again. I wouldnt have but for the truly exceptional service I had in all prior dealings. I do not think they changed hands but rather the negative experience I previously reported may have been a single gal having a negative day.

Eva was great to deal with. I purchased a demo from the showroom. After a few days I wanted to swap it out for a different model that would fit in my vehicle better. She worked with me on the exchange so I got exactly what I wanted. All of the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. When my Dad passed they were just as helpful in taking those items on consignment for my family. They have gone above and beyond in dealing with buyers and their needs. Some of who were a nightmare or no shows. Scott and the staff have all been amazing. I don't know how we'd do this without them!!! They are super knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
