My boots looked great. He cleaned them up nicely. The heels looked great too. These are my absolute favorite shoes, Lord & Taylor. On to Saturday. I was in my shoes for a total of 3 hours. About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! I feel bad about editing this review because so many people had bad experiences with him initially and initially my experience was great until I had a problem. Then he got defensive and deflected any and all responsibility. He is friendly. He is fast. He is efficient. He went above and beyond, not only to replace my heel tips but to bring my shoes back to their Glory Days. All in all I highly recommend this business. Be forewarned, the basic fee has taxes and stuff that walked it up to $77 out the door, which was disclosed up front, so kudos there. I also made a reservation online but the guy took me early when I arrived, and in about 15 minutes he announced my car passed and provided the paperwork and scanned myDMV form. It's imperative that you bring that to your session. Nice guy, very friendly and professional. They offer a $32 service for expediting payment for the registration same day, but if you have a computer at home, you won't need that. All-in-all, a quick appointment, and unavoidable, but I would definitely come back if or when (probably next year). Pro tip: Fill up your tank and use a fuel injector cleaner from Autozone or O'Reilly's. Most importantly though, if your check engine light is on, you won't pass.

I arrived early and appreciated, that despite the busy customers, I was serviced by my appointment time. *I can attest that you are able to see your vehicle serviced (if you choose) through a window while you wait. *Water available to drink while you wait. *Service was efficient, quick and Sam did a great job explaining the DMV processing. *You are able to leave same day with new registration & stickers. *Excellence in quality of service to the smog. I am pleased, and currently awaiting my stickers in the mail (as I had already paid at DMV and just needed smog) Cons Restroom needed cleaning. Myself and an older woman both felt uncomfortable at the sight. In all fairness, this is a smog place, not department store. Still, she was elderly and I have disabilities. Clean facilities help us. *Pricing was not clear. On the website was a price that matched a posted paper in the office. However, on the official receipt were additional charges I was not made aware of until payment. Overall, they did a very good job. This business had a constant flow of customers and I could see why.
