0/10 -- Extremely disappointing experience with U2 MobilityUnfortunately, I don't have anything…read morepositive to say about my experience with U2 Mobility. They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company. What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee. After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience. If you need mobility equipment, I strongly suggest doing your research and considering other companies before making a purchase.0/10 -- I would not go back.
