First off, the TVs are spread out great and there's a lot so no matter where you sit you can see!! There was a fantastic DJ, and they even did a free raffle for everyone wearing dodger gear! I used SoCal Pizza for a departmental lunch feeding 80 people. Rick, the owner, was awesome and delivered the pizzas himself. The pizzas were loaded with cheese and toppings. I have been coming here since I moved into the neighborhood some 10 years ago and there have been some up and downs from a business stand point but one thing they stayed true to was quality and customer service. My orders are pretty basic here. Pepperoni pizza, lemon pepper wings and fettuccine pasta. The pizza is really good and so is the pasta but for me the stand out has always been the wings. The lemon pepper is my favorite and it's what I always get. The flavor is just so good and my wife who is super picky about wings loves them too. They also have great deals throughout the week. We did our little get to thee with the little league here for our first outing outside of the field. Matthew and others were great. Me and my former classmates came here for dinner and to hang out. The place is festive, popular, and bustling with lots of TV monitors showing sports. The servers are great even though it was a busy night, they're very attentive and came to our table on various occasions for refills of just to check on us. Now regarding the food, it's actually very good and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, the bread was toasted and chicken was grilled to perfection and bursting with flavor. We go back and forth on this place simply based on their customer service or lack thereof. The food is great, especially when you eat there. However, getting a hold of a live person there is near impossible. We finally get a "manager" on the phone and stated we would like to reserve a section for 20 people for tomorrow 8/30. Not only did she sound like she could care less, she also said they already have a reservation at that time. If you've been there, you know that place is big. I also like how the tables are set a little ways away from the booths, so it felt kind of like we had our own space. One thing I really appreciated was that the customer service was excellent. All of the employees were younger, maybe high school age, but they were all well behaved and working. They weren't on their phones.
