I tried to unpair it but could not re-pair my phone to the car. I even factory reset the car, all the smaller tricks before that. To no avail. I called on Wednesday saying I could really only come in on Friday. They said sure bring it in. Today I did so. Johnny helped and he easily fixed my issue. He probably thought I was another dumb blonde, and no, he didn't make me feel that way. But I sure did when the fix was a simple cable (and believe me, I tried around 6 different cables, which did nothing). He fixed it easily (and explained there is a cable that is a syncing cable, not just a charging cable, which was my issue--apparently I have a bunch of the charging kind) and I was so appreciative. If they couldn't have, I wasn't sure it would be fixable. So glad Johnny took a moment out of his day to easily fix it. He didn't charge me. But I would've paid for it because I was frustrated in not being able to use my navigation. Thank you, Johnny for your patience and expertise! When I got there, the team was calm, professional, and got me taken care of quickly.
