At the end the store manager obligated me to pay for these toys. After I apologized and refused to pay she said "You are not welcome anymore in my store". And when I wanted to speak with her one more time she said "Get out from my store" and one of the store workers said "your child run like a crazy". First - Nobody and never has any rights to offense my child. Second - This is a store with a lot of toys and every time you can see a lot of kids in this store, I don't think my child is first who opened a toy. If you want nobody touch toys in your store, put them on shelves, but not on floor or provide your store with shopping carts. At the end I just can say I worked at Tim Hortons for 2 years where almost every day were some conflicts with customers, but I never see our manager to speak with customer how this manager did.

They happily accept accessories, antiques, collectibles, clothing, electronics, computers, housewares, media and books, seasonal items, textiles and toys. There are a few things they do not accept due to sanitary reasons and I suggest if you're not too sure always visit their website to check before heading there. I'm a firm believer in decluttering off and on-I really don't set a specific time of the year to do that I just do it whenever I feel the need.And that gently used goods will make a difference to someone's life tomorrow just gives me a sense of joy. I highly recommend that you check all the donations well before handing them over. For clothing I generally check if there any rips or broken buttons. And for toys I generally check the condition and if they are working properly. These are my two mains. They drop off is pretty Convenient. You just go behind the store and you can leave at their back door. As the world has become more conscious and preloved stuff is becoming more and more common. I love buying silver silverware and crockery from here. I have bought some gorgeous antique silverware from here and some beautiful bone china crockery for a fraction of cost. This location has plenty of parking in front of it. The staff is friendly. Not sure about exchanges but it's best to ask before buying. This location is fairly clean.

Even when I felt pressured by the sales person & I came back another time, if they recognize you, they will basically take you away from another sales person. I hate this tactic and makes me not want to shop here. I bought a mattress here last year, and was only shown the "top of the line products". I stupidly purchased one thinking it was going to be better than the basic mattresses because it was "hotel rated" and highly recommended. When we got it, we slept on it for a couple of days and absolutely hated it. We were able to return it and get something else, but the process wasn't that great and the sales person seemed annoyed that I dared pick a mattress that was half the price we paid (we got a store credit for the difference). There was miscommunication as well and they said I could only use the store credit for a mattress or bedding, but we confirmed in front of them with the store manager who did correct them and say it would be good for anything.

Despite reporting the damage the very next day (with photos, model, and serial number), and having their 3rd party technician confirming the issue nearly another 2 months later, we have still not received any confirmation that the replacement parts have been ordered. We now sent multiple follow-up emails to both The Brick and Home Appliance Repair GTA. Responses have either been ignored, or have been vague with zero concrete updates. It has now been nearly three months since delivery, and the appliance is still damaged with no clear timeline, no accountability, and no resolution in sight. For a brand-new appliance, this level of delay and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. We have tried to be patient and cooperative at every step, but the poor customer service has made this a very disappointing experience. I strongly caution others to think carefully before purchasing appliances from The Brick.

The baby gates they installed look great. Chris was efficient and professional. They go out of their way to help you and have great service. I was really impressed. We purchased a wonderful bed from Chuck Asraoui at this location in feburary of 2019. Chuck was our…read moresaleman and we are very thankful for all of his insight and knowledge of the product we purchased. When the bed was delivered the delivery people were very rushed and spoke only when spoken to. When I asked them to demonstrate that the electric bed functioned properly I was told that I would have to put batteries in the remote and do it myself. Their were many wires left over in a box and this was not explained to us as to why. The bed was to high for my wife and I but by this time we just wanted them out of our house. I personally would not let these two me weed my garden. I went to see Chuck and explained to him our problems with the delivery. He thought it may take weeks for someone to come out and shorten the legs of the bed (which came in segments of 3.) However he volunteered to come out and lower the bed himself after work the same day I talked to him. He came and the job only took about 10 minutes to complete. I am disabled and so is my wife so we could not do this chore ourselves. I felt bad that Chuck had to fix someone else's poor job of assembly. WE want to try to make the Brick understand that the people they send out into our homes represent the company. This bed cost over 7 thousand dollars and we are very disappointed that the Brick does not screen their delivery personnel better. Thanks to Chuck Asraoui our experience went from a bad one to a great one. Thank God there is a salesman like Chuck in this day and age.
