We made an appointment to see Naz to order a custom outfit. It took us three half hours because the whole time she was helping others. This happened every single visit. She is incapable to measure people. She measured me twice yet she got the wrong skirt made. She doesn't understand the way colour swatch work due to that she had to make my skirt twice. The workmanship of the clothing are absolutely garbage. Threads were not trimmed off and beading were consistently falling off. She is absolutely unprofessional she knew very well how disappointed I was with service and my clothes she was never there when I would visit and knowing I am very angry she would text me smiley face. She over promises and under delivers. I was promise to get my outfit in 3 months it took her 6 months with garbage product in the end. She lies non stop .. If it doesn't fit she will make you believe it.. If she doesn't look good.. She will made you believe it does. She is worst then a sleazy car sales man. My husband got a sherwani made and it doesn't not even for on the body properly it pulls what a waste of time, money and energy.

I placed my bridal order on June 30 2018, Samira verbally stated the order would arrive mid-Dec but…read moreon the receipt she wrote mid-Jan. I received pics of my unstitched outfit on Jan 15th - this was the date I was supposed to receive my order. On Jan 25th I picked up my outfit: 1. My bridal top was NOT stitched to according to my measurements - I couldnt move in it 2. My top was INCOMPLETE and was missing tassels 3. I was missing the pants Samira told me that I can get this altered with their tailor, who they will also give the tassels & my missing pants. I didn't want to pay the remaining balance until I had my full outfit but she said "you need to take your outfit bc I have a lot of employees and they might steal it." Frustrated, I paid & went to their tailors home. On Jan 25th I dropped off my top to their tailor, the tailor took my measurements and I went home with the dupatta + skirt, once I got home I noticed: 1. The skirt design stitching was wrong 2. The pouch I received to carry had NO base, if I put anything in the pouch it would lose its shape I reached out to Samira immediately and received no response. I sent Naz a detailed msg, based on Naz's response, she seemed like she wanted to make things right. She told me her tailor was "extremely experienced" and the "best person" to "fix the skirt." I went to pick up my bridal top from her tailor on feb 8th, when I got there... my top was still not stitched properly. My aunt & I spent 1 hr at the tailor's house bc it took her 3 more alterations to fix it. The tailor also gave me the pants they forgot with my order, which didn't even fit. I was so unhappy with the pants that I left them behind, the tailor gave me with unstitched fabric instead. My aunt clearly explained to the tailor what needs to be fixed and how many inches need to be taken off. The skirt I got was 48 inches, it should've been 40. On Feb14th Naz's husband dropped my skirt to my house, I had a conversation with Naz re: how my pouch has no base, she responded "brides don't carry anything in their pouches, its just filled with paper and is a wrist accessory." Why would I carry a pouch with PAPER STUFFING?! I also said the pants she gave her tailor didn't even fit me or have any lining inside. I asked for a partial refund, she refused and said she can just replace them. Once I got home I tried on the skirt and while wearing it I felt it falling apart, when I took it off I noticed HUGE HOLES and GLUE STAINS EVERYWHERE. I immediately took pics and sent it to Naz, I was distressed and bawling after finding all the holes and chunks of glue all over my outfit, I called Naz. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging my issues, she told me the style I initially chose from the show room was also glued and maybe the glue didn't dry!? WTF?? She then went on to state that she had already "went above and beyond for me" at this point I was just angry and told her that she had not AT ALL gone above and beyond for me... altering an outfit which you didn't stitch correctly in the first place is NOT going above and beyond, Providing a service I paid you for is also NOT "going above and beyond." You are BARELY DOING YOUR JOB - not anything more. At this point I demanded a refund, Naz stated she had "already spent too much money altering my top and skirt" - I don't care how much money you spent fixing YOUR own mistakes. I was livid and she continued to yell over me, she offered to pick up the skirt and get it fixed but I refused. I cant trust the same person who had their tailor GLUE my outfit together. I insisted on getting my money back and finally she agreed to $300. $300 is BARELY a fraction of the price I paid for this poorly put together outfit. She kept saying "its not about the money" - if its not about the money why was I only offered $300 for a torn apart skirt with chunks of glue?! There is no reason any bride should wait 8 months to receive such poorly put together pieces. BRIDES, Please take your valuable and hard earned money to a bridal boutique who actually works with integrity and honesty.
