The selection is impressive, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall shopping experience was excellent. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service we received from Antonia and Yana. Both of them went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right clothing. Their recommendations were thoughtful, their patience was remarkable, and they made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It is rare these days to encounter customer service of this caliber. Antonia and Yana demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help customers. They did not simply assist us--they elevated the entire shopping experience. Management should be very proud to have associates like them representing the store. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognized and rewarded, because the level of service they provided was truly above and beyond. We left the store very happy with our purchases and grateful for the outstanding assistance we received. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended.

The mall is not as busy and as large as Square One (even during busy weekends and holidays)…read more Parking is pretty large and easy to find. The mall is accessible by public transit, too. The layout reminds me a bit like Sherway Gardens, expect the walkways-concourse ("hallway") don't loop around to the center. It is pretty easy to get around and find a particular store. Some stores (like Miniso, Sunrise Records, Garage, maybe the Walmart) at Erin Mills are larger compared the same ones at Square One. Also, stores and restaurants not attached to the main building are easy to get to (ex. Indigo, One Plant, IHOP, Dollarama, Pizza Pizza, etc).

For sit down dining, they also have Earl's Kitchen, which is a great regional chain, and Cactus Club (haven't tried it yet) right across from it. Plenty of parking. The only downside is how busy traffic to and from the mall and freeway is. Friendly service in every store I visited. You can find everything from good values to high end merchandise.

Last month, when I was briefly in Oakville for a couple of days, I needed a Shoppers Drug Mart…read more(SDM). I did a search and ended up going to the one at Oakville Place. It was the closest one to me. I normally like standalone drugstores. I don't spend as much. Get me visiting a mall and I'm bound to shop. It happened here, but I contained my shopping madness down to this mall wing with SDM and the food court above it. It's a decent mall. It has Pearl, a Chinese dim sum restaurant that I like. I typically go to the one at Bayview Village. It was nice to see one west of Mississauga. The dining room looked gorgeous as I walked over to the mall entrance. The SDM is steps away from the main mall entrance, which I appreciated. I got what I was looking for and more. This same wing of the mall had Claire's. I ended up getting Squishmallows and a Grogu bucket hat. It was nice finally visiting the LL Bean store. I love the products, but there are rarely any sales that make me want to buy anything. The mall ceilings are nice. There's lot of glass that allow natural light to shine in. It's cool and cheerful. There are also various decor accents, such as triangular lighting and dangling spiral installations, that are pleasing to the eye as you walk around. The food court is cool. There was a bee installation where you could read up on how wonderful bees are. I didn't end up dining at the food court. However, there was a sushi clearance at the end of the night at Sushi Mac. I couldn't resist and bought some sushi to bring back to my hotel room. There is a Kernels-Yogen Fruz store on the main floor. I dropped by to get popcorn at Kernels before leaving the mall. Popcorn is my weakness. I got two bags to feed by popcorn habit. I was only in one wing of this mall and enjoyed being there. I would likely be broke if I had walked the entire mall that evening. It's a good mall. (428)

I didn't realize until I got to the drug store that this closest one to my hotel was a part of a shopping mall. I don't visit malls all that often these days because they are a death trap as far as time and spending go. I am a shopper at heart and can spent hours at one. It was exactly what I did last weekend. From the outside, you can certainly tell which part was the original mall and which wing is relatively new. I looked at the new wing and it looked like it was detached from the mall. Nope, you can walk every part of it indoors without freezing outside in the wintertime. The store has a good selection of stores. It has many of my favourites, such as Winners, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Showcase, DAVIDs Tea, SoftMoc, Showcase, and Shoppers Drug Mart. There are plenty of places to sit down if you are too pooped to shop. The target shopper seems to be folks 60 years of age and higher, which could explain all the places for folks to sit down, chat with friends, and enjoy a beverage. Although I'm not in that demographic, it sounds pretty good to me! Signs are clearly displayed to help guide you around the mall. There is free wifi if you do need to connect online. There is a food court. I didn't eat there, but there are many options to choose from. And, yes, there's a Timmy's to get your double-double fix on. I had lunch at Sunset Grill on my final day in Hamilton. It was Family Day and this mall was closed. However, Sunset Grill has its own entrance at this mall, so I was happy to have lunch here. I used one of the women's washrooms at this mall last Saturday. It was clean and maintained frequently. It's a good mall if you want something smaller than Lime Ridge Mall, but has pretty much everything you need. I'd return to shop here again. (76)
