Maybe too good to be true. Upon ordering and paying we were told delivery would be in 2-3. After almost 6 weeks the furniture was finally sent. In this time we had to contact them several times to find the status. The owner was becoming very impatient with our calls. When delivered, one piece was dropped from the truck. It was broken when brought in. They made a temporary repair and eventually promised to replace it after much back and forth claiming that it had been broken when it was shipped to them. If that is true, not sure why they would bring it to us in the first place. This is not good representation of their company. Several weeks later, and after many calls we were brought the replacement piece. No wrapping or tags on it and it appeared used. We did not accept this piece we had paid for new furniture. This caused quite a scene with negative words being exchanged including derogatory/racist comments towards us after being asked and told to leave. Would not suggest purchasing from this company it has been nothing but a problem.

Based on the reviews I've read today, something tells me I will not get anywhere with them and will just have to accept this one as a loss. We purchased Aline nesting table (which I now know is an indoor piece). We bought it with the 2 OUTDOOR chairs for our front portico (which is covered - no sun exposure, no rain). In store, the table was displayed WITH THE CHAIRS. In the outdoor section. There was no note on any tags stating that it was an indoor piece. And when we discussed what we needed with the sales rep, this table was sold to us, she knew that we were looking for outdoor furniture for our new house. 1 month later and it is covered in mould and is rusting. The store manager said there is nothing he can do because it's an indoor piece and we are using it outside. I chatted with Rita at head office and she too gave me the same remarks. I am so livid. I can't believe that is their response. I asked Rita if she was being serious and if she even read my messages. I'm waiting for the store manager to call me back, which I doubt he will. If I don't get anywhere, I'm going into the store to talk to the manager and will bring him the table to show him the damage. I'll leave it right there in the middle of the store so they can take out their trash. What a disgusting company. Terrible customer service. We have all our backyard furniture to purchase still, what kind of a manager turns down potential future sales for their store, because of a $125 side table. Idiot manager if you ask me. Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere for our backyard.

The Mississauga location gave me 10% off all new chairs I purchased because I was buying a full aluminum set. Skip this location and save a couple hundred dollars at 3105 Dixie Rd in Mississauga. 2. Although this is a corporate (non-franchise) store they wouldn't let me exchange a chair cover that was sent to me in the wrong color because it wasn't purchased at their location. They said I had to go to the original store because "it wasn't in their system." It didn't matter that I had my receipt. Maybe since Milton is a booming community they can get by with this poor customer service and the lost sale will be replaced by someone new moving to the town. Here's hoping this review causes at least one customer to look elsewhere.

I was surprised that the shipping was not free considering the bill was close to $2000. I begrudgingly paid the $80 + tax shipping fee and arranged for a Saturday delivery, with instructions to leave the tiles on the front porch. Not once was it stated that a signature was required. Nevertheless, the tiles were not delivered. A subsequent email stated that I did not answer a call from the driver and I was to arrange another delivery date. I responded to that email with options for delivery. That email was ignored. I called the store directly and was told that I was on the hook for another full delivery charge by the manager. The customer service at this store is pathetic and I would strongly advise to consider shopping elsewhere.
