After the parade on Saturday in Snowflake, our car started acting really weird, and didn't have power. We managed to pull into Arizona Motors to ask for help. Our vehicle is not their specialty, but all of the other mechanics in town were closed for a couple of days. Kimon at the service department had compassion for us, took a look, and was able to determine that our brand new alternator was defective! He helped us find a new one and got it installed quickly, which was lucky for us, as we have to be back home as soon as possible. We sure appreciate Kimon and the mechanics at the service department that helped us get back on the road!

Hi Williams Brothers Team:…read more Thanks for a super repair job last week when I had my 1994 Ford F350 dually towed to your Show Low facility with a leaking right-rear brake cylinder. After Norm inspected and replaced the rear brake shoes and cylinders on both axles, Carolyn called to tell me that Norm also found the brake fluid was rusty at the front calipers and master cylinder. That meant a complete brake job. After I picked up my truck, I drove it around town and found the brakes to be smooth and very stable. I had to drive back home to Tucson the next day pulling my trailer, so I didn't want any issues heading through the Salt River Canyon - for sure! Since we have a seasonal home in Show Low, I'll be referring all our local friends to you. I paid $276 for an oil change on a gas motorhome. My previous high for an oil change was $105. I was told the mechanic had to work outside and that's why it cost so much. It was 70 degrees. I guess he got cold.

I had had a code that indicates an issue with the catalytic converter. I had turned off the code but I asked them to check the car any. I also asked them to top off the Freon. The mechanics found a cabin filter that BADLY needed to be changed, but checked the other systems. I could overhear them and they found everything in order. I was charged for 1/2 hour of labor although I think they spe more tone than that giving me advice about a radio issue I asked them about. I also felt respected and felt no pressure to purchase anything extra. The new reception gal was also super. Overall I saw zero evidence cited by the negative reviews and I will be bringing my other car in to have them install a radio.

Contacted a supposed mechanic didn't get his name had to find him first so was out in the mobile tool guys van Told him what I needed, had already checked it out on his to replace it, after he supposedly looked up my Vin went in for couple minutes then when he came out said he was going ti have to remove the front grill and would be 1.9 hours for the drivers side and about the same for the other side.I told him I don't think so so he told me I could check other places if I wanted to. I went home and it took me about 10 minutes to pull the old one out and put the new one in. He probably saw I'm senior ( be 70 in three weeks ) and thought he could take advantage of me but I couldn't get his name.
