First of all, the young girl is very polite and seems knowledgeable. However, the reason I'm not recommending this shop, or any others on the mountain, is the pricing. I am taking him to Grays automotive in Tucson. They are going to do it including parts for $1300 including parts. Nothing can justify this kind of a markup in labor or parts! read more

In last six months I have had oil changes, brakes and now will have one more major item taken care of. Stopped in to have brakes checked and they also found the hood brace arm was broken. Easy fix and this prevented severe damage from occuring. I was impressed by their service and went back the following week to have front rotors and pads installed! read more

I went, without my husband, to get my oil changed last week 11/26/24. The man who changed my oil told me my brakes we worn down to 4% and needed changed that I was at risk of them failing. I told him no that I would have my husband check them. My husband checked them the next day. Upon checking, we discovered that my son in law had changed them less than a year ago and they are practically brand new. The man lied about the brakes and tried to take advantage of me. My guess is he would have charged me and not even done the work. We will NEVER go back. They rotated the tires and by the time I drove home I had a flat from a broken valve. read more

For $104 full synthetic oil service all fluids are supposed to be checked and topped off but it NEVER gets done. If you happen to see David Martin... RUN!!!! He is the most awful, rude and disrespectful employee there. Not sure if he has a chemical imbalance or its drug related or the norm for him but soo not cool. Better at turning customers away than giving them service. Tried to get service here 2 days in a row. Tuesday they said their computers were down. Wednesday I mentioned the display in this 21 year old truck is finicky. Sometimes the mileage indicator doesn't light up. The person just said I'm declining your service then. I mentioned we're loyal customers here and have been bringing many cars here for years, including this one several times even with the display issue. He said he didn't care and walked away. One terrible customer service experience will lose a business a many years loyal customer, and that's just what happened today. Another nearby business told me it wouldn't be a problem to change the oil without an exact mileage reading. Follow up: The manager reached out and said they would service my truck after all. She said it is not their policy to automatically decline service on a vehicle with a faulty odometer. The employee who said that is their policy was not correct. A discount was offered, but I probably wont use their service with this vehicle at this point, but now wont rule out using them with our other vehicles in the future. read more

They always argue about me bringing my own oil because I have purchased three gift certificates online with the email they consistently send me for a purchasing prepaid oil changes now they're telling me they won't accept it anymore in the future at all they didn't check the air filter after being ask to do so twice makes me wonder what else they didn't check. read more

This shop drove my stick truck just fine and I was out of here in 20 minutes! I was on a road trip with the truck so I was stoked they were efficient. The only reason for wanting to give them 4 1/2 stars was that the yelp hours were incorrect and I had to wait for them to open at 8am. They suggested a few things to get filled(coolant) / replaced (air filter) and I feel a lot better driving down the road! read more

NOT RECOMMENDED! My wife took our car in there to have our oil changed. They came back saying that there were multiple things that needed to be fixed with the car. My wife agreed to only a few of the things they actually did. She was promised a certain price but ended up having a bill over twice that amount. read more

I always used Jiffy Lube for oil changes.. had one done 6000 miles ago, so when my car started leaking oil I figured it was time for a possible oil change but why was it leaking worse and worse. Went to Jiffy asked them to please check to see what was causing the leak. Did i get a oil change then? no, because they came and said my oil pan gasket was leaking profusely even around the tranmission pan.. (they took a picture too dark to see really) I said Id check with my mechanic for a new gasket..I left. Went to my mechanic at a very reputable shop.. He informed me a oil pan gasket job was going to cost me close to 700.00 because they have to raise the engine up to do the job (which is true). I freaked out of course cause its a old car. They couldnt schedule me in for a few days in which I stressed daily because $700? it was going to take me MONTHS of paying it off.. so i took in today and they inspected it..Jiffy Lube had used the wrong oil filter and THATS what was leaking...Thank you God for some honest mechanics.They changed my oil and filter for 37 dollars and Im good to go. I will NEVER trust nor use Jiffy Lube again in life.. Incompetent, negligent kids working here. Shame on them. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Took my vw Beetle to the snowflake jiffy lube for an oil change. While I was waiting the mechanic came in to tell me that my car is stuck in 5th gear and that he didn't want to pull it out of 5th because he was afraid of damaging the vehicle. After the employee pulled my vehicle out of the bay in 5th gear, we managed to get the car out of 5th, but now the car no longer shifts into 2nd or 4th gear. There was also a strong burning smell emanating from under the hood. The employee would not admit to putting the car into 5th, and the district manager without knowing the full details sounded like a broken record of "we're not accountable" before hanging up on me. I called corporate today, who in turn had the same district manager contact the general manager and had him call me to tell me they're not accountable once again. I would have been stranded in a different town with my broken vehicle if I hadn't have tried to file a police report. The nice officer drove me home, which was the best part of this situation. With the increasing amount of claims against jiffy lube, just do your oil change yourself and don't give people who can't even drive a manual into the bay without getting it stuck in 5th any of your money. In preemptive response to the owners response to this in the future, if you were about customer care you wouldn't hang up on your customer and I would email you my contact information but you already have it and know full well what's going on here. read more
