Hi Williams Brothers Team: Thanks for a super repair job last week when I had my 1994 Ford F350 dually towed to your Show Low facility with a leaking right-rear brake cylinder. After Norm inspected and replaced the rear brake shoes and cylinders on both axles, Carolyn called to tell me that Norm also found the brake fluid was rusty at the front calipers and master cylinder. That meant a complete brake job. After I picked up my truck, I drove it around town and found the brakes to be smooth and very stable. I had to drive back home to Tucson the next day pulling my trailer, so I didn't want any issues heading through the Salt River Canyon - for sure! Since we have a seasonal home in Show Low, I'll be referring all our local friends to you. I have been a customer before. Their work quality is good but check their prices. They are double or more for exactly the same work as other mechanics. I paid $276 for an oil change on a gas motorhome. My previous high for an oil change was $105. I was told the mechanic had to work outside and that's why it cost so much. It was 70 degrees. **Show Low shop** We went to Williams Brothers to clean out our air ducts and to replace the blend door for our 2002 Chevy Silverado. Appointment was set for 8am on Monday, we dropped our truck off Sunday night. They didn't get it until 9am on Wednesday. After they took the dash off, they gave me a call at 945am to take a look at how bad it was. We already knew there was an old pack rats nest in the air ducts that caused the blend door to break, that was the whole reason we were there. The mechanic Brandon said we would need an entirely new HVAC system basically because he didn't want to clean it. That would of costs us $3-$4000. I asked how much to clean it and put the dash back on? $1140 and 12 hours of work!! My original quote was $956 and 8 hours. I said just put my dash back on and I'll pay him for his time. Tiffany the rude voice of Williams Brothers stated "that's still 8 hours!" How? It only took him less than 45 minutes to take the dash off? But whatever fine she said she would call me when it's done. I left at 10am, by 3pm I still had not been called so I drove by and there was my truck out front ready to be picked up. I went to pick up my husband and we showed back up at the shop by 430pm. I walked inside, Tiffany slid my invoice over to me, $760! I asked her, "what time was my truck done?" She so confidently said "about 12 minutes ago" I said that's funny because I drove by an hour ago and my truck was out front, I took a picture. Her voice went higher as she said "your truck?" Yea whos truck would I be talking about. She argued back and forth with us for a while because I said I wanted to know what time my truck went back and what time it was done because that is all the "labor" I will be paying for. She said there's no way of knowing, I told her I know you have cameras in the parking lot. She said only nathan can pull that footage and it won't be anytime soon. Then she stated we would never be welcomed back haha as if we would come back. They did a bad job putting the dash back on, they didn't mount the o2 censor back, they cracked the floor board and miraculously my check engine light is on when that light is never on in my truck. They rip you off, overcharge you and are the laziest moronic excuse for mechanics I have ever seen. Don't waste your time or money going to this pathetic shop. read more

After visiting the Freightliner shop for troubleshooting on why it would only get to 10# of boost, which equals no performance / acceleration and told it was "normal" for my 40 ft diesel pusher motorhome as it was not the big Cummins and just to live with it, I called BS on that and brought my motorhome in for troubleshooting to Williams Brothers. They found the problem quickly (a hose) repaired it for what I thought was a VERY reasonable price, and now I'm up to 24" boost, and my motorhome runs better than ever! My thanks to the outstanding people at Williams Brothers for resolving the issue with my motorhome! read more

This business charged my mother over $1100 to have $350 part installed. The car was stuck in park at the gas station and I was able to get it out of park by zip tie-ing a spring back in it's original position, however the key was then stuck in the ignition. By the time Willams Brothers Auto received the vehicle I had already removed the center console around the shifter. All they had to do is unplug a cable, remove a few screws, and place in the new shifter box (which is so simple that me, a man without any training, managed to do it with a basic tool set). There was barely any labor that needed done for this job and this business took advantage of my mother, a helpless old woman. Would not recommend and honestly hope they go out of business since it would seem their "business" is taking advantage of the weak. read more

I stopped to help someone broke down on the side of the road and he had Williams Brothers in snowflake do $2300 of work on his car and it was still overheating. I called Williams Brothers to ask him if they could help and she said it's none of my business and hung up the phone on me and now won't answer the phone. They are extremely rude and unprofessional people they should be able to back their job and I don't think they can I would not recommend him to anybody read more

well last year. I went to Wlliams Brothers Auto Service Arizona. to have my truck fixed... after all the repairs ... I was on my way to texas when it broke down... at a ford garage it said $7000/00 and two wk s later they could get it done... I called Willians and they gave me a claim # ... talking to the insurance co.. of .Willians said they would only pay $1200...00 which what Willians charged me to fix my truck... long story short.. I ended up ordering a used part. for $1500.00 and fixed my self... talking to the insurance co.. they said they would not pay me because i didn't have a certified shop do the work... **This is for the Show Low location, they don't have a Yelp page for Show Low location** Williams Automotive sent me home with my coolant leaking badly, said we had a small crack in the manifold that he showed us in the shop.  When they showed us it was hardly leaking , and rarely leaked for us.  I didn't even have to put coolant in it for a few months.  Now it smells like coolant in the vehicle.  I asked the owner, Nathan,  'will I make it home?!' and he says, I'm not sure'.   It was never leaking so badly when I brought it in. He insisted that 'it must have been like that', I know my vehicle and it never leaked like that.  I cannot even believe this.  I asked to speak to the owner and he told me he wasn't there, not a minute later he came outside. How did my vehicle come out worse then it went in!! 700$. I paid 700$ to basically be treated terribly by Tiffany, the receptionist who works at William Brother's Automotive.  It's says a lot about a company who hires a person who doesn't seem to respect customer's.  She was rude and cold from the minute I walked in.  I, the paying customer, should not be in tears because of how badly I am being treated.  Customer's deserve to be respected and if I am an employee of a company, which I have been in customer service for 15 years, I do not, ever, treat a customer badly.  Do I have to agree with a customer or even like them? No.  But do I respect them? ALWAYS.  Without customer's I would not get a paycheck.  She is the 'face' of William Brother's Automotive and for her to treat any customer like she treated me is uncalled for and quite frankly appalling.  After I received such vile customer service I googled the business and saw reviews that also claimed she was rude to others. She was also rude to my fiancee. I will not stay silent about this.  She told me to bring in vehicle at 9:30am Thursday morning and told me it would be done by Friday.  I agreed to this because we have ONE vehicle and needed it for the weekend.   Had she told me upfront that they were short staffed I would have had no problem bringing it in on a Monday so they had plenty of time to work on it, but she said 'there was plenty of time' for them to fix the issue.  At 1:30pm on Thursday I called the shop to see where they were at with the repair, so I had an idea of when I would I would be able to pick it up on Friday.  She told me they hadn't 'gotten to it yet' because there was a few other cars ahead of mine.  Again, she never mentioned this over the phone to me, or even when I handed over the keys to her.  Friday I called and she said she didn't know if it would be ready, again it's our only vehicle so here I am panicking because we have things to do over the weekend and we would be carless.  I have never been treated so poorly at a place of business then I have here. Friday after having to call back because we didn't hear from anyone she told us it was done(at about 4pm, they close at 5pm) but we had to be there at 5pm and no later because she had to pick up her children.  My step father and fiancee get there and they had to wait an additional hour for them to put the dash back together. They took the dash off AGAIN because I had to take it back for the second time! The blend door was broken and Tiffany called me back with a quote for parts and labor, to fix the blend door would cost me an *additional* 600 something for parts and labor.  Unacceptable, had the mechanic checked it to begin with we would have gladly paid for a blend door motor, we were already dishing out almost 700$, another 30-40$ for the part would have been fine.  The only reason my fiancee took the vehicle to begin with is the mechanic told him it heated up to 85 degrees in the front(cab), he also told him it may take 10min for the heat to kick on.  It never did.  The rear heat worked but you have to run the panel in the front to have the rear heat blowing. So I had to feel the cold to even attempt to warm the car. This has been terrible!! Avoid the Show Low location at all costs. read more

Williams Bros consistently does a good job on every vehicle I have brought them for over 10 years. They have a knowledgeable staff and really listen to what you think may be the problem and do there best to fix it a reasonable price. Tired of the dealers high prices but still want a certified mechanic that treats you right? Trust me Williams Bros is the shop for you. Also they recently opened a shop in Show Low and the work there is just as good as Snowflake shop. read more
