My check engine light came on. They were able to get me in next day at 9. Diagnosed issue within 15 minutes, tech took me back and explain faulty sensor, also fixed another sensor retaining clip. To start, don't go here. Ever. Unorganized, unprofessional & unethical. They take advantage of being one of the only shops in the area that is available. This business clearly took advantage of me and my family and not only played games when it was time to check the status of the vehicle. They happily took our money and failed to complete the job with accuracy. I took my truck into your shop last Monday, May 15th, 2023. First, I was told it would take a few days, thinking I would get it back Thursday, May 18th. When I called on Thursday, they told me it would be finished Friday morning. No call all day. Monday morning came. I called they told me my truck was finished nobody called to inform me. Well, I got a ride to get my truck. I paid the $2000, which I was told last Monday, May 15th, that replacing all these parts would fix the noise when my 4x4 was engaged. NOPE, IT WAS NOT FIXED!!!! $2000 later, and the noise is still their. I now have no savings account as I live on disability. So I paid $2000, and my truck is still broken. After being told my repairs would cost $2000 my final bill came to over $3300. I was told that my truck couldn't be put back together without an added cost of $900, and then and in the end I was charged an additional $400 on top of that. Where else would you be charged 65% more than you were originally quoted? Definitely the last time I'll take a vehicle to performance Auto. read more

A big waste of my time. I was told to bring the truck in at 1pm on Monday and was told it would be done by 4:30pm. I'm from out of town so I was just hanging out waiting for my truck to get done (leveling kit). Around 4pm Monday I get a call saying they didn't get to my truck and need to keep it overnight. This was a big waste of my time. This morning (Tuesday) I call at 8am when they open and I'm told my truck will be done by 10am. At 9:30am I call to check and I'm told "oh I was just going to call you, we ordered the wrong kit." He proceeds to ask me if I knew my truck wasn't 4-wheel drive, like I'm some idiot who doesn't know what kind of truck he has. Anyways, this was a huge waste of my time. I picked up my truck and won't be doing any business here. I'm sure their work is good, but they need to get their sh*t together. Incredibly frustrating read more

I've commented on Toby and the boys before, but I have something to add. I bought an old '01 Cherokee GC last year with 166k mis. The diffs where loud, but it was cheap and everything worked. I had the front rebuilt by a diesel shop I trusted, but the noise didn't change. I moved to Show Low shortly after and had PA rebuild the rear diff. Still noisy. Long story short, I had PA re-rebuild the front diff. Price was less than I expected and low and behold.... it's quiet. I'm talking new quiet. PA impressed me again. read more

Oh heck yeah. These guys know their stuff. Especially 4x4s. When I asked if they could help they asked is it a car or truck? Then we can help. Love it. I'm taking in my Titan and Hyundai tomorrow. My titan is wearing tire oddly even after an alignment. And my sonata has a weird vibration that I was told was tires. $400 later and in less than one block the vibration is still their. They did an alignment, took my money, and bid me goodbye without mentioning the fact that the camber on one wheel was out of spec by .1-degree. When I questioned this the service writer started with excuses before even talking to the tech. The tech, who apparently lacked experience, came over and took excuses from the service-writer "is that what causes that?" and eventually the foreman dismissed it as "not that bad." read more

Not impressed with the service. I took my truck in for a heater core and was quoted a price and be done in a day. Well it was more then the quote and almost two days. I had to call to find out if it was done on the second day. When I arrived to pick it I paid and got the keys went to the truck and noticed there was something different with the radio, it was installed upside down. After it was taken to the back and the radio corrected, I go back to the truck and find a part of the air ducting under the seat again goes to the back and comes back. I leave and driving I couldn't use my Bluetooth I take it back and the mic was plugged into the wrong port. Then I asked about the extreme antifreeze smell. The truck hand no smell in the vents or cab before. They stated it was leaking before and soaked the carpet. Not true. The only leak it had I use alumseal and that stopped the leak. I was going on a trip is why I had the heater core changed. Now I am not using this truck because of the antifreeze smell makes me sick driving it. I have had my other truck in this shop and they seemed good. But now I won't be going back! read more
