The staff was very friendly, the waiting room was clean, and the service was super fast. They found the nail and had the tire repaired -- we were in and out in just 20 minutes. We completely expected them to keep our car overnight but they got to work as soon as we got there. I can't believe how surprised we were and how relieved we were, I'm sure they thought they were just doing their job but it meant much more to us than that. After having dinner and discussing what happened, we decided to stay in Show Low for the evening so we could bring them pizza first thing in the morning. I strongly recommend this location and whenever we come back through (happens about 4-5 times a year) I'm going to bring them pizza again. The come Attila the Hun and says "we don't have conventional oil here so your little ford escape will be 90 bucks ! I said there are other deals on this advertisement and she said " ya well that's corporate and we don't honor that" when I said that's not right she turned on her heal and walked away as I was trying to show her THEIR special.... I left.. screw snowflake jiffy.....I went over to Walmart got an oil change in 20 min for 28.88 all in while I shopped a little ...
