It's not fun to discover a low tire when we woke up. We blew it up and took off to get it fixed. We stopped at a big chain tire store but the parking lot was full. I waited in line to find it would be a 3 hr. wait. I called another big chain and they had a 2 hr. wait. We decided to call Roberts's Tire Sales because Yelp reviews were good. They had an opening right then so off we went. We got there and they took us right in. We were able to be outside and still watch what was going on. They found a screw in the tire and were able to fix it. We were in and out of Roberts's in the time I waited in line at the other place. Service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable and prices were good. Their tires may be a little higher that the chain stores but they give you that in service! I highly recommend and will be back when it's time to get more tires. Thank you!!

After making a few calls around the Show Low area, finally found a shop that would answer first off. And second had the space for a truck and 40ft toy hauler. Being a female driver with kids I was nervous going in, however they treated us so well. Repaired our tire that had an object in it on the toy hauler in less than 20 minutes and we were back on the road for the next camp trip. They also gave me a referral for a welder, as a mount on the toy hauler snapped. Very impressed by the customer service. If anyone is looking for an amazing tire shop with employees who care and listen, this is the place!

We were out-of-towners (Los Angeles), and we were a little concerned about the condition of our tires for the long drive back. This isn't some grungy little shop hidden away in some corner of nowhere. The entire storefront and work areas are spotlessly clean (see my pics). The parking is super easy as well. The employees were polite, efficient, and *honest*, which is hard to find in LA. After a careful inspection, they informed us that the tires would be ok for another few thousand miles, *and* they didn't charge us a dime. Hard to find places like this nowadays, regardless of business type. HIGHLY recommended.

Waiting room clean & well stocked with coffee tv as well as vending machine.

Great service and pricing on tires is better than others out there. Will be back when time to replace all 4 tires on my Jeep.

The guys at Roberts are top notch! I've had tire issues on two trips to Pinetop and they took fantastic care of us each time.

Like many others, researching a safe and responsible shop to repair your vehicle is important. I do…read morenot live in Show Low permanently, but I do have a second home there and I find myself gradually coming more often. On a Sunday I drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff and continued to Show Low. Shortly after leaving Flagstaff, I noticed that my vehicle began to shake violently at speeds above 50 mph. Unfortunately for everyone else, it was 75 mph. Fortunately, I had a little extra time on Monday and Tuesday to research a facility that appeared to be reputable. A few places stood out so naturally, I was looking their way. Just to cover all the bases I called my neighbor to confirm my findings. They replied "Future Tire" without question. I am glad that was all on text or they would have seen the confused look on my face. However, my sights were set on a different shop with "higher-rankings". I even called that other place on Tuesday night to set an appointment. However, a rude person on the other end of the phone made it quite apparent that there are no appointments for anything to do with tires. "First come first serve", he replied with no personality other than maybe someone tired of answering the phone and possibly having to repeat that line many times throughout his arduous workday. On Wednesday morning I plugged that same (higher-ranked) repair shop into my GPS and began the three-mile drive there. At under two miles into my drive, I saw a sign for Future Tire and my gut directed me into their driveway. I quickly was face to face with a genuinely nice man who identified himself as, Dave. After a quick brief of what I thought was wrong with the vehicle, Dave replied by assuring me that he would check all tires for me and take care of it. I mentioned to Dave that I was going to call for an "Uber" to get a ride home. Dave gave me a look like a concerning police officer investigating a minor fender bender and gave off a slight chuckle and proceeded to say, "We don't have Uber here". His glance at me and back to his paperwork did not even last through the sentence. Dave took another look at me and said we will give you a ride home. Just then another "employee" walked in the front door only to be immediately asked if he could give me a ride home. Soon another nice man also named Dave asked if I was ready. He drove me home and said that they just started offering rides to their customers. He seemed caring and I felt he cared. I thought to myself that I was impressed with their employees taking ownership of simple problems for their customers. Dave was courteous and very nice. In my thoughts, I was wondering what he did for the company. As expected, I was promptly called and notified of the problem with my vehicle. I needed an alignment and a tire that they happily said they had the only one tire like that on the mountain. The second call from them was to inform me that they would send over a driver to pick me up and that the vehicle was fully repaired. The work was completed within a few hours and the total price was lower than I was expecting. When we returned, I told him how thankful I was for the transportation. Dave then referred that the "owner" of the company, the other Dave, is always willing to help in any way. I was stunned that the Dave that gave me a ride home was the owner of the company and was as down-to-earth and humble as they get. I felt I made a great decision going to Future Tire and they will be my go-to place moving forward.

Not so much a good place anymore. Makes me sad. There are plenty of other places to go in Showlowread more
