“I got up here and needed the 4 wheel drive but it didn't work because they broke the part during the installation and just shoved the vacume lines into it.”

Like many others, researching a safe and responsible shop to repair your vehicle is important. I do…read morenot live in Show Low permanently, but I do have a second home there and I find myself gradually coming more often. On a Sunday I drove from Phoenix to Flagstaff and continued to Show Low. Shortly after leaving Flagstaff, I noticed that my vehicle began to shake violently at speeds above 50 mph. Unfortunately for everyone else, it was 75 mph. Fortunately, I had a little extra time on Monday and Tuesday to research a facility that appeared to be reputable. A few places stood out so naturally, I was looking their way. Just to cover all the bases I called my neighbor to confirm my findings. They replied "Future Tire" without question. I am glad that was all on text or they would have seen the confused look on my face. However, my sights were set on a different shop with "higher-rankings". I even called that other place on Tuesday night to set an appointment. However, a rude person on the other end of the phone made it quite apparent that there are no appointments for anything to do with tires. "First come first serve", he replied with no personality other than maybe someone tired of answering the phone and possibly having to repeat that line many times throughout his arduous workday. On Wednesday morning I plugged that same (higher-ranked) repair shop into my GPS and began the three-mile drive there. At under two miles into my drive, I saw a sign for Future Tire and my gut directed me into their driveway. I quickly was face to face with a genuinely nice man who identified himself as, Dave. After a quick brief of what I thought was wrong with the vehicle, Dave replied by assuring me that he would check all tires for me and take care of it. I mentioned to Dave that I was going to call for an "Uber" to get a ride home. Dave gave me a look like a concerning police officer investigating a minor fender bender and gave off a slight chuckle and proceeded to say, "We don't have Uber here". His glance at me and back to his paperwork did not even last through the sentence. Dave took another look at me and said we will give you a ride home. Just then another "employee" walked in the front door only to be immediately asked if he could give me a ride home. Soon another nice man also named Dave asked if I was ready. He drove me home and said that they just started offering rides to their customers. He seemed caring and I felt he cared. I thought to myself that I was impressed with their employees taking ownership of simple problems for their customers. Dave was courteous and very nice. In my thoughts, I was wondering what he did for the company. As expected, I was promptly called and notified of the problem with my vehicle. I needed an alignment and a tire that they happily said they had the only one tire like that on the mountain. The second call from them was to inform me that they would send over a driver to pick me up and that the vehicle was fully repaired. The work was completed within a few hours and the total price was lower than I was expecting. When we returned, I told him how thankful I was for the transportation. Dave then referred that the "owner" of the company, the other Dave, is always willing to help in any way. I was stunned that the Dave that gave me a ride home was the owner of the company and was as down-to-earth and humble as they get. I felt I made a great decision going to Future Tire and they will be my go-to place moving forward.

Not so much a good place anymore. Makes me sad. There are plenty of other places to go in Showlowread more

Well I did not fill up the windshield or something like they said they were going to and they…read morespilled oil all over my grill underneath my hood and my van didn't clean it up which is kind of annoying And all they do is try to upsell upsell the guy that just left paid $170 for an oil change. That is absurd I could have done that on that truck for 40 bucks and that's using the good stuff The only reason I'm even here is cuz that's where my company that I work for where they bring their vehicle. Our vehicles like 20 of them And they put too much air in my tires. Calls for 35. They put 40 PSI in there/ today is October 27th or was it jiffy lube and Show Low off White Mountain boulevard today? Went to get an oil change. David came out and not sure what was wrong with him. He was shaking real bad. His hands were shaking and he says you're the guy. You're the one that gave us a one-star review. I said well what happened. I remember now they wanted close to $700 to replace a thermostat on a vehicle one of our company vehicles so I thought that was ridiculous. I mean like really really high price. So I did a review about it. Not to mention all the other things they did that's in this review spilling oil all over the vehicle. Not topping off the windshield thing like they said they did overfilling the tires etc etc etc. But anyway David came out and said I don't know if I want to change your oil cuz you might give us another one-star review and I said well depends on what kind of service I get. I get good service. You get a good review and he's like well why'd you worry about the price cuz it's a company vehicle and you're not paying for it. I said that's beside the point. Why would you want to charge somebody so much? I'm looking out for the company so I called my maintenance in Phoenix and they said no. Don't let them do it. Bring it to Phoenix so I took it to the Phoenix shop. Drove all the way down there. Sat there all day. Drove back and got it all fixed for a heck of a lot. Less than $700 so the guy wasn't happy about it. He confronted me and like I said I'm not sure what was going on with them. Very unprofessional and he told me to call corporate. He didn't care so I called corporate and Scottsdale Arizona left a message for them to call me back. I find out what's going on with his attitude I mean really. Is that any way to treat loyal customers all because you get a one-star review because you're trying to price gouge really really bad and somebody stands up and says something about it and he's like well. You're not paying for it the company's paying for it. You know that doesn't matter. It's the principle of it./ Hey David, why you're not in Snowflake anymore? Why they put you over in Show Low? How long were you be in Show Low before customers get tired of your attitude? You know people get tired of it. They're going to go over to the new oil change place. The 5-minute oil change up there in the Lowe's parking lot in Show Low. They probably appreciate you sending customers that way.
