Ok, so we got a flat tire on vacation about 30 mins out of Show Low. We had AAA come and tow us. Big O Tire was open until 5pm last night (Friday). We got there at 4:54pm. We completely expected them to keep our car overnight but they got to work as soon as we got there. I can't believe how surprised we were and how relieved we were, I'm sure they thought they were just doing their job but it meant much more to us than that. After having dinner and discussing what happened, we decided to stay in Show Low for the evening so we could bring them pizza first thing in the morning. I strongly recommend this location and whenever we come back through (happens about 4-5 times a year) I'm going to bring them pizza again. Stop nickel and dimming customers for every little thing. I just purchased 4 new tires and a week later had a blow out. The warranty covered the cost of the tire, but they charged me for a second warranty plus the labor to replace the new tire. My husband brought his truck in to have a tire fixed and after changing the tire the person that did the job DID NOT TORK THE LUG-NUTS!!! I have been driving this vehicle with my grand babies and Praise God the tire didn't fall off when we were driving. The person I talked to was rude and telling me he wouldn't fire the person because I said he should. I said that a person who is this incompetent shouldn't be allowed to work on vehicles! I know we all make mistakes but when it can be prevented if they did their job correctly this could have been avoided. It would have been horrific! read more

Received synthetic oil change 10/2021. Drove 3000 miles local with one short trip over the course of 7 months. Took vehicle to another mechanic when they presented that there was no drain plug and that a cap had been placed where the drain plug is. Big O had not told me this when I last changed my oil in 10/2021. Mechanic stated that there was a quart missing due to slow leak from cap and noted that it was clean around where the drain plug was due to leak. Refilled quart and recommended that we take it back to Big O and have them fix what they broke. When I presented this to Big O, they did not take responsibility. They stated that around the cap was too "clean" and that I must have been messed with. They did not take responsibility for the cap replacement or leak. They stated that it was not their fault. Please spend your money elsewhere if you want to avoid the nightmare I have gone through with this store. I have my tires under warranty and have been dealing with the Show Low Big O since August. Three and a half months later I am still getting the run around as to why you do not have the tire. I have spoken to Corporate as well as the manager and several employees at this store and given every excuse they can come up with as to why my tire is not there. I was told I would get my tire in 2-3 days...well it's been over three months! So thank you for your poor customer service and complete negligence. If i hadn't already paid for my warranty I would have moved on and paid for a tire. Do not offer warranties if you cannot pick up the phone and get the tire ordered from another facility!! I normally do not write reviews, but this is the worst customer service I have received from a company. This is a huge liability and a breach of contract if we have paid for a warranty and you can not and will not fulfill it. read more

We love Big O tires, quality, service. Service guys are very helpful but the large woman in flip flops up front checking people in is a whole other matter. She def turns your business away, who wants to deal with teenage behavior, eye rolling, sighing at requests, impatient with customers. Just not acceptable. Tucson and Phoenix stores are much busier and they do not treat customers this way! Walking into work area with flip flops is dangerous. read more

Appointment was delayed for hours. They skipped rotating my tires. The new oil filter leaks and oil level was a half quart down after they were "done". As I'm new to the Show Low area, but not new to Arizona, this was my first and final visit to this Big O. To begin, I had an appointment for a basic oil change at 10:00 a.m. I did not walk out until after 12:00. It was bizarre as a lady walked in after me, but she clearly had a personal relationship with one of the attendants and she walked out before I did. When I finally got into my vehicle there was no new sticker on my window. I also had an oil leak which was not addressed. I would not ever go back to this location. read more

The workers went above and beyond to ensure my tires worked well for me, my 2013 explorer looks great and with a little more modification it should be much better off road. We were here last week (4-6-12) for warranty service on tires we'd bought almost five years ago in Reno, NV. Luckily we were still within the 50,000-mile-limit, so they cheerfully replaced the bad tire for free. (This free tire has a list price of over $200.) However, the thing that makes them eligible for high praise and five stars is that they carefully checked the other 3 tires on our pickup, and without saying a word, also replaced a second tire with a new tire. Around January 29 I took my 2001 dodge in to the shop and they were told to take the spare rim and put it back under the truck and put the rim for the truck back one When it came out of the shop bay I seen the spare rim still on the truck and then when I told them aric the manager got mad and told me to talk to eli and he had them fix it and three days later I felt shaking in my truck and all lug nuts on the drive side front tire was lose I could move them with my hand they ruined my truck motor and I put 10,000 miles on there brand of tires and at 40 mph my truck would shake so bad we had to stop it was the tires bubbling up and when I asked about the Mechanics certifications the mechanic got mad and Thor all the wires to his machine off my truck and the next day the battery cables came off that they put on do not use big o enless you want a broken truck they have no idea what they are doing take your truck to dodge they are way better and honest if I was able to put a 0 star rating I would read more

Very disappointed in this store (1781 E. Deuce of Clubs, Show low, AZ.). Had tires rotated about a year ago, or so and when I got home one of the hub caps was missing. My husband also found one of the other hub caps was chipped when they took it off to rotate the tire. He also found the lug nuts on the front tire loose and one was almost ready to fall off. Good thing my tire did not come off. Over the months I tried to get them to replace the missing hub cap but got nothing but excuses about how they couldn't get replacements for my modal. I called the dealership and they said they could order and all they had to do was call . Went on thee Big O web site and they had nothing but 5 star reviews so I posted my negative review. They would never post my review. They definitely cherry pick their reviews so that's why their reviews look so great! Where to begin? First off I spent 20 years of my life in the automotive industry both as a technician and a service director for a Honda dealership, so I get the struggle. I gave this place 4 tries before deciding to find another place. First since I once worked as a technician for a Big O as a young man I decided when I moved up here to give them a try and build a relationship with them. I bought four truck tires for about $1300.00. When I got the truck back the wheel sensor light was stuck on. NO big deal I showed the manager who tried to make it right. The way he tried to make it right was installing used wheel sensors that would not program to my truck. I went back three time and eventually gave up. I decided when they recently got new management to try again. I took my truck in for an oil change and FREE tire rotation since I bought the tires there. They called me and sold me a cabin filter. I picked up the truck and when I arrived home one of the bolts to the hub cap was missing and the tires were NOT rotated. I just took the truck into the Toyota dealership and paid $30 for a tire rotation instead of a FREE one at the Big O. That is how bad it had gotten. Don't mean to pick on anyone individual however today the Toyota dealership recommended the cabin filter that I supposedly just bought at Big O. Color me disappointed. Still waiting for resolution to damaged Michelin tire, so bad Had to be replaced at another tire store. Took photos, have witnesses from two businesses who can attest to what they observed. Recently had the vehicle and tires inspected at the car dealer service Dept. No tire issues found, more than 50% tread remained. Missing two green/red air valve caps, one wheel cap, lug nut remover left on the damaged tire. Called corporate after getting run around in Show Low; received claim#, still waiting for Regional Rep to call me back despite leaving VM to contact me. Store changed Hands April Fools. New manager from Safford store States he cannot do anything; incidents happened before he got there. Obvious impersonating a Big O Tire Store Rep. Run A Round Continues; Need I say more? Nothing but unprofessional youngsters working there, giggling & cell phone using, felt like they were up to something and i should have listened to my instincts. i went in for an alignment and i had checked my odometer asking if they could write it down on the paper but they said they do that. I always keep track of my odometer and when the young man brought it back 7 miles were added just for a test drive!! he wore out my tire tread even more taring it. desk boy said they could only do an alignment after they replaced the tire. he tried selling me a tire for over $300. anyway they totally missed the fact that my vehicle needed one tie rod replacement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. they should give me a new tire for allowing an employee to race car my vehicle for a 7 mile test drive! read more

Absolutely zero stars. I put one because that's minimum. Took my car in to flush radiator and they did transmission service. Ridiculous. Didn't charge me for radiator flush, but charged me for transmission service which was more. Than I had a leak after flush in radiator. Wanted to change the water pump, i agreed it took so long I FINALLY started to complain. Front desk lady was completely rude and hung up the phone on me. They called and said they were going refuse to work on my car. Took it to mechanic ended up being a gasket instead of water pump. Cost $250 instead of $800 Big O wanted to charge me. Thank you Big O for refusing to not fix my car. I will NEVER take my vehicle in there for anything not even a flat tire. Again thank you Big O. read more
