I certainly do not appreciate you trying to justify or make excuses for Rex. It is like you are trying to feed me the same BS that he did. It is a crooked way of doing business. The staff was very friendly, the waiting room was clean, and the service was super fast. They found the nail and had the tire repaired -- we were in and out in just 20 minutes. I would recommend, and I do plan to go back again, but here is why: Even though they did not have my rim, or get my rim, the man came out happily to measure my lugs and rim, another gentleman came out by the first ones request to re-examine my wheels in hopes he could help... no did not toss me off to someone else, got someone else to help us, to help me! Looked at a wheel I had bought else where, measured and explained the differences, so I know I can't use it safely (as I would have bought a spacer and wasted my money!). So even though, they could not sell me something, they went the extra extra mile trying to help me find a solution... I can't believe how surprised we were and how relieved we were, I'm sure they thought they were just doing their job but it meant much more to us than that. After having dinner and discussing what happened, we decided to stay in Show Low for the evening so we could bring them pizza first thing in the morning.
