The day I made the appointment I got switched over to the parts department and ordered the part. I confirmed with parts department that it would arrive intime for the install on the 4th. On the date of the appointment, which was confirmed by your text, i had to cancell due to my wife's illness. I call back to reschedule the appointment ASAP. Had to leave a request for call back. I received a voice msg later that day. I find part was never ordered due to me have to prove the Duramax is mine and the part was not and will not be ordered until I personally bring drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle. Really? Do you think it might me a good idea to let me know this from the very beginning. Like when the parts clerk talked to me. Or maybe when he found out that he couldn't order it with proper owner proof. It is a good thing that I didn't drive up 20 miles on the 4th just find out you never ordered the part. I would been highly angered. So now I'm going to drive to Horne today to make sure the part is ordered. Not cool at all.

We were a little west of Heber-Overgaard and headed toward Albuquerque for the night. We called and spoke with a service technician, and got some great triage advice about what to do next. Their advice was to bring it in and have them take a look at it. We did so, and they took a peek at it right away. The prognosis was something wrong with the fuel sensor and that it was not safe to drive at that point. They did have a comparably sized rental car available, so we were able to rent that and continue on our journey with hardly any delay whatsoever. They said they couldn't get to our car in full for about three days, which was no problem because our journey was set to take 10 days. They just asked that we bring it back before 3:15 that last day so we didn't get charged for another day's car rental. The rental car was great (as a Corolla Cross, just slightly smaller than our RAV4) and our own car was all ready to go when we arrived about an hour before the cutoff point. They didn't even charge us for fixing the fuel sensor AND a recall item that we didn't even know had come up on the RAV4s relating to front passenger airbag! Wow! Everyone was pleasant and courteous to deal with, and we would definitely use them again if we are ever in the area again and need more service or even want to buy our next Toyota (we are a two Toyota family and have had them previously off and on and been very pleased overall with the make)!

We asked for our down payment back and they won't give it to us because "we don't have the vehicle anymore". We had to get a new vehicle because the cost to fix it wouldn't be worth it according to the other dealership. I will never be recommending these horne crooks again. After the parade on Saturday in Snowflake, our car started acting really weird, and didn't have power. We managed to pull into Arizona Motors to ask for help. Our vehicle is not their specialty, but all of the other mechanics in town were closed for a couple of days. Kimon at the service department had compassion for us, took a look, and was able to determine that our brand new alternator was defective! He helped us find a new one and got it installed quickly, which was lucky for us, as we have to be back home as soon as possible. We sure appreciate Kimon and the mechanics at the service department that helped us get back on the road!

I have a older model Ford 7.3 diesel with low milage, like under 70k. I was planning a long trip,…read morearound 2k miles. I keep my truck serviced as per the manual and it was almost due. I have had Ford service my truck in the past even thought they are kind of expensive. I had it done about four days before the trip. When I returned from the trip I noticed that I had an oil leak. Upon inspection I noted that the oilfilter and the drain plug were loose and leaking. The underside of the truck was a oily from the engine to the rear. I contacted Ford and took it back in, they fixed the drain plug but i ended up fixing the oilfilter. I was a little pissed about the poor workmanship but they told me that if my truck would have been damaged that they would have made me a good deal on a new one. I will never go there again!
