Lets see if we can not let this happen again. So i made an appointment a couple weeks ago(Jan ) to install a key ignition switch on the 4th of Feb. The day I made the appointment I got switched over to the parts department and ordered the part. I confirmed with parts department that it would arrive intime for the install on the 4th. On the date of the appointment, which was confirmed by your text, i had to cancell due to my wife's illness. I call back to reschedule the appointment ASAP. Had to leave a request for call back. I received a voice msg later that day. I find part was never ordered due to me have to prove the Duramax is mine and the part was not and will not be ordered until I personally bring drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle. Really? Do you think it might me a good idea to let me know this from the very beginning. Like when the parts clerk talked to me. Or maybe when he found out that he couldn't order it with proper owner proof. It is a good thing that I didn't drive up 20 miles on the 4th just find out you never ordered the part. I want to start this review by offering my sincere prayer that no Daughter, Mother or Grandmother of the Horne Family, Peter Fairbanks or James Bejarano are ever treated with such unsympathetic and contemptuous attitudes and behaviors as I recently experienced from the Horne Auto Center in Show Low, Arizona. No person, male or female, should ever feel SO alone, stranded and unassisted by the Company they had just dropped nearly $70,000.00 upon six months earlier. Truly. While on a solo vacation with my pup, the morning of August 13th, my brand new 2025 GMC Sierra Elevation 4 X 4 left me stranded along the side of Interstate 40 in Holbrook, Arizona. A full 4 hours driving time from my home. The truck had less than 11,300.00 miles on it, had been regularly serviced and already in the shop once for a manufacturer's or in-transit displaced dip-stick and to clean the resulting engine oil spray. Utilizing the OnStar I called for assistance and then waited almost 2 hours in 100+ degree temperatures for the tow truck to arrive. I was informed, by GMC, that I would be taken to the nearest GM Dealership; which to my misfortune was Horne. I called Horne Auto Center just after 11:00 a.m. to let them know I was coming in on the back of a tow truck, as recommended by OnStar, and after holding for almost 10 minutes the receptionist asked that I leave a message instead of continuing to hold. The flatbed tow truck with the large RED truck on the back, the driver, myself, two suitcases and my dog entered the service portico several hours later, but we must have been momentarily invisible because it was probably a good 20 - 30 seconds before the two men not on their telephones even looked up to acknowledge our entrance... in their 6 X 10 foot office. Peter Fairbanks asked if I had called for an appointment. I informed him that I had, a couple hours earlier, and was still waiting for a call back. Silence. I asked how long it would be before they could look at it. Silence. I said, come on guys, help me out here! Am I needing to get a hotel? Do you have any loaner vehicles? What is my play? Silence, other than a NO to the loaner vehicle question. I know I was not in a great place mentally but I am never mean and rude, so their dismissive demeaner was very off putting and hurtful to me. Peter finally answered by simply telling me "they had 25 ahead of me". Okay, now we're getting somewhere. To diagnose? To work on? What does that mean to me and my predicament? I asked if those 25 people were stranded 4 hours from home with their dog, in their brand new truck? Silence. I was honestly beginning to wonder if I was dealing with functional mutes, and am on the brink of tears due to their utter lack compassion or customer assistance. Needing to reset myself I went into the lounge area to call the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle, to see if they could offer any assistance to get the vehicle delivered down to them. They could not, without paying almost $1,000.00 in towing fees, but they did provide the 1-800 Customer Assistance line for GM. After calling GM, I felt better. They explained the rental car reimbursement and trip interruption coverage included in my warranty and that I would be assigned an "advocate" to keep me informed, so I arranged for an Enterprise rental. Horne had previously told me they had no loaners. They wouldn't even give me a ride the 2 miles to Enterprise, but it was another customer who had witnessed this entire interaction that volunteered. As I was loading up the suitcases and the dog into my Good Samaritan's truck one of the service guys did come back over and offer me a loaner. Unfortunately, if I accepted I'd have had to return the rental back up to Show Low. A 4-4.5 hour trip. I declined. Two weeks later, on August 27th I receive a call from Peter Fairbanks informing me that the required part was on back-order and should take 1-3 weeks to come arrive. I am a patient person. After continuing to receive 4 weekly calls from Advocate Amy with "no update" and "I've escalated this" and "we have a new System", I called the dealership myself. This was September 29th. To my disbelief I was informed that the truck had been ready since August 28th and that James Bejarano had sat on the "reunification" matter until I had called on September 29th. They had the truck delivered that night, late. And I was grateful. It just should have been 32 days sooner! There is also evidence (photos attached) that the vehicle sat in their lot with the driver side window open. The INSIDE of the windshield, the door panel and the dash board all show signs of rain and dirt exposure. Moreover, there are signs of rodent damage behind the back passenger seat. read more

We were out-of-towners, traveling through Show Low on vacation. Our "service airbag" light came on and a "ding, ding, ding" chime every few seconds. We looked up the local Ram dealer, found Horne and took it in, not wanting the annoying chime going all the time, or more importantly, a safety issue. Evan, a service advisor, helped us. He did some quick diagnosis, and had us on our way within 10 minutes; he performed some sort of hocus pocus. Thank you for saving our vacation, Evan. Great service. read more

Horrible auto center. My relative had their car breakdown late in the day in Show Low. Had their truck towed to this dealership. Arranged with service agent to have service completed next day. Agent assured them they would work on it first thing in the morning. Relative called the dealership in the morning reception kept putting him through to service no one would answer the phone. He walked to dealership to talk with an advisor. Advisor was rude, he couldn't give any estimate on when they could start the repairs, price, or when vehicle would be done. The absolute worst customer service. This agent was awful and in no way helpful. Relative had to tow his car to a different shop to have it fixed. I do not recommend taking anything to this horrible auto center. Other customers were having the same experience while he was in the lobby. Other customers yelling and upset with lack of help and customer service. Whoever owns this dealership should know the employees at this location in service are the worst people on the planet, they need fired and replaced with agents who care and are competent. Stopped by here today looking for a used car for our niece. It was a maybe a 2 minute interaction. Can't remember the salesman's name but he wasn't nice. We told him our budget was $5000. He laughed and told us they don't have anything for less than $10,000. Then he went back inside and was talking about us to another employee ( I could see them both looking at us) I felt ashamed for even asking. I wish I could rate this dealership 0/5, as they don't even deserve a 1. I bought a truck from them in August and traded in my car (love the truck itself). I decided to finance through my own bank instead of theirs, assuming it would be straightforward. My bank overnighted a check for the vehicle's amount along with the title to my trade-in. The next day, while I was on vacation, I received a call saying they'd gotten the title but no check. They claimed that the person who sent the check didn't include it and had lied about doing so. My mother, who mailed the envelope, even took a photo of both the check and title inside before sending it. Initially, they called her a liar, but after a lot of back and forth, they finally admitted they must have either lost or discarded the $60,000 check. Because of a law preventing a replacement check from being issued for 90 days, they told me I'd have to either finance through them or return the truck and pick up my old car. I liked the truck, so I reluctantly financed through them, thinking this would finally end the nightmare. I was wrong. It turns out the dealership's title team never registered my truck. After three months of waiting for my plates, I called ADOT, who informed me that Horne had titled the vehicle in Arizona but hadn't registered it--despite charging me $1,200 for this service. I finally ended up registering the truck myself this week. Horne's issues go beyond just their sales department. They've also worked on several of our company trucks, only to return them in the same--or worse--condition after leaving them sitting on the lot for weeks. Now, our company drives the extra distance to Payson, where the trucks are properly repaired without a quick patch job and double the charges. If you're considering buying or need maintenance, go to Payson for better service and results. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, and Shain Thomas was extremely disrespectful throughout the process. read more

First Horne motors and Horne auto center are connected simply because they are both Horne. Horne Motors does not care about you or selling you a reliable car. We had our vehicle for 33 days and it broke down. They lied and said they offered us a warranty and never did. The tires on the vehicle they sold us weren't even legal according to discount tire. We asked for our down payment back and they won't give it to us because "we don't have the vehicle anymore". We had to get a new vehicle because the cost to fix it wouldn't be worth it according to the other dealership and mechanic. I will never be recommending these horne crooks again. Horne Jeep of Show Low had my Jeep for Over 3 months. During that time, they replaced a water pump, a radiator (that was just replaced the week prior) and the thermostat. While they had it they put the timing chain back on wrong, gave me every excuse on earth as to why it was taking so long and why they were fixing other cars before mine. The service advisor Mike lied to me so many times and I caught him in his own game and took it to the service Manager Dave. The garage that sent me to Horne recorded a phone call with Mike and had evidence of mike lying through his teeth. Dave didn't do anything about that either. Everyone pointing the finger as someone else. Well, I live and work downtown so I managed. I finally got my Jeep back and never drove it further than Safeway or Lowe's. I finally decided to go out of town and drive. It broke down in Death Valley. When I called Dave, the service manager, he laughed and said "I'll take a look at it but you have to get it here". (Like I would ever go back there). It turned into a night mare. When I finally got the Jeep back to Show Low I took it to Williams Brothers. They are awesome. They fixed my Jeep with no problem...and Jeep couldn't. I went in to Horne Jeep and the GM (Aaron Horne) wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I had receipts from everything. His temporary service manager tried to say, it was owned by Hatch at that time...which it wasn't because my work order said HORNE. I finally filed a civil complaint. They got a lawyer, and still have not contacted me or done anything to fix their wrong. Their lawyer is a slick tongue twisting bs'er but that is what lawyers do. They are trying to get it dismissed because I wrote it myself and I'm not a lawyer and the wording isn't right. Oh, the temporary service guy Eric did let me know that Dave and Mike were both fired....but fix their wrong....they don't have time. They don't care about their clients. The temporary service guy Eric said "well, we gave it back to you the end of October and it didn't break down again until the first week of February". They seem to think that their work is only good for 3 months and that is OK. I didn't even drive the jeep 100 miles in that 3 months. I never went over 45 mph. The first time I take it out of town it does exactly what it was doing before they touched it and charged me $5k. Those stories about garages taking advantage of women, this is where those stories originated. Oh, and they sent me a letter asking me to trade in my Jeep, "bring it on it". Not a chance. I will NOT take this down until a HORNE calls me and fixes their wrong and offers some sort of apology for the horrendous treatment I've received. Here's a Review On Horne Cadillac Horrible customer service The worst sales Department we have ever dealt with. We ordered a Denali Ultima in May 2023 They were happy to take our deposit . After 4 Months we heard not a word , we called Mark proceeded to tell is they are no longer Building the Ultima so we rebuilt the Denali told him to change it to the AT4 again more than 4 months go bynot a peep so we call again find out that our vehicle was not in production because the Ultima was not taken out of the computer and it kept getting kicked backwhen we called again we were told that mark wasn't there he was across the street. Chris was the Sales Manager we set up an appointment to meet with Chris thinking now we've been waiting 8 months maybe he would take care of us NOPE we were pawned off to Derek whom placed our order and was to keep in touch weekly, Low and behold that didn't happen first time was about 3 weeks and we were told it's the beginning of the month it should go into production NOPE. Two weeks go bye and not a word . We call and are told that we are not going to get our vehicle because Horne is not Allocated to order the AT4. So we feel we have been fed a crock of bull. It's apparent they don't care about Customers. They are not Trained properly as a sales manager they should know what they are Allocated to Order . Now we have to find a Dealership that has AT4 Allocation and that's with no help from Horne they didn't even offer to help us find one.. Our experience was so bad, I really wish I could give negative stars. I don't want anyone else treated as poorly as we were. My mom was pre-qualified for a vehicle through CapitalOne Auto and had already spoken to them about the terms she needed as far as a down payment and monthly payments. She saw a vehicle she liked at this dealership. We test drove it and liked it, but it was almost $3000 overpriced, so I started trying to negotiate. The sales associate gave the typical "I'll talk to my manager" response. We were left sitting at her desk for about 30 minutes with no one checking in with us to tell us what was going on. When she finally returned she almost seemed confused as to why we were still waiting. We were taken into another sales associate's office and explained the same thing to her. She gave the "let's see what we can do" answer. She looked over some of the numbers and said there was no wiggle room in the price. When we told her thank you and wanted to leave, she said wait and she wanted to bring in the finance manager, Joe. We were kept waiting for almost another 30 minutes. When he finally came in, he seemed irritated that he even had to talk to us. I have NEVER dealt with anyone more rude and condescending up on the mountain. First Joe starts telling us that they're losing money on what it's priced at now and there was no way they could go lower. He started spouting off about how much they had put into the vehicle, like refurbishing and some kind of sealant. He said the sealant alone cost them $1000. He then began to blame CapitalOne for "getting our hopes up." He said they approve people for high amounts and then people "misunderstand" what is really involved. At this point, we were pretty furious about being talked to like we were "dumb women" who didn't understand cars or financing. We told him we were done and we were leaving and he actually became angry, like we were just supposed to accept his lies and pay the egregious price of the car like good little girls. The sales associate tried to apologize after Joe stormed out, but after seeing his tantrum, we knew we would NEVER return to this dealership EVER again. As a side note, she ironically found almost the same vehicle at the Horne dealership in Globe, of all places. We spoke to their internet manager before we drove over 90 minutes to make sure this deal would work. Not only did she get the car she wanted at the appropriate price, down payment, and monthly payments she wanted, we found out that the sealant Joe yammered on about only cost $200, not the $1000 he insisted it cost. Our experience at the Horne dealership in Globe was a complete 180 from our experience in Show Low. We were not talked down to, treated with respect and courtesy, and could not have been happier. Hi this is Bob Meggs & I answered a questionnaire this morning. Prior to having Horne Auto service department repair the air conditioner on my truck. The questionnaire ask me to rate the service person, Zak Crego, which did everything right. The parts department had received the wrong part for my truck, which was no fault of Zac's. The part was reordered, my truck was rescheduled for the part to be installed. My kids, 2 different sets, were coming to town to visit, so I cancelled my appointment with the service department, as I did not need the truck while my kids were in town. I rescheduled my truck for service. On 8/7/24 the service department replaced the needed part. Zac did a great job in his part of the service operation. In the future your questionnaire should be sent out to the customer after the work is completed, not prior to the work being done. Maybe the questionnaire needs to be divided up. Questions for the parts department, the service department and the installation department, being separated. Just a thought - being that I as a customer - and being asked to rate a person's work that did what he was supposed to do! Bob Meggs read more

I was very disappointed in Horne Chevrolet's service center, especially in the advisor named Jim or James. He sold wiper blades (not needed) and a cabin filter to an elderly lady who is on a fixed income. She barely had enough to cover these fees. Then he added that she could walk home if she couldn't afford to pay for the $254.00 bill. What has this world come to, that you had to push to charge this elderly widow who recently lost her adult son, this outrageous fee. I tried to explain to Jim but all I got was a rude man only looking for profit. I asked him if he would do this to his mom and he said yes. That was heart breaking to hear. Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Sold Vehicle quoted a minimum of $1800.00! Warning DO NOT purchase from the Horne franchise. The GM, Joe Ricci, has refused to pay for the repairs or give me a full refund after multiple attempts to resolve this in a civil manner. Also, their salesperson, Guy Cucurullo, had falsely claimed that they ran diagnostics and checked for major issues before they sold the vehicle. With a simple diagnostic scan, major issues were found (see the diagnostic codes in the report) I should have known better than to trust a used car salesperson and took the vehicle to my mechanic. If they would have been upfront we could have worked the repairs into the purchase price or I would have passed on the vehicle. At least he got caught up in his lies and lied to me about the diagnostics. During the process of trying to determine the repairs on the vehicle at Horne Auto Center. I had to get in contact with the service manager, James Bejarano, just to get things moving. The last time I spoke with him he had the nerve to tell me that this was what happens when you buy used. Just another example of the type of customer care you are going to get at Horne. I have had to make every effort to communicate and get anything to happen. They just do not call you back or care. Joe is denying that the Body Control Module needs to be replaced even thou it is shown in the diagnostic report and even the estimate of repairs (see photos.) He also reported to James that these repairs are not safety issues. It can cause the lighting systems (including headlights to fail at any moment including while driving. Also, it can cause a parasitic drain on the battery causing the battery and/ or alternator to fail. Putting myself and/ or my family in a dangerous situation due to a no-start condition. The BCM can also cause intermittent failure with the anti-theft system causing it to currently be vulnerable to theft. He is trying to move this issue over to his boss Dan Macleod only stating in the email that there is an issue with programming keys. Their corporate GM, Dan Macleod, has also not replied to both his voicemail or email. The funny part is he sends out a letter that states, "This letter is an honest request for your feedback; good or bad." I guess that really was not an HONEST request; see the photo of the letter below. You will find there is not much honesty involved with the Horne franchise. I was in the market for a truck for my construction job a few months back. I was driving a Chevy Malibu at the time and it wasn't cutting it. I did a trade in value for my car on Horne's website and was given a $2500 valuation and even had someone call me and tell me "Congratulations" on getting an extra $500 towards it or something like that and we set up an appointment. I went to that appointment and my valuation suddenly changed to $1750. I didn't have great credit so I had a feeling I wouldn't be able to finance the vehicle on my own but I brought a cosigner with me. The gentleman who was Helping me took me on a couple test drives with some trucks I felt I could afford before we went back to the office to run numbers and credit. When the credit check came back I was not approved for the truck I wanted to run my partners credit with mine to help my chances. The gentleman went to the back before telling me that the banks are closed for the evening and he would update me the next day on how things went. He said that would be the first thing he would do in the morning yeah I had to call him around noon to ask the progress just for him to tell me " yeah your cosigner didn't make a difference on your approval." I was pretty crushed because I felt I had a good chance considering the truck was a few years old and cheap enough for me to afford. My cosigner never saw a change on his credit report as you do when you have your credit run especially for an auto purchase. So we shopped online through another company. I went about it in the same way choosing a truck that was affordable and I wasn't approved on my own but I was immediately approved with my cosigner. This truck was actually more than what Horne was asking for the truck I was looking into on their lot. We purchased the truck and have had NO ISSUE paying for it and it turned out to be a really nice truck. Unfortunately I will not be shopping local here in the white mountains for vehicles any longer. I refuse to go to hatch with their empty promises and now the other option in my mind has disappointed greatly. I will drive to the metro area or out of state or just keep shopping online. Horne missed out on the purchase regardless of the price and how much they would have made off of me. They will not get my business in the future and all of my friends know the experience I had here and hopefully will choose to avoid Horne as well. I have been having service done at Horne for years. Problem is they have my last name spelled wrong on their computers. When I call and give them my name...they can't find me in the system. I have request they change the spelling of my last name at least 10 times now. This morning I talked to a woman at the check out counter who informed me they can't do a name change and I just have to put up with it. It's a simple computer entry !! VERY POOR SERVICE. - In the past my family has tried to purchase vehicles from this dealership but always poor customer service was given. Now to a couple months ago, my mother took in my new Chevy Equinox for a SIMPLE oil change + tire rotation service to be done. We had already made an appointment for it to start at 10 AM, and the service staff informed my mom it would be a couple hours. While my mom was waiting for the oil change a couple hours had passed.... multiple vehicles were going in and coming out. not once was she updated about why it was taking so long nor did the service staff handle this situation in any way professional. When my oil change was done finally after FOUR hours, she was treated rudely when finalizing the payment. She was wanting to talk to the GM or service manager and was informed they weren't in and they would give her a call back. TO THIS DAY she has not received that call. - Now to today 12/13/2022, I decided to give it another try to get the same service done (oil change + tire rotation), thinking the experience would be better this time. I had made an appointment for 730 AM, the day prior. Due to life happening my vehicle showed up to the service department at 740 AM, and was informed that because of showing up late it would take a couple hours now due to other vehIckes showing up. You would think a big time company like this would give a 15 minute time limit to show or some kind of rule about this. Due to this, the services put my vehicle to the side and would not start working on it, rather than doing so they gave me a hard time about that and payment issues. The service department really needs a CE or class about customer service. They do not know how to professionally manage delicate situations nor care about customer satisfaction. I did request to talk to the GM and did leave a voice message with the receptionist for him so HOPEFULLY I do hear from him. Very very upsetting! My wife and I recently purchased a pickup from Horne and for the most part we had a good experience. Our salesman, Anthony Chapman, was good to work with. He followed up a week later to check in and see if I had any questions. We had one misunderstanding about a part that I was told would be included with the pickup that hadn't arrived but could be picked up later. LAST TIME - TERRIBLE - NOT ACCEPTABLE 1ST: I took my vehicle in approx. 2 weeks ago for the usual oil change, a rear defroster cable came loose, and one of my horns quit working. When I got to the service center, I was greeted by a service writer (won't mention his name) and advise him of the above listed issues. He advised that it shouldn't take over two hours. Gave him my phone number if he had any further questions or issues and walked to a restaurant for breakfast. Got back to the service waiting room in about one hour and advised the service writer. Approx. 3-3 1/2 hours later I received a text stating that my rear shocks were leaking and could be fixed at a cost of $2,700 along with a new air cleaner and nothing about any of the above issues. I flagged the service writer down and asked about my issues and he replied; the oil change is done, they don't have a horn in stock, and they tried to use one type of glue on the cable but it came off and that we're going to use their best glue but it wasn't available. I then asked the service writer why didn't he call me and advise that they didn't have the horn in stock and that they could get the cable glued and why did all of this now taking about 4 hours? I became irate and advised write me up for the oil change, forget everything else and that this was totally unacceptable. 2ND: On November 30th, 2020, my wife and I found a used vehicle that we were interested in off of the Horne Motors website. Fill out the receive further information on this vehicle as requested by Horne. December 1st, 2020 received a message early morning from the internet manager. I answered back to the internet manager regarding a vehicle they had listed online for sale and my wife & I were interested in. He advised that to see a vehicle we'd have to make an appointment (December 2nd, 2020 at 11:30) and that he'd have the vehicle pulled up front ready for us to look at and take a test drive. My wife and I arrived at approx. 11:20, asked the receptionist that we wanted to see Mark the internet manager. Mark came over and introduced himself to both of us then stated that there was a little problem this morning. He further stated that they couldn't locate this vehicle. After approx. 30-45 minutes Mark came back to advise that they located the vehicle. He advised that the vehicle didn't pass some inspection, therefore could not be see or sold. My wife and I asked how this vehicle could be listed on the Horne website for sale and the internet manager didn't know that it could pass the inspection? Mark couldn't give an answer but kept saying he was sorry. Final: I would only give Horne Auto only 1/3 of a star but have to give them one. They had this same issue several years ago, guest they brought back the bad management to treat their customers and trying to rip off customers. This will be our last time for Horne. Don't go to work in the service department. They will let you go after only working there for 1 month if you bring it to the service managers attention that the other service writers are giving you the customers that are constantly complaining so they don't get the bad reviews. Rather than fixing the issue and making it a fair working environment they would rather show no professionalism and bring on a new unsuspecting person to be the fall guy. read more

Regarding their online ads: DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADS. I had found a vehicle online ad used their coupon ($400) to apply to the sale and the online rep confirmed that the car was available. I asked if I could have it inspected before purchase and he said they don't provide that for vehicles at this low price it's sold as is with no warranty. I said I would pay for the inspection but had to arrange it with an inspector that was less than 2 miles from them (this is a hybrid not easy to inspect) and needed the car because I was in a serious car accident so I couldn't arrange it myself. This same day, the rep calls me back and suddenly the car had a deposit on it from someone who looked at it the night before and oh yeah, it was being inspected. Really?!! What you told me couldn't be done? They are inspecting it there? And to top it off, I have no idea if this is true BECAUSE it was REPOSTED online at a higher price and still shows as available. I have screen shots of this and again the rep says it's sold and to this day it is posted as available online for over a thousand dollars from when I saw it two days ago. So how is is both sold and showing available at a higher price? You had the ability to increase the price and update the ad still showing available but don't take it down when you say it's sold? This is the epitome of bait and switch advertising so they can send you ads of other cars at twice the price. Dishonest practice and I would never to business with them so beware. To: "Andrew H." We bought a new Subaru in 2019 and before that had our other 2 Subarus serviced here. Our salesperson Colleen is professional and personable and always checks in when we come in for routine service. Other staff members have been available to answer questions re the new car and its electronics too. Kenny is our regular service advisor and we have been very happy. UPDATE: 9-13-2016. Have now filed a BBB complaint against Horne for their horrible customer service and blatantly lying to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... UPDATE: 8-29-2016. Two weeks ago James Bejarno called from Horne to offer a full refund for their screw-up. Today I finally had to contact him to ask where my promised refund was and I was told that the promised refund was cancelled by management and he never let me know. This is just the sort of BAD business this dealership thrives on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HORNE AUTO CENTERS ANYWHERE... Horne Auto service center is a total scam. On 7-29 I brought my brand new 2015 Duramax in for Def fluid as there was a large problem with my new truck and it burning 5X the amount of Def fluid. Instead of them just adding Def fluid, I was charged a "Complete Service" under my warranty which now cost me $145.00 out of my own pocket. GM itself is trying to help, but the service department at Horne will not even return their calls to correct the matter. My advice, go anywhere else to have your GMC products serviced and I would never purchase from them either. read more

Great place to shop, I have purchased 4 vehicles from Horne now, two new and two used. I always have a great experience from start to finish. I have never felt pressured and have always gotten a great deal. I recommend all my friends and family to Horne. *Update 4/14/17 I had a bad vibration in my truck, they were able to get my truck in quick, they gave me the option to resurface or replace my front rotors with the two prices displayed. I was grateful they gave me both options and didn't just tell me they needed replaced. They got the job done that same day and for a price way under what I was fearing overall great experience again at Horne. read more

My experience of buying a car there is being lied to, not being straight forward with me, and after buying the car, no one can answer my questions or refer me to the right person, not even the manager Mr. Macleod. I would not recommend buying a car there. read more

I was interested in a used vehicle that they had advertised ( a hard to find vehicle or I would never have driven up there) so a friend and I decided to drive up and check it out. Well, Shane, who says he's been working at Horne for 12 years, tried to tell me that all the cars of this model drive the way that this one did. However, CLEARLY the vehicle had a serious transmission problem. Shane said that he would pull it in directly to service to have it looked at. After we went around the block, we caught him putting it right back where we found it. Later, I got an e-mail trying to sell me a new car. It is my opinion that they keep this car on the lot as a draw so that they can bait and switch. read more

AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!! They do not keep their promises and are FULL of excuses. Tom is the worst service advisor (I use that term loosely) I have ever run into and I am 68 years old. He has an attitude and will do the work and amount of time it takes on HIS terms. Took 1 day and 1/2 to put tires on my car with a damaged rim to boot!! NO sorry, NO discount AND NO thank you. This place does NOT know the meaning of SERVICE. We were in the area for vacation and had battery issues with our GMC Sierra pickup. We took a chance and stopped at Horne for help. We weren't expecting to have it looked at that day, but they got us in right away. It took a couple hours, but we didn't care. We appreciated their prompt (and reliable) service. The problem was fixed and we were happy. They didn't try to sell us a bill of goods either. Our experience with them was definitely a positive one.
