Bottom line. They charged me $698.72. The average to have the work done at a dealer or independent shops runs about $417.88. Math says i was easily overcharged $280.84 at Mobile Medics !! The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?! That doesn't even make sense!! They never offered a senior discount when I was at the counter to pay. The never offered a Veterans discount when I was at the counter to pay. Good business practices say all the above was wrong.

This is an honest and fair family…read morebusiness who was referred to me after being held hostage by a local dealership service department who kept my truck for 6 weeks and tried to stiff me with an expensive repair for a problem they caused while repairing something else. Even the warranty company who approved the original manifold repair told me they denied the claim for cylinder head repair because the service technician at the dealership puntured a hole in the cylinder head while repairing the manifold. The dealership held my truck for over a month and did not admit fault until I threatened to report them to RAM Customer Care. Then they told me they would fix the problem and and I didn't have to pay the $2300 repair. When I finally got my truck back I immediately researched reliable mechanics on the mountain. ISON was referred to me by several friends so I immediately began taking my other vehicles to them and I am 100% satisfied. I feel safe and in good hands with them and their prices are very fair. I believe they work with various warranty companies so we are not stuck with taking our vehicles to service deparments of the large dealerships here. Justin pulled it apart and compared the new pads to the old and told it was more like I had only used 15% of my pads so I really didn't need new ones but I didn't want him to have pulled them for nothing so had him put the new ones on and I kept the old ones in case I have trouble later getting parts.
