From the beginning, the mechanic insisted that I stay in the car and not watch the work. He was very persistent about it and clearly did not want me nearby while the tires were being changed. I paid for the service in cash. Immediately after I left, my car started showing serious problems. The ABS and brake warning lights came on, the speedometer stopped working, the speed limit display disappeared, and warning lights appeared on the mirrors. All of this happened right after their service. There is no way this is a coincidence. Either something was broken during the tire change or sensors were damaged or even removed. Considering that I was not allowed to watch the work and that the payment was taken in cash, this situation feels extremely suspicious. My car was NOT like this before I came here. Now I'm left with an unsafe vehicle and problems I never had. No explanation, no responsibility, just damage after a so-called "simple" service. I strongly advise people to be very careful, document everything, and think twice before trusting this place. I will never come back and I do NOT recommend this business.

Took car into dealership for continued problems and diagnostic paperwork states, "multiple leaks noted, missing and misplaced bolts and screws noted. Missing slip seal. Another $1000 later, car is finally running well. Owner was very nice, unfortunately I can not vouch for his work.

We drove from Casa Grande to Sedona for a scheduled appointment to retrieve my wife's cousin's…read moretruck. The towing company agreed to meet us at a specific time, but no one arrived on time. After we paid the required release fee, we discovered that the truck's battery was completely dead and had apparently been sitting that way for approximately a month and a half. Only then were we told that the vehicle would not be released unless it could leave the property immediately under its own power. We did not see that policy posted anywhere, and the owner never informed us about it before accepting our payment. They then charged us an additional $59 for an unsuccessful jump-start attempt. During the transaction, the tow-truck driver misplaced some of the money, became upset, and told us we would have to reschedule because he needed to leave and get money to repay us. Even though the release fees had been paid, the owner still did not want to release the truck because she was afraid we might leave it outside overnight. We drove all the way from Casa Grande with a scheduled appointment specifically to retrieve this vehicle--we obviously did not make that trip just to abandon it in front of the business. We ultimately had to arrange and pay for another tow truck simply to remove the vehicle we had already paid to retrieve. The owner was rude and unprofessional throughout the situation, and the entire experience felt unnecessarily obstructive. Policies and potential additional charges should be clearly disclosed before customers drive a long distance and pay for the release of their vehicle.
