This is the most untrusted shop in the white mountains. The owner William Dawes will charge you to repaint your entire vehicle but only spray portions of it. He claimed since we installed 4 fiberglass fenders on my bronco that he would also have to respect the doors, hood and back tailgate so it would all match and charged more than $10,000 to do it. Yet he didn't spray any of the existing panels and only painted the fenders. He also caused additional damage to the passenger side door jamb just to lie and claim it was existing damage, this outfit should not be trusted and the owner will do people he calls friends wrong so why would he be any better to people he doesn't consider friends, I should take them to court and sue for not doing the work I paid for. If you want an honest shop working on your vehicle I would take your business anywhere but here in the white mountains. read more

Wow!! Summer and William were FABULOUS! I was extremely pleased when Summer answered the phone, even while out doing errands for the shop!! She had mentioned she wasn't able to talk to the drivers for a little while, but assured me once she did, she would be able to confirm if they were going to be able to help. Well, she must have called them, instead of waiting until she got back to the office and said they were heading to my location right away!! Well, I'm not proud, but my 32 ft RV, in the middle of the forest sunk into the mud created by all the recent weather in the area. I bought a Groupon for restoring my headlights. I have probably bought 2 or 3 products to get this done with no luck! I am amazed how my headlights look now ... just like new!! William is the young man who owns this business. He works a lot of hours and is very accommodating with appointments! Very nice and he explained the whole process. The UV Protector seemed a no brainer to me. I don't want them ever dull again!! William painted my trunk area and the top of my car. Lost the before and after pics when I moved everything to a new phone. He did an amazing job! It was quite oxidized and it looks really great! I took my Mazda CX-7 SUV in to their shop on 04/17/17 to get my headlight restore and decided to wait for almost a month before giving them my review cause I doubted it would stay bright and clear as same as when they just finished the job. ( I used to buy a headlight restoration kit from a store and did it at home, it was clear at first and getting duller when time goes by.) However, by them, My headlights are still bright and clear. They are looking so new. I would give these guys 10 stars if the system let me. I remembered my first thought when I saw the results was "Did they just swap a new headlights with my old foggy yellowy headlights?" My expectation was just taking that yellowy foggy thing away but the result was over my expectation. It's not just normal clear. But it likes a glass kinda clear. Very very impressive. It definitely make my 10 years old car looks a lot newer without having to pay hundreds dollars for a new pair of headlights. Even my car geek husband, who rejected to go in at first, now wants to take his 350Z to these guys after he saw my restored headlights. And one of many thing except from their fabulous job I like about them is their mindset. They're easy-going, laid back, honest and having service-mind. I bet if these guys can keep their qualities as same as they're doing, their business is going to be very success in the near future. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We scheduled to take my daughter's car in to repair her headlights with the Groupon and no one was there, they were closed. I called and talked to Troy who apologized and put blame on the amount of Groupons that were offered and they were having too difficult of a time keeping up. We rescheduled and the exact same thing happened again! I again called Troy and his Voicemail had been turned off and he wasn't answering. We live 30 min away. read more
