Worst customer service ive ever had. Tammy is beyond rude despite being" excellent at her job" then when ask for manager to call back he was even worse. Lied to me when I asked for owner to contact me as obviously he wasnt going to address the issue. And was told " he's a silent owner and he wont call anyone. Started recording the call and asked him to repeat that. He went silent for over 3 mins while speaking to a woman in the background and then hung up on me. Proceeded to tell several more lies before I hung up and contacted horne auto group down in the valley to speak to John or Aaron. Do better Eddie and Tammy. We DO NOT ~ I REPEAT ~ DO NOT!! RECOMMEND HAVING ANY WORK DONE HERE!! We were NOT satisfied with the process or the finished product! Very Unprofessional! We took our truck to Horne Collision for repair on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024. We were told that they could have the work done and we would have it back in two weeks! ---* I asked and was told there would be no problem with getting the parts needed for the repair!! * --- After 3 weeks and NOTHING done on our truck yet . . . I wrote a review on here *YELP*. My husband received a phone call the next morning. He was told that they (Horne Collision) saw my post on Yelp and that he was to come and get our truck. They were not going to do the repairs!! Because of my review!!! SMH!!! The ONLY way that they would go ahead and do the repairs is IF I WOULD DELETE my review!! SO . . . I did. For my husband and the need to get our truck repaired and back!! But I did take a screen shot of the post and am attaching it to this review. SO, FIVE (5) WEEKS TO THE DAY ~ WE GOT OUR TRUCK BACK. recently took a car here for repair. It was involved in a rear end collision. The transmission was also damaged. The insurance was a problem trying to get that repaired but my complaint is about the customer service of horne. They were the main problem. From the beginning the transmission was blown off as not caused by the accident. They sent it to the dealer and I don't think anything was done there. I was told that the bodyshop never authorized them to look into it. I believe it. They never did anything unless I was on the phone pushing them to get with insurance, the dealer, or anyone else. The insurance didn't have any good customer service either but unless you want horrible customer service don't bring your vehicle to Horne. At the end I had enough and took what money I had. I got rid of the car and it is over. They charged me 100 dollars a day for storage. They didn't tell me for a week. Rather than argue anymore I paid it and walked away. I will never go there again. If you are smart you won't either. read more

If there was ever a difficult business to get a good review, it's the auto body shop. Nobody is happy to be there. Kind of like the dentist's office. When my 3 week old truck was run into by an idiot, I was that unhappy camper. Horne really came through for me. They made arrangements with the insurance company, got me a rental, and had my truck finished right on schedule. The truck is brand new again and I couldn't be more pleased. It was refreshing to enjoy such great service in today's world that seems to have forgotten how to treat the customer. Great job. 4 stars. read more

After 3 or 4 months they repaired the paint had to strip and repaint. Manager was understanding with my issues and such, paint is very soft though have more scratches on the new paint now then the old paint which was 4 years old.... will contact them later about warranty to see if they will buff them out. read more

I read all three of the previous reviews, and it appears that Horne Collision has undergone some changes since the latest review was posted almost three years ago. Unfortunately for me, I had two repairs done within a month. One was in the $5,000 range and the other was almost $13,000. Both were handled to my total satisfaction. Everything done, from the first contact for an estimate through the delivery to my front door when completed, were examples many other businesses could learn from. Every contact with personnel; estimator, customer service representative, body and paint specialists and the body shop manager, was professional, friendly, polite and understanding. Not only were my appointments for the respective repairs moved to sooner than originally scheduled, but my truck was returned several days earlier than quoted. I can't say enough good things about Horne. Incidentally, my two year old F-150 looked brand new when I got it back. All of the repairs were done perfectly with no sign of the damage. They had it washed and even detailed it, inside and out, for me. Thanks to everyone at Horne Collision. read more

Rook my vehicle here after an accident. I will never make that mistake again. Said it would be 12 days on the quote. Here I sit at 4 weeks and now they tell me it will be another week until it's done. Supposedly they said they have the read out proving that the alignment is supposedly done then get a call back saying the right control arm is bent and the bushings are blown out. So I asked how they did an alignment to which I got the answer "I don't know we subcontract that work out." So I I am looking at 5 weeks for a fender, some door work, and about 8 hours of front end work. Not to mention they can't find the rim for my vehicle so I get to spend my time looking for that as well. Next time I will pay to have it taken to Phoenix. It will be cheaper in the long run. read more
