Started recording the call and asked him to repeat that. He went silent for over 3 mins while speaking to a woman in the background and then hung up on me. Proceeded to tell several more lies before I hung up and contacted horne auto group down in the valley to speak to John or Aaron. Do better Eddie and Tammy. We were told that they could have the work done and we would have it back in two weeks! ---* I asked and was told there would be no problem with getting the parts needed for the repair!! * --- After 3 weeks and NOTHING done on our truck yet . . . I wrote a review on here *YELP*. My husband received a phone call the next morning. He was told that they (Horne Collision) saw my post on Yelp and that he was to come and get our truck. They were not going to do the repairs!! Because of my review!!! SMH!!! The ONLY way that they would go ahead and do the repairs is IF I WOULD DELETE my review!! SO . . . I did. For my husband and the need to get our truck repaired and back!! But I did take a screen shot of the post and am attaching it to this review. SO, FIVE (5) WEEKS TO THE DAY ~ WE GOT OUR TRUCK BACK. I called him he ordered the part had it ready and installed it while I was next door at McDonalds. He even aligned and lubricated the doors while he was at it. Handle fixed doors close better and all in 45 minutes. Not the first or last time I will bring my work to Clint Hall.
