    ***Updated*** Our truck was dropped off on July 17th. It was…read morefinally "ready" for pickup on Monday 11/14. When I got to the shop I asked the manager Nikie what the shop has done to make this whole situation right? I then asked for documentation on everything that was done and a breakdown of what was owed. Nikie refused to give me anything and got upset. She then pretty much threw me my truck keys, said she wasn't going to argue with me and told me to take the truck and leave. No walk around on what was fixed on the truck. Did not take the payment for my deductible. Since getting the truck home we discovered that the tail lights/brake lights no longer work. I have called Nikie multiple times. I have called the regional manager Daniel. No one will get back to me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company in my life. This business is so unbelievably unprofessional it's laughable. My insurance adjuster couldn't believe how bad they are. At this point I am at a loss as to what to do since I now do not have working tail lights/brake lights and no one will get back to me. ::::::::Original Reciew::::: Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. They have had our truck for 3 months without making a single repair on it. Every time I call for an update I get a different excuse. I've been lied to about multiple inquiries on parts and damages. They try to blame insurance on delays when my insurance hasn't had any communication from them in 2 months. I have never dealt with such a bad company in my entire life. I just want my truck back and it doesn't seem like it's ever going to happen.

    I stopped by without an appt one day and met Tom.  He immediately came out to look at the minor…read moredamage on my car.  He honestly talked me through what they could do, what they couldn't do, what the results would be, and how much it would cost.  Based on this, I ultimately decided not to do anything.  But then Tom said that maybe he could do some minor work right then and there... he went inside and got a glue gun and a buffing device, and did some sprucing up of my SUV's minor damage right there.  It didn't look like new or anything, but it did look better.  Then I asked him how much I owed him, and he said it was on the house.  How nice!  It's this kind of friendly, honest service that earns customer loyalty.  You can be sure that when I do have a paid auto body work that needs to be done, I will go to Kaizen, bc of the excellent experience I had with Tom.  I will recommend others do the same.   Thank you Tom!
