I stopped by without an appt one day and met Tom.  He immediately came out to look at the minor damage on my car.  He honestly talked me through what they could do, what they couldn't do, what the results would be, and how much it would cost.  Based on this, I ultimately decided not to do anything.  But then Tom said that maybe he could do some minor work right then and there... he went inside and got a glue gun and a buffing device, and did some sprucing up of my SUV's minor damage right there.  It didn't look like new or anything, but it did look better.  Then I asked him how much I owed him, and he said it was on the house.  How nice!  It's this kind of friendly, honest service that earns customer loyalty.  You can be sure that when I do have a paid auto body work that needs to be done, I will go to Kaizen, bc of the excellent experience I had with Tom.  I will recommend others do the same.   Thank you Tom! read more

Car wash and 14' bays for RV's wish I would have known about the RV bays before we started camping at Verde River RV campground. Self service bay worked well for my tow vehicle. Free vacuums, air lines and towels to dry off vehicle were a very nice surprise. They made quick work of finishing the job. read more

I had an urgent problem which occurred late in the day, I believe just as they were about to close. Matty Scott and Travis Nester volunteered to look at the car and then made minor adjustments that allowed me to move on. They were very accommodating, and since the adjustment was simple (for them), there was no charge. Rare to find a business so accommodating. Two very pleasant and helpful people. I had my baby repaired at the Kaizen Collision Center in Sedona and was very disappointed to find marks on both sides of my vehicle. They were replacing the bumper cover, and it looks like they took some kind of tool to pop the old bumper cover off. One side has little nicks in the paint and the other side has several noticeable scuff marks on it. Neither area was damaged before it was dropped off. In fact, Kaisen had recently repainted the side with the scuff marks, so it was new. I was ill when it was picked up and I wasn't driving. So unfortunately, I didn't notice right away. read more

Bernice and Tom are fraudsters. They had a rogue employee who did not tell me he didn't work there anymore and continued to be my point of contact for weeks, stalling to communicate correctly with my insurance company, until I finally realized he didn't work there anymore and that was the real reason nothing was happening. Bernice and Tom had the audacity to try to charge me $125 in storage fees (per day) for the entire time their rogue employee drug everything out. They refused to take responsibility for the actions of their employee. They are now holding the vehicle hostage, committing constructive fraud. read more

I was desperate to find someone in the middle of the highway to fix my splash pan on my Honda CRV as it dragged on the ground under my car. I could not drive it 60 miles back to Chino Valley. They have lied to multiple times on parts and when it will be ready. I am so frustrated I've cried. They don't return calls. They have excuses and excuses. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Vince's Auto body. My girlfriend and I were heading from Phoenix to Sedona for the weekend, and the plastic underbody piece, I guess this is called an engine shield, had totally come loose and was dragging on the ground. We were about to drive 20 miles to an AutoZone and hope for the best, but lo and behold, Vince's showed up out of nowhere like a beacon of hope. Arriving 10 minutes before the place was about to close, the owner Jim immediately walked out to our car, took a look, fixed it in about 10 minutes, was super nice, and didn't even charge us. They did an awesome job restoring my truck after an accident wiped out both doors and part of my bed. They did a great job using new parts where necessary, applying dent removal and blending in paint to the match the old. There was some difficulty getting parts and Jason stayed on it until they were found and expedited shipping to get my truck back to me asap! The customer service lady apprised me every step of the way so I was aware or of progress or delays and gave me estimated completion time. She was off by a day because they painted again to get a better color match! They are proud of their work and refuse to take shortcuts to get the job out the door just to be done with it. Went in for an estimate on my 2021 Camry after I hit a rock and messed up my bumper, back bumper. This was my second estimate. These folks at Vince's autobody were super nice and super responsive. They were more than $500 less, had a Much better plan to replace the bumper as opposed to fixing it and did not need my car for several days like also the other auto body shop did the other shop also had a few additional fees for things that did not make sense. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean, vacuumed and my trash bag was even emptied. And my black beauty is back to being beautiful and happy. Amazing service and really friendly staff. I was recommended to this auto body shop. I have to say they are AMAZING! My car is 13 years old and had some front end damage and when I picked it up it's like it's a brand new car again. Shelby and Brian were my point of contact and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. When it picked up my car it was BEAUTIFUL!!
