The end result was catastrophic for the finish on the car. The hard water etched the black paint severely. Admitting the error, they graciously sent me to Perfect Reflections to have the damage repaired. Upon receiving my car after a few days, I was stunned to see how beautiful it looked. Not only are the staff friendly, accommodating and professional, but those who worked on my car knew what they were doing! Luckily the truck driver was able to switch lanes really quick and only caught the left front end of her car. So they fixed hers now it's my turn. While in Walmart shopping with the wife, we came back to the truck and noticed this damage. Needless to say I was pissed. Called the police dept and was told that Walmarts parking lot is private property so they'll not investigate or do anything like that. I've not heard of such a thing about parking lots. Today, I'm trusting my baby, ok well the truck, here at Caliber Collision. Service advisor is Tristan and seems like a really nice intelligent guy so I think my trucks in good hands. They also repair RVs among the many vehicles with fiberglass and ABS plastics exteriors, explaining how they would approach the repair. John, the owner and Ian the estimator reassured me the bag was salvageable... in fact they said I'd not be able to detect the repair on the exterior of the bag, but there would be a tiny crack you'd have to strain to see on the interior. The best part of their quote, they would do all the insurance communication! They were true to their commitments. The insurance hassle, gone. The work, the complex repair and the paint, awesome. They could easily have taken advantage of us with this repair. They did not. Integrity appears to be more than just a name with them.

I brought my car here because my window had fallen down into the door and the mechanism to move the window had broken. I was in the process of getting a new car so did not want to replace any parts at that time. I merely wanted to get the window up and it looked as if it would start raining any minute. I had an appointment at another place earlier that day and they were unable to fix it. I showed up at Vince's Autobody without an appointment and explained the situation to them. They were so nice and more than willing to help. They took my car back and within about 20 minutes, had the window back up. They did not charge me anything for this service which I thought was very cool. They also spent some time to look up parts and gave me a reasonable quote should I decide to get the window fixed in the future. One of the most unprofessional people i have ever talked to. I was in a fender bender with someone in Sedona. Jim texts me asking for my insurance info. I told him to deal with his clients insurance company and they can work it out. He starts harassing me and sending me all kinds of nasty texts. He said "he is protecting his community".
