I cannot say enough great things about Kaizen Collision Center--this place is absolutely top-tier. From the moment I brought in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible team--especially Josiah Lundgren and Monica. Josiah was absolutely key in the entire process of getting my truck repaired. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right the first time. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and that level of dedication is rare. Monica, the general manager, runs a tight, professional operation. She clearly leads by example--everything was smooth, efficient, and customer-focused from start to finish. It's obvious she cares about both her team and her customers. When I got my Tacoma back, it looked amazing--like nothing had ever happened. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you're looking for a collision center that truly goes above and beyond, Kaizen Collision is the place. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and outstanding customer service.]p read more

Super friendly and helpful. Mason did a great job and did it super fast. Highly recommend

I stopped by without an appt one day and met Tom.  He immediately came out to look at the minor damage on my car.  He honestly talked me through what they could do, what they couldn't do, what the results would be, and how much it would cost.  Based on this, I ultimately decided not to do anything.  But then Tom said that maybe he could do some minor work right then and there... he went inside and got a glue gun and a buffing device, and did some sprucing up of my SUV's minor damage right there.  It didn't look like new or anything, but it did look better.  Then I asked him how much I owed him, and he said it was on the house.  How nice!  It's this kind of friendly, honest service that earns customer loyalty.  You can be sure that when I do have a paid auto body work that needs to be done, I will go to Kaizen, bc of the excellent experience I had with Tom.  I will recommend others do the same.   Thank you Tom! read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They couldn't repair our vehicle after saying they could. Then they backed out and told us they can't repair it after all, but kept our over $10,000 deposit and will not return it. Have been trying to get it back since January. read more

Matty and Travis quickly fixed my car and I can't complain about the price. Job well done. Thanks guys read more

Car wash and 14' bays for RV's wish I would have known about the RV bays before we started camping at Verde River RV campground. Self service bay worked well for my tow vehicle. Free vacuums, air lines and towels to dry off vehicle were a very nice surprise. They made quick work of finishing the job. read more

I had an urgent problem which occurred late in the day, I believe just as they were about to close. Matty Scott and Travis Nester volunteered to look at the car and then made minor adjustments that allowed me to move on. They were very accommodating, and since the adjustment was simple (for them), there was no charge. Rare to find a business so accommodating. Two very pleasant and helpful people. I suspect that all of their service is excellent. read more

Travis and Bailee in Camp Verde, AZ, are the best! I recommend the entire team most highly. They do excellent work and also communicate effectively and often. The charges are reasonable. read more

I took my 2020 Ram truck in to Kaizen's on an insurance claim. They did a great job along with going above and beyond. The office staff were cool folks and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if need be. They also washed my truck inside and out. Thanks guys good job. DP read more

Bernice and Tom are fraudsters. They had a rogue employee who did not tell me he didn't work there anymore and continued to be my point of contact for weeks, stalling to communicate correctly with my insurance company, until I finally realized he didn't work there anymore and that was the real reason nothing was happening. Bernice and Tom had the audacity to try to charge me $125 in storage fees (per day) for the entire time their rogue employee drug everything out. They refused to take responsibility for the actions of their employee. They are now holding the vehicle hostage, committing constructive fraud. read more

I had my baby repaired at the Kaizen Collision Center in Sedona and was very disappointed to find marks on both sides of my vehicle. They were replacing the bumper cover, and it looks like they took some kind of tool to pop the old bumper cover off. One side has little nicks in the paint and the other side has several noticeable scuff marks on it. Neither area was damaged before it was dropped off. In fact, Kaisen had recently repainted the side with the scuff marks, so it was new. I was ill when it was picked up and I wasn't driving. So unfortunately, I didn't notice right away. read more

I am very impressed with Kaizen! We had damage to our car. They were very quick to create an estimate that was quickly approved by our insurance company. They scheduled the repairs promptly, kept us informed as the work progressed, and finished faster than they estimated. The repairs looked great and they detailed the car before returning it. It looked wonderful read more

Had my travel trailer repaired there. I overpaid them, my mistake, and they are refusing to refund.

We live in the White Mountains and we took our car here for repairs. Nikki and her team brought our vehicle in when she said that could. She was able to finish it ahead of schedule. There was something that she didn't like about the tinted window and arranged to have it replaced in Show Low. Great job. I definitely would bring my vehicle here again. Thanks Nikki, Terri and team. read more

Jason gave me an estimate for the repair work, ordered the parts and the repairs were completed as promised. Very fair price and my vehicle was finished in one day. We're very pleased with the work. If opportunity arises we would be glad to recommend them to other customers. read more

I was desperate to find someone in the middle of the highway to fix my splash pan on my Honda CRV as it dragged on the ground under my car. I could not drive it 60 miles back to Chino Valley. I also had to leave for Los Angeles in the morning. Thank God I found Vince's a block up the road, I was in tears and he fixed it. When I said, "How much do I owe you?" The manager said, "Nothing." OMG! I could not believe it. There still are good people in this world who care. God Bless you! read more

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Vince's Auto body. My girlfriend and I were heading from Phoenix to Sedona for the weekend, and the plastic underbody piece, I guess this is called an engine shield, had totally come loose and was dragging on the ground. We were about to drive 20 miles to an AutoZone and hope for the best, but lo and behold, Vince's showed up out of nowhere like a beacon of hope. Arriving 10 minutes before the place was about to close, the owner Jim immediately walked out to our car, took a look, fixed it in about 10 minutes, was super nice, and didn't even charge us. I am blown away by the level of friendliness, basic human compassion, and overall great service that we received today. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. read more

Don't ever do business with this company. I cannot even begin to explain how terrible they are. My truck has been there for three months. They have lied to multiple times on parts and when it will be ready. I am so frustrated I've cried. They don't return calls. They have excuses and excuses. I still don't have my truck and probably will not have it for awhile and in the meantime they have already had the check my insurance sent for over two months. Run FAR AWAY from them. read more

Thank you matty for helping us with our truck in an emergency situation. We are camping across the street and our truck had a bunch of different warning lights come on and we stopped by to ask for help. Even tho this is an auto body place he still went out of his way to try his best to help us out. He checked under the hood and tried to link his test kit up. Matty then gave us two recommendations for other places that can solve our problem. We greatly appreciate the help and guidance in this stressful situation. Thank you so much! read more

Deceitful liars! No trust left for this deplorable operation. My vehicle is a motorcycle that I laid down on slippery gravel on October 4, 2019 It is January 7, 2020. They have constantly lied and deceived me by using parts delays, paint compressors inoperable, etc. ... delay tactic after delay tactic. 4 months! As a consumer; heed my words: "DO NOT USE THESE GUYS"! I don't lobby for competing body shops but I do lobby for reputable and honorable business for my fellow consumers. Jason, Bryan and evening Jim Batcheler have chosen to relegate me to lies and deceptive business! DON'T YOU FALL PREY TO THIS OUTFIT! read more

They did an awesome job restoring my truck after an accident wiped out both doors and part of my bed. They did a great job using new parts where necessary, applying dent removal and blending in paint to the match the old. There was some difficulty getting parts and Jason stayed on it until they were found and expedited shipping to get my truck back to me asap! The customer service lady apprised me every step of the way so I was aware or of progress or delays and gave me estimated completion time. She was off by a day because they painted again to get a better color match! They are proud of their work and refuse to take shortcuts to get the job out the door just to be done with it. No "take the money and run" philosophy here, only good work! read more

Couldn't ask for more friendly service. Called last minute before they closed for an estimate. Was able to stop by then. Worked me in to have the repairs fixed within two days. Even though I paid cash and not with my insurance, they gave me a free loaner car. Took a couple of days for them to get all the parts in. Did a great job on the repairs. Highly recommended them. read more

I had my truck repaired at Vince Autobody about six months ago and today I had my oil changed today at express oil and I was told I had a small hole in my radiator .so I put it in the express oil shop next door and they did the repair. When you're in an accident, the last thing you need is added insult to injury! This whole accident thing was new territory for me...I didn't know what I didn't know! Dealing with Vince's was a pleasant surprise in the middle of a chaotic event, for me. I didn't know what to expect or what was even customary. Monica, the office manager, really took me by the hand and patiently walked me through it. She kept in touch with me and kept me up to date on each phase of the process. Jim explained certain processes so that I understood. Choosing Vince's Autobody Inc. was the smart choice! I hope I never have another accident! But, if I do...You'll have my business! I am so happy I brought my car to Vince's auto body shop in Camp Verde! They were very professional and extremely helpful. Jim, the owner, was very thorough on my estimate explaining everything to me so I could understand what repairs would be done to my car. When I dropped my car off, they loaned me a car while my car was getting repaired which was a huge help. My car was done on the promised date and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot! I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend them they are honest courteous people that really care about their customers! I will definitely be going back to them in the future. Went in for an estimate on my 2021 Camry after I hit a rock and messed up my bumper, back bumper. This was my second estimate. These folks at Vince's autobody were super nice and super responsive. They were more than $500 less, had a Much better plan to replace the bumper as opposed to fixing it and did not need my car for several days like also the other auto body shop did the other shop also had a few additional fees for things that did not make sense. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean, vacuumed and my trash bag was even emptied. And my black beauty is back to being beautiful and happy. Amazing service and really friendly staff. Stellar all the way around. Thank you! read more

I want to thank Vince's Autobody shop for taking such great care of my daughter and her car. I am so thankful for their professional and kind service! My daughter brought her car in and was treated very well. They truly took the time to explain what they were going to do with the vehicle and the reason behind it. Living so far away from her made it hard to find a reliable, trustworthy place. After finding Vince's, I was extremely relieved. Thank you Vince's Autobody shop! You have gained a lifelong customer. read more

I was recommended to this auto body shop. I have to say they are AMAZING! My car is 13 years old and had some front end damage and when I picked it up it's like it's a brand new car again. Shelby and Brian were my point of contact and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. When it picked up my car it was BEAUTIFUL!! Brian took the time to come out and go over everything that was done to it so that I understood everything before I drove away. I was told that they warrantee everything they do, they even washed my car... When I drove it home I had a new sense of pride because they had restored my car to looking like the day I had picked it out. I highly recommend anyone in the Phoenix Valley to take the extra time to drive out to Camp Verde you won't be disappointed with the excellent quality from this shop! read more

This is easily one of the most professional places to work with in the entire Verde Valley. My customer service experience was superb. The turnaround time was speedy and the whole staff was a complete pleasure to deal. They helped me figure out a situation for a rental, dealt with the insurance portion, and even checked in with me AFTER I picked up the car to make sure I was doing okay since I had some issues with the battery at pickup. If you have any auto body repair needs I would strongly encourage you to give Vince's a try. I think you'll be impressed and become a loyal customer like me. read more

Very nice facility, top of the line repairs for fair price. Well managed and very helpful people. They will provide a ride or pickup services and that's huge. Outstanding experience in Camp Verde with Dianne and Jason and Tech. After being turned away by other body shops to get a fender dent repaired on my old Chevy truck, Jason gladly accepted at a fair price, expediting the job knowing it was my only vehicle. The ride home was most appreciated. The job turned out great. He even matched the primer to the truck's white paint, knowing I would be painting it myself to save time. Friendly, helpful, quick service. Highly recommended. read more
