I was sideswiped while riding on my motorcycle, and damage to my right saddlebag seemed irreparable. Unfortunately for me, my saddlebags were discontinued by Harley-Davidson, and used bags are rare to find. I shopped around several local body shops and luckily Red Rock Collision was enthusiastic when they saw my saddlebag. They also repair RVs among the many vehicles with fiberglass and ABS plastics exteriors, explaining how they would approach the repair. John, the owner and Ian the estimator reassured me the bag was salvageable... in fact they said I'd not be able to detect the repair on the exterior of the bag, but there would be a tiny crack you'd have to strain to see on the interior. The best part of their quote, they would do all the insurance communication! They were true to their commitments. The insurance hassle, gone. The work, the complex repair and the paint, awesome. Amber in the office kept me in the loop, and when I picked up the bag, the repair tech was there to answer all my questions... can't say enough good things about Red Rock Collision; they are pros who do what they say. read more

I was glad that I chose an independent shop for the work as I think they are more concerned about my vehicle getting repaired correctly versus doing what the insurance company dictates. Another shop estimated repairs that were not needed. John took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions which I appreciated. Communication was perfect up front and not great in letting me know there would be a delay in getting my vehicle back due to an issue with the insurance company approval. John was able to work out repair cost differences with my insurance company, and I only paid my deductible. Overall I am satisfied, and I will use them again if needed. read more

They were honest and upfront but kinda pushed to have me turn a small incident into insurance and quoting prices nearly double of the manufacturer. I took my truck to red rock collision for an estimate of damage. I was rearended in a traffic accident. I took it in at the second week of September and CANNOT get a bill for the estimate. The insurance company issued a pmt of 837.42. I have called, the insurance co. has called several times and neither of us can obtain the charges for the estimate submitted. We are just told we need to speak to someone who is always absent when we call. Red rock did not work on my truck, I have taken it elsewhere. I do not mind paying for an estimate, but cannot even get the amount owed for that. I want the rest of the money...Red rock just doesn't seem to want to remit it. Furthermore, as we live in the age of computers, I am astounded that charges for the estimate are NOT available and have YET to be forthcoming; this is weeks you understand. Worst case scenario, I will have to sue in small claims to obtain my money. NO; I do not recommend these people for honesty, integrity or anything else. read more

They worked with our insurance company to make sure all of the parts were replaced that needed replacement. They took their time and did the work right. Body work is very difficult to do properly. Last year, a friend and I were visiting Sedona as part of a road trip. Not knowing the area, we ended up coming into town on Schnebly Hill Road - in a Prius. It went surprisingly well, but by the end something on the bottom of our car was dragging against the ground, and honestly we didn't know how bad the damage was, or whether we'd be able to get home without seriously repairing the car. Red Rock checked out our car, did a temporary fix for the part that was damaged (they gave us a few options of how to fix it, and that one just made sense), and made sure we wouldn't have any problems down the road. I was dumb enough to believe that the repairs were actually "guaranteed" but found out through another company that the repairs were done incorrectly and will eventually cause major damage to my drivetrain.
