No calls for updates through out the day what so ever until we call 30 minutes before they close and of course she has an excuse on why it won't be done. We don't mind if the car will take days to be finished but stop lying to us telling us it will be done that day when it won't be. it's a waste of our time and plans. Not only that but SHE DOESNT EVEN KEEP US UPDATED ON WHATS GOING ON until we call first. So rude and inconsiderate and may be the worst customer service I've ever had from any place. Today she had an excuse that they sent the guy working on our car home but failed to call us to let us know.
