We were able to get it started with our generator, but needed someone with Rv knowledge to let us know what was wrong before we were all the way to our campsite. They had us come directly in and diagnosed the problem. It was a bad alternator. They referred us to another location that did that type of repair, assuring us that we were ok to continue on our vacation using our generator until we had time to do the repair.
