We drove from Casa Grande to Sedona for a scheduled appointment to retrieve my wife's cousin's truck. The towing company agreed to meet us at a specific time, but no one arrived on time. After we paid the required release fee, we discovered that the truck's battery was completely dead and had apparently been sitting that way for approximately a month and a half. Only then were we told that the vehicle would not be released unless it could leave the property immediately under its own power. We did not see that policy posted anywhere, and the owner never informed us about it before accepting our payment. They then charged us an additional $59 for an unsuccessful jump-start attempt. During the transaction, the tow-truck driver misplaced some of the money, became upset, and told us we would have to reschedule because he needed to leave and get money to repay us. Even though the release fees had been paid, the owner still did not want to release the truck because she was afraid we might leave it outside overnight. We drove all the way from Casa Grande with a scheduled appointment specifically to retrieve this vehicle--we obviously did not make that trip just to abandon it in front of the business. We ultimately had to arrange and pay for another tow truck simply to remove the vehicle we had already paid to retrieve. The owner was rude and unprofessional throughout the situation, and the entire experience felt unnecessarily obstructive. Policies and potential additional charges should be clearly disclosed before customers drive a long distance and pay for the release of their vehicle. read more

I got a very rude card in my car about where i was parked. Unfortunetly, i have to park in a very limited parking area. I was allowed to park by the company in a certain area when I can't find parking. I got a card while parked in the spot I was given permission to park, which this Alpha Towniby company doesn't even own. Before they place these notes on cars they need to make sure it's actually on their property. read more

I can't tell you how amazing Zeke was in getting my car out of a very unusual situation. My car was stuck on a barrier in the middle of a gas station. With amazing precision, Zeke was able to release my car from the barrier in record time and maneuver it to safety. He was a Godsend and I want to tell you how grateful I am for your help. I was able to get to work on time that night due to your incredible expertise. read more

I scheduled a tow 24 hours ahead of time with Alpha Towing as my AAA Premier would not service my remote location in Sedona. I was at my vehicle at the appointed time and waited.. and waited...and waited. I called 4 times and never received a call back. After 2 hours I contacted a family member to come and get me and called Alpha and told them I was canceling the tow and would find another company. I immediately got a call back from Lynette, the dispatcher I had worked with the day before. She said she had just come on duty. She was very professional and apologized. She contacted the driver, Vincent, and one hour later he arrived. He was friendly and experienced. He did a good job. I was offered a discount for my inconvenience. It turned out to be $20 off $429.50! I cannot say who is to blame here, but someone definitely did not do their job and it cost me 3 hours and a bone-chilling wait in the wind at 45 degrees. Lynette and Vincent tried valiantly to pull off a customer service save here, but I'm still disappointed and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this company. read more

Our diesel pusher RV ran out of diesel fuel and the engine wouldn't start. Zeke and his partner came to Cottonwood to tow us to a repair place. Upon arrival Zeke had a solution to get the engine going which he did! Rather than having to tow us, which would have been a major ordeal given the fact that the brakes were locked and the RV sits low to the ground, Zeke solved the problem by getting the engine running in no time. What great service! Can't thank them enough and HIGHLY recommend ALPA Towing. read more

Had to once again call out Alpha Towing to save my bacon. 1st off let me say as a former tow truck driver I'm not calling anyone until it's really stuck. Had a 53 foot semi trailer buried on its landing gear. Vince from Alpha Towing came out and was on screen in less than 10 minutes and got me unstuck at a very fair price. No damages in the recovery process and back on solid ground. Thanks Vince! read more

My husband and I were traveling with our camping trailer when our truck broke down just south of Camp Verde. I called 2 other tow companies and they didn't answer the phone. I called Alpha towing and they picked up immediately. Zeke came out in less than an hour and quickly and safely got us towed. He and Lynette offered to store our trailer for free until our truck could get fixed! Then, Zeke gave us a ride to the car rental place 20 miles away. It took the mechanic 2 weeks to fix our truck and Zeke and Lynette were very patient and understanding. Great custome service! I highly recommend Alpha Towing if you have the need in or around Campe Verde, Az. read more

Rude, unkind and uncaring. Left us stranded after towing car and REFUSED to release it until the next day despite money and documents being ready. They seemed to delight in treating us horrendously and charged an extra $100 to release car. We are senior citizens with a handicapped placard. STAY AWAY from this business. You will be treated with a total lack of compassion or humanity. It was a sorrowful experience to learn that some people can be so mean just for their own pleasure. read more

There aren't two sides to my story. A neighboring business thought it would be a mean prank to have my car towed from my parking lot because I won't let them park there. When the truck arrived and I explained the situation and offered both proof off my ownership of both the property and vehicle, he refused. I even have a damn map of my property in my office that he refused to allow me to get for him. I placed my self between him and my vehicle and he threatened me, I could do what I want but he back his truck up into my legs. When I called the police department he fled. Apparently this business is authorized to steal a vehicle from my property requiring zero proof that it's a legitimate call? So first I'll warn you here in yelp land. Next an complaint filed with the city. Then with BBB. All the signs in my property clearly state Jaws as my contracted towing company so why would I call them to a car off my lot? I have video. So basically they attempted to steal my vehicle. Requested NO validation of the complaint or property ownership. My Sedona police contact form clearly states the vehicle was parked on MY property. If your car breaks down call someone who gives a hoot about being legit. This entire experience was very traumatic and when I called to discuss they dismissed my concerns and said they have proof. Lol but it's my property people. They have no prof because it's my property!!!!!!! read more

My vehicle got stuck in a ditch south bound on 89A towards Sedona on May 10th around 12:00PM. A state trooper called Alpha Towing out of Sedona (10 minute drive) to pull the car out of the ditch. Upon arrive of the tow truck pictures of the vehicle were taken showing no damage done to the body and rear suspension system. After the vehicle was towed out of the ditch, the driver Zeke Robinson, handed my wife one of the springs to the suspension and told her that it broke while he was pulling it out. The spring belonged to the driver side rear suspension system. After getting the vehicle back to Flagstaff, AZ and taking it to a mechanic, the cost was $970.96 to replace the whole rear suspension from the damaged caused by Alpha Towing. This does not include the cost for the damaged body to be fixed. After calling the company to explain the damage they caused, Alpha Towing denied all claims for their actions stating that the damage was done by the civilians that originally tried to help us when the photos clearly show no damage to the vehicle before Alpha Towing removed it from the ditch. Additionally, I paid $135 for their services which is far more than I have ever paid for tow services with no discounts for their hack job. Do not use their services. You will end up paying for them to break your vehicle like they did with mine. read more

Our camper trailer blew a tire and trashed the underside of the interior of the trailer, while getting partially stuck in the brake assembly. The Alpha Towing technician showed up within minutes of being dispatched and went above and beyond getting the blown tire remnants out of the wheel assembly and getting us on our way. We really appreciated his dedication to doing whatever it took to get us back in the road! read more

I would like to say thank you to Alpha Towing. We were staying at a home and the bridge was unpassable due to the weather. We were grateful to Alpha that they were able to come and help us get out of the area with their tow truck. Thank you again!! read more

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were professional, courteous, but most of all, they took great care of my luxury car. I was driving an empty horse trailer down the hill from Flagstaff when one of the trailer tires blew out. The road has no shoulder in that area so I had to limp to the McGuireville rest stop. I called my roadside service and Alpha Towing responded. The owner of the company put my spare on the trailer and taped up the wiring that had been pulled out during the blow out. It was extremely hot out but the man was friendly and went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road. Even the woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and kind. Thank you, thank you to Alpha Towing! read more

My truck was at Navarro's tire shop and they're trying to overcharge me. And my tire was completely off my truck the lug nut still attached to the rim means the rotor is still on the tire along with the brake caliper. And I called every tow company in the Verde valley they all wanted to charge me $100 bill. And I called alpha and they only charged me $60 because that's all I had they were my saving Grace. I only had to take it like maybe 40 feet down the road to a different shop but nonetheless all the other two companies were trying to charge me a $100 to take it that far which wasn't really that far at all alpha tow company was really reasonable very good customer service and the tow truck driver was one hell of a operator. He was able to get my truck off the tow truck while my back wheels were locked because it was a safety feature on my truck with a missing front tire he was able to remove my truck without even touching my truck by operating the handles on his tow truck. Again one hell of a operator.. and the lady over the phone was very courteous and very professional and very sweet. I had an extraordinary experience with alpha towing I would recommend them to anybody that needs to tow over any other tow company. I would have to rate them five stars. read more

My son was camping and someone slashed his tires. I called Alpha Towing at night and set up a time for them to come the next day. The truck was about five miles off on a dirt road. Alpha didn't charge some outrageous price to drive out there, like some other places that I called. They were better than fair and reasonable, as well as reliable, not to mention, really nice! Thank you so much for helping us! read more

So my husband and I been trying to get our car out of impound for about a week now, irs been there since Feb 14th but we barely got enough money to do so. The problem is they hardly ever answer the phone and don't ever call back. Yesterday we just go to the tow yard and its closes so I called and they finally answer. I told her we are outside and ahe immediately started being rude by saying we are suppose to make an appointment. I told her I been trying to call and noone ever answers or calls back. She continued being rude and said she did leave a text message. Which is true but it said to call Monday. I did call but by 2pm when I still didnt get an answer or call back I decided to drive there. Anyways after all that she said she would call back in a couple hours. Meanwhile I write a review on here saying the receptionist is rude and that they dont answer the phone. Around 8pm we get a call back saying unless we take down the bad review they wont discuss any further information with us ( my husband ) and they will file for harassment. To top it off my husband and I have 4 kids and are struggling enough and we have to pay the $35 a day fee that its there when we been trying to get it out for a week thags almost $200 more. read more

Do not recommend this company. Driver showed up to unlock a car with keys inside, blocked traffic and when asked to move so other vehicles could pass he was extremely rude.
